At this time, I have been contacted directly by Fine Brand Sales regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have not received either the merchandise I had ordered or a refund as of December *, Although the contact person at the Fine Brand Sales mentioned in her email on November **, that the supplier was trying very hard to get a more exact shipping date and she would let me know as soon as she heard back, no update has been provided to me since then.? At this time, I have been contacted directly by Fine Brand Sales regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: the company has not arranged shipment of the merchandise with the manufacturer, although it insisted in the email that it has been trying hard to get an exact ship date from the manufacturer Additionally the company did not mention in the email anything about refund which I had requested in the preceding email Having said that, although the company contacted to me, the issue has not been resolved yet Sincerely, [redacted]

Today is [redacted] Jan and I am writing this review because I am frustrated with Fine Brand's lack of transparency, communication, customer service and business practiceI ordered products from Fine Brand Sales over several years and although delivery is often to weeks, the items arrived in perfect conditionHowever, August 2015, I placed an order, receive confirmation, and made a full payment, but have not received product(months)Additionally, I made a purchase through [redacted] in November with promised delivery date of [redacted] January - have not received productThey are unresponsive to emailIn December, I spoke with Custom Service and received a "commitment" to ship order place last August within two weeksI'm still waitingMy suggestion to Fine Brands, in case you read this review - tell your customers what is going onIt is unethical (and illegal) to accept payment for undelivered goods

Let me begin with an honest admission that the original order issue was on meI ordered two items back in December and received confirmation from themIt was their order #***They billed me a 25% prepay fee ($201) since the items were backordered and I was told they would probably be in within a couple of weeksBecause these were Christmas gifts, I confused myself and ordered the same items from somewhere elseI never canceled this order so take responsibility for thatI then forgot about this until I saw a charge on my credit card for the balance on my February Statement($603)I immediately called them and asked what my options were as I didn't want the itemsThey told me I would have to return them when received and I would be billed a 20% restocking feeI asked for a manager and they agreed to a 10% feeI expected to receive the products shortly since they told me the reason for the second bill was the products were now ready for shippingThat was on Februa

Ordered on 01/28/and last item was shipped on 07/24/The items were meant for a wedding in May, and they did commit to an to weeks ship dateHad to constantly sending them emails to remindService is very lacklusterThe contact person is unapologeticItems came in without original boxes as indicated on website! Please avoid at any cost!

RE: Fine Brand Sales order # ***Today is June 6, On October 16, I ordered Versace soup bowls from Fine Brand SalesAlmost months later I have received one of the bowls, without a Versace box as promised on their website "All our products are 100% authentic with their names engraved.” “They are brand new and come in their company's original boxes." They still to this day have not sent me one instance of communication about my missing soup bowl or box for the bowl I received without the promised box without my emailing and calling several times to get ANY response from them When I do finally get an email back they just say that they lost the first bowl in their warehouseThey are sending the missing Versace box (which I have yet to receive) are waiting on the second soup bowl to get to them so they can forward it to me They also will not refund my deposit for the bowl that was ordered, going on months ago, that I have yet to receive And not refund my payment for the bowl that I received without the original box This company will absolutely NOT communicate with you about your order unless you leave them several voicemails and send them several emails begging for any information

If you value your money, DO NOT conduct any business with this companyBack in November 2015, I made a purchase for a Waterford bowl for $On other legit websites, the bowl was valued at $1,To make a long story short, I never received the item and the company completely stopped contacting me about the matterEven when my lawyer sent the company a letter informing them of the situation, the letter was considered undeliverable to their NYC addressUltimately, my credit card company refunded me the cost of the bowl, but this company is simply nothing, but a bunch of thieves
Again, I encourage you not to buy anything from this companyThey are absolutely untrustworthy and will take your money
