Unfortunately after a number of mailings and email attempts (6) Mr*** never received his dispute letters from United Credit Education Services On 4-when Mr*** spoke to one of our supervisors, they offered Mr*** a $refund which he said was acceptable at the time
The refund of $was processed and forwarded to him. Our records show that Mr*** paid $for the month of Jan, Feb, March, and April For the month of April the charge was immediately sent back to himso overall Mr*** paid for months of service We refunded two months of service so the remaining balance as a refund for Mr*** is $ A check will be mailed to Mr*** for $which will represent a full 100% refund for his services. The first time Mrs *** called to complain about our company was on 10-the same day she filled a complaint with the Revdex.com. In addition to a customer, Mrs*** was a representative of our company and sold our products. She prepared her will and trust via our program and also earned
commission on sales that she made. On 10-when Mrs*** called our office, she used profanity and made racial slurs to our agent support representative. She was immediately terminated based on what she said(I am not comfortable in repeating her comments in this response, however they are recorded for any future legal action) We no longer will accept her back as a representative and she will be receiving a termination notice from our legal departmentWe will be sending her a check for a 100% refund of $that will be mailed out on Monday Nov 6, to the address in this complaint. We are sorry that Mrs. [redacted] was not satisfied with our service.  We are very happy to report 12 negative items were deleted from her credit report during her time with our company.  She is correct in that our website would not show a new score, we only show the number of items...

deleted.  To obtain a new score, a new report would have to be pulled.  We would not do that as it would lower her score with a second inquiry.  That's why we only pull credit during the enrollment period.  In her desired settlement section she only asked that others are aware of what they are signing up for. We will do better than that.  To show our integrity and why we maintain an A+ rating with the Revdex.com since we opened in 2004, we will be sending a check in the amount of $722.00 to the address shown on this complaint.  That is a full 100% refund on payments made since October 2017.If we can be of any further service, please contact us. Customer SupportFinancial Education Services

Mrs [redacted] joined FES on 1-21-2017.  On 2-8 she called and accused FES of being a fraud company and wanted to know where all her customers are.  We explained to her that she is responsible for obtaining customers, not the company.  As she was not satisfied with that answer, we...

refunded her the money she wanted which was $199.00. (Just the rep fee)  At that time she still wanted to use the services.  A credit was issued to her credit card. On 2-9 she called again saying she changed her mine and wanted to become a representative again.  So we again charged her credit card for $199.00 and made her website active for her to begin to make sales. On 3-15 she called the office saying she was unsatisfied with the company and began screaming at our customer service agents. In her complaint Mrs [redacted] accuses FES of paying out money for recruiting individuals and also selling or distributing her information.  FES does not pay any commission  on recruiting representatives, you must sign up customers to earn any commission.   In addition, FES does not sell or distribute any representative or customer information.  During her time in the business, Mrs [redacted] never recruited a representative or ever signed up a customer.  In addition we show no record of her ever attending our training sessions, conference calls, or webinars which would have helped her understand how the company operates.As always, FES takes care of our customer and representatives.  A credit is being issued today to her credit card for the amount she requested of $288.00Please contact us if we can be of any additional service Customer Service###-###-####

I am sorry to hear about this client's recent experience with FES.  Our goal is to provide a consistently reliable program and an exemplary level of customer service.  It appears that there is some confusion regarding the timeline and processes of our service.  With regard to the lack...

of improvement with the credit score, it takes generally 45 days to hear back from the credit agencies so it is nearly impossible for a credit score to improve within 30 days.  We are very sorry that the client did not contact us sooner so that we could explain the process to him and have the opportunity to assist him with his credit.The only call we received was his cancellation request. We will immediately refund the $227 that  Mr. [redacted] paid for our services.
