We bought Lalique 100 Points Cognac Glasses by James Suckling for our wedding and they looked and worked pretty well. Our order was delivered to us on time and it came without any damage. Review: I ordered 6 Richard Ginori Vecchio White Rim Soup 9 " (24cm) on April **, 2014. I received different merchandise from my order on May **, and I sent an email on the same day to [redacted], a customer service representative at Fine Brand Sales, and asked her to send the correct merchandise as I would return the wrong ones to the company. At the time they have already charged on my credit card. I returned the wrong merchanise to the company on June ** after receiving the prepaid [redacted] label from the company, and waited another month for the correct product to arrive, but the product was not delivered. I wrote an another email to [redacted] on July ** to inquire the shipment status to which she responded in her email on July ** which stated that she had ordered the correct merchandise with the manufacturer and it would arrive soon, but the merchandise did not arrive after waiting for additional 2 months. Finally I wrote an email to her on September ** which stated that I would cancel the order and asked a refund for the order. She has not responded to the email as of October **.Desired Settlement: I would like to ask a full refund for the order ($ 207) in a form of a check.

the company has not arranged shipment of the merchandise with the manufacturer, although it insisted in the email that it has been trying hard to get an exact ship date from the manufacturer. Additionally the company did not mention in the email anything about refund which I had requested in the preceding email. Having said that, although the company contacted to me, the issue has not been resolved yet.

I have not received either the merchandise I had ordered or a refund as of December *, 2014. Although the contact person at the Fine Brand Sales mentioned in her email on November **, 2014 that the supplier was trying very hard to get a more exact shipping date and she would let me know as soon as she heard back, no update has been provided to me since then.?

Review: I ordered a china item on **November 2013 to which I received an email letting me know that the item would need to be back-ordered and expected delivery was 8-12 weeks. It also asked for a 25% deposit ($62.00) and the remaining balance ($186) would be charged to my VISA account once the item was ready to ship. I had sent an email back on** December 2013 saying that I had located the item from another source and wanted to cancel the back order and receive a credit to my VISA for $62.

I waited for over a week with no response or action and called the Fine Brand Sales staff on **January 2014 and spoke with MOLLY who said the order was cancelled and that an email would arrive within half-an-hour and that the full credit of $62 would be handled within a couple of days. On **January 2014 I called again and spoke with SUSAN who stated that the order would be cancelled and a refund would be provided that very day!

No email and no credit to my VISA.

I sent a final email letting them know that if I did not receive a confirmation of my cancelled order AND a full refund credited to my VISA account by the morning of Monday, **January 2014, I would take the matter further - including disputing the charge with my VISA bank and contacting the Revdex.com and/or my legal representative.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my deposit AND a written apology for the horrible service I have received in trying to rectify a VERY SIMPLE matter!

Review: I received an order of two tea cups & saucers on February [redacted]. When the ordered arrived, one of the saucers was broken. I immediately took a photo and contacted the company via e-mail. On February [redacted], the company representative responded and said a replacement would be ordered for me. The replacement would take 8-12 weeks to arrive. It's now been 16 weeks and I still don't have my replacement. The company does not return calls or e-mails inquiries. After a heated phone conversation, I was finally e-mailed by the orders representative and told "I am checking with the company when we can expect your replacement." That was a month ago - no response since then, even though I have followed up.Desired Settlement: I simply would like the product replaced in a reasonable amount of time (that can be properly communicated to me). If the product cannot be replaced, for whatever reason, I would like a refund for the one tea cup and saucer set that arrived damaged - a total of $125.

Review: On June **, 2015 I ordered two place settings of Royal Copenhagen Blue Fluted Plain china from the online business, [redacted] for $944.00. I was told that they were not in stock and needed to be special ordered; they did not arrive until October **, 2015 (18 weeks later). The china was of very poor quality--the pattern was very light on some plates and very dark on others. Even the motifs did not match. In addition, the pieces did not have the Royal Copenhagen signature (three waves) on the back, indicating authenticity; they were made in Thailand. I emailed the company on October [redacted] telling them that the china had arrived, but was of poor quality and that I wanted to return them for a refund (as advertised on their website). They emailed me on October [redacted] saying that I could send the china back to them, and that they would credit my account, minus a 20% restocking fee because it had been a special order, and that the china was first quality. When I emailed them back, they responded (Connie L[redacted] in Customer Service) that to accommadate their customers, they would take them back for a 10% restocking fee.

I sent the china back to the company, insured via United Parcel Service; it was delivered on October **, 2015. Over the last seven weeks I have emailed and called this company several times. I no longer get a response to my emails; when I call, I am told that "it will be ccredited today," or "you will receive an email from us later today," but then nothing. I still have not received any refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $944.00 paid for the china. It was not of first quality, as advertised on their website.

Review: I ordered dinnerware from this organization on November **, 2014. I was told 8-12 weeks for delivery. I have followed up with them, on at least 6 occassions. It is now 16 weeks, and I have received no information from the company on when my order will be completed. Today I contacted them again over the phone. They promised this information via email before the end of the day (which they have done again and again for 6 weeks).

I am unclear on my order status, and whether I will ever receive the goods I am due.Desired Settlement: All I want, is full delivery of my order. The company can provide no details, of if and when the order will be complete. Only, it should be here in a few weeks, with no specifics.

I just want the goods that I ordered.

Today is ** Jan 2016 and I am writing this review because I am frustrated with Fine Brand's lack of transparency, communication, customer service and business practice. I ordered products from Fine Brand Sales over several years and although delivery is often 6 to 12 weeks, the items arrived in perfect condition. However, August 2015, I placed an order, receive confirmation, and made a full payment, but have not received product. (5 months). Additionally, I made a purchase through [redacted] in November 2015 with promised delivery date of * January - have not received product. They are unresponsive to email. In December, I spoke with Custom Service and received a "commitment" to ship order place last August within two weeks. I'm still waiting. My suggestion to Fine Brands, in case you read this review - tell your customers what is going on. It is unethical (and illegal) to accept payment for undelivered goods.

Review: I ordered some china from this company on 3/**/15. It is now 9/*/15 (nearly 6 months later). I have contacted the company many times and have received minimal replies; the last one being that they shipped it out as soon as it arrived (8/*/15). The Customer Service Rep. (Connie L[redacted] gave me the [redacted] tracking number which just shows that a shipping label has been created. It also lists it as 3 lbs, which I know it has to be heavier than that.

I called back yet again and talked to Molly who works in a customer service call center for them. She was not polite at all and said that they didn't have my order. I asked for a Manager or Supervisor. She game me Connie's (see above) name as the Supervisor (although she is listed as a Customer Service Rep.) in an e-mail she sent me. She also gave me the name of a Hershy F[redacted] as the Manager, but I cannot find any information on him.

All I would like is my china sent to me, as I not only have already paid for the products, but I expected it wouldn't take 6 months to arrive. It just seems very, very shady to me. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would just like to have my order delivered or the amount that I paid for the product refunded to me ($131.95). Thank you.

Review: I ordered 5 Mottahedeh Blue Canton cups and saucers, The product was listed online as in stock and available for immediate shipment. The order was placed in January 2014. I received an e mail which stated the merchandise was out of stock but would be available in 4 weeks. Since shipment was delayed ,Fine Brand Sales requested a deposit of $55.00 charged to the credit card used on original order which I authorized. Since early January ,I have not received my shipment. When I contacted Fine Brand Sales they would tell me that shipment would occur in another 4 weeks. After 6 months I requested that my deposit be refunded and my order cancelled. Last week I received an e mail stating that the deposit could not be refunded to original credit card due to the prolonged time elapsed. Fine Brand Sales now wants to know if I have a [redacted] account to refund my deposit. I will not provide these people any financial account info and requested a check and furnished them with my contact info. I have not received my deposit and have no confidence that I will ever receive the money owed to meDesired Settlement: deposit of $55.00 returned to me in the form of a check

Review: I contacted this agency back on February **, 2005 where I purchased a Waterford crystal from the company's website. No where on the item did it say it was "out of stock" and almost immediately I got an email saying it would not be in stock until the July. They took $80.00 for a deposit and gave no updates unless I contacted them. July came and the company then said August it would be in stock. I then asked for a refund and they have not contacted me or given my refund on the $80.00 I have paid. The item is $320 and I fear the might be scamming me as well as use my information to take more money in the future. I want y money back and others to be warned about this company.
