This product is fabulous! I am not a big proponent of wrinkle cream but this REALLY workedI saw results in daysI want to buy it but so far there are only trial sizes***

I requested sample products for $a couple of weeks ago, and have yet to receive the products All of the sudden today I have two charges of $each!!!! I called the company for resolution and a very immature excuse of a woman actually laughed at me! She refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor After insisting several times to speak to someone above her, she advised me that no one was going to do anything to help me She says her system shows I received the products on Friday HOW, I asked her, even if I got it on that day would I have the day trial?? She said that started the day I ordered it They've offered me no resolution I have had to contact my bank to fight these In the meantime, I have no money to put food on the table until this is resolved This is nothing but a scam and I have never spoken to anyone so unprofessional in my lifetime After all of this, I would never consider doing business with them again SCAM ALERT!!!!!!

I cancelled this product the first of December and have a cancellation number and the customer service reps nameToday 12/18/2015, this company debited my account againWhen I called, I was told that the cancellation number was not validI received the product today and ask for the procedure to returnTwo reps told me the product could be returned.and I have both names.They told me once I receive the product to called and get the RA numberI called and was told by a very rude person (different people with two different procedures) they do not accept returns They are scoundrels and thievesThey refuse to honor the cancellation number given to me by [redacted] and refuse to take back their productRun for the hillsThe scoundrels are on the preyI would never recommend them for any product they produce

Scam, they are ripping people off Make sure to check your credit card statement AND DO NOT get sucked in to a free day trial, it will cost you more than you know

When I saw an ad for the Finesse Face Serum, I read everything to make sure they were legitimately providing a free sample and were not going to charge me anything else or put me on some monthly recurring programNOWHERE in their documentation did it say they would be charging me anything extraThen I see a charge for over $on my credit cardWhen I called they claimed the info was in their terms disclosureNOT TRUE!!! I have received a face cream in the mail, unopened, and can not use it. I am allergic. I have called twice to inquire how I can return it, but was told I CAN NOT return it by your Customer Service Rep. all I want to do is return it and have my Visa credited. Can someone help me?

The idea of offering a "free trial", for Shipping and Handling only, and then charging the customer $for the product a few weeks later, is not acceptable.A true free trial offer, would be just that with no expensive strings attached.Many women have fallen for this trap The company has your credit card number for the S&H payment, so the charges are on your account within ONE billing cycle.Therefore the company gets at least one payment of $for every supposed "free trial".I have seen many complaints on line, as well as on television about the parent company, I believe the name is LCC , repeating this ruse over and over again, renaming the product periodically so that consumers don't catch on.
