Finesse Face Serum Reviews (60)

Let me just say that you will probably be sorry if "try" their product should you fail to understand, as I did, that you are not "just" receiving a trial size but rather that you are in a trial "period" and thus must cancel with them or else that SMALL container of cream will cost you close to $100 as they will charge you monthly until you cancel!!! AND there is likely nothing to gain but buyers remorse by calling them as there is a "no if, and's but's about it", no "mercy" return policy as they obviously would not make much money if they looked out for their customers. After fighting them for a WHILE and talking to a superior I finally got my money back but they said themselves that it's my fault for not reading (or in my case, understanding) and they give NO refunds. As I informed them, I am a nanny and budget to the dollar every pay check pretty much, and was in no place to be out $90 for Finesse, such an expensive product; and, when I explained my misunderstanding just after 16 or 17 days (you can cancel by the 14th day I think, and not not get charged but S&H for the serum) they said they did not give refunds. Obviously, they have little to no concern about their patrons/market of potential customers and just want your moolah (they are making a chunk of change for that little container hence another reason I thought it was a sample size), and little about customer service as it's obvious they plan for people to make the mistake of not reading or fully understanding the contract they are engaging in by their no mercy return policy. I don't support trixy companies that seem to have little regard for people by preying on their lack of attention to detail or oversight, and trapping them with their unforgiving return policy. The kinds of companies that I support have good customer service including generous return policies like Natural Grocers ( started family owned, can return anything even just to try- no need to explain) and actually care about their warm market. So, just be aware, that you will be charged after 14 days for that little bottle of about an ounce or two of serum and then they will send you another in two weeks ( two weeks after the trial period) and charge you for that as well. LOOK out.

To whom it may concern, Our company, Finesse strives to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied, therefore we take consumer complaints very seriously. Scam, they are ripping people off. Make sure to check your credit card statement AND DO NOT get sucked in to a free 14 day trial, it will cost you more than you know.

It's NOT a Trial. When you give your credit card number expect to be charged over $80.00 a month for cosmetics. Nothing about it is a trial. It's a "subscription". I tried to cancel within one half hour after I gave them my card and they wouldnt let me. They tried to tell me that for $40.00 they would cancel, otherwise I now have to wait and ship it back with very specific rules on How to ship it back. THIS IS BEFORE THEY'VE EVEN SHIPPED IT OUT TO ME!! It's almost like blackmail mixed with fraud. I'm so stupid to think companies try to protect the consumer. The almighty $$. Don't fall for this scam. Hopefully, I'll meet their requirements in the return shipping when I Finally get the product. And hopefully it will be in time from the day I ordered it or I'll be charged $80.00 a month for life (I guess).

Review: This company is practicing deceptive trial promotions that end up not being a trial at all. They send the "trial" for just shipping and handling, but then charge your credit card with almost $180 for two products. When you try to return the unused product, they charge a restocking fee of 10 dollars. This is an outrage and a very unethical company. This company appears to have done business under the name of Lumisse also. The address is the same in both cases. Here is a link for other complaints about the same SCAM. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded ALL my charges including 0rginal shipping and handling, return shipping, restocking fee and NO further contact with this company. I would also like to see this business reprimanded for deceptive advertising.

Review: This company needs to be shut down! I ordered the free trial from this company, and it stated that I only had to pay the shipping cost. I received the package and keep checking my account to see when they were going to charge me for the shipping, but hey never did. Needless to say, they never took the shipping charges out of my account, instead approximately 15 days after placing the order, my account was charged $88.78 and $.89.53. I contact the company immediately only to be told that I was supposed to call within 14 days so that I would not be charged full price for the merchandise (trial) and that it was not their fault that I did not read the disclaimer that stated I had to call and cancel the free trial. I told her that there was not a disclaimer on the front page, and I also told her that this is not a free trail, but a scam. I expressed to her that I would be reporting it to the Revdex.com, and she told me, “I could if I wanted to but, they have never lost a case. She also stated that I would not be getting my money back. She said that I needed to go back to the website to see the disclaimer that she mentioned. The website that she gave me was [redacted], which looked completely different from the website where I ordered the free trial. After going back to my browser and further researching, I found that this company has several website selling their serum, and the other website does not the disclaimer visible on the page. http://finessefaceserums.com/ https://www.tryfinessefaceserum.com/[redacted],

Needless to say, the cream is awful and does not work. This company is deliberately deceiving the consumers. I work hard for my money and hate to feel like I have been taken advantage of. I would like to have my money refunded.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money

Finesse Facial Serum is too good to be true!!!!

Potential customers beware!!! In very small print, deep within the page, under terms & conditions, Finesse Facial Serum details the information that if I had read, would have steered me quickly away from their products.

Finesse Facial Serum preyed on me, a disabled person. They should be ashamed of themselves.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM Finesse Facial Serum!!!!

Review: I ordered a "sample" of face serum for about $5.00 and was later charged $88.78 to my credit card. As I was checking out, a second product was put on the order (hr-CREAM) that I had not intended on purchasing. When I called to dispute the charge I was repeatedly told the 14 day period was over and all they could offer me was a 25% refund on the product - future shipments were cancelled - $89.53 was charged to my credit card. And that automatic shipment has been cancelled. So I am out $178.31 total (besides the initial $9.90 for shipping.

The company offered 25% refund on one item and 35% on the other which I refused. The refund was based on me agreeing NOT to pursue the issue any further. I don't believe that companies should be allowed to "bait and switch" customers by hyping that the product only costs shipping and then in the fine print add $88 charges to a person's credit card. The products do not merit the cost and I saw no noticeable results.

I would like a full refund ($178.31) and I believe that the deceptive web site should be reviewed for ethical business practices.Desired Settlement: A full refund - either to my credit card OR a check made payable to me.

I placed an order for a product that was supposed to be free pay only shipping charge of 4.98, I did and it came immediately. But it was not a trail size. Well, 15 day later I was charged 89.00 for the product. My fault I did not read the fine print I had 14 days to call and cancel. I know the cost of the product is over priced but how much the product cost was never mentioned in the advertisement. The product has not did what they claimed it was going to do.

Scam!!! I was forced to cancel my credit card due to this company's refusal to cancel the charges for a product I never received. They continued to charge me for three months after my initial contact with them.

Be aware!!! Do not get fooled as did I!!!

Please, Never never never order this product...It is not as good as they advertise it and the price is not 4.98 is actually $98

Costumer service is the worst

When I saw an ad for the Finesse Face Serum, I read everything to make sure they were legitimately providing a free sample and were not going to charge me anything else or put me on some monthly recurring program. NOWHERE in their documentation did it say they would be charging me anything extra. Then I see a charge for over $89 on my credit card. When I called they claimed the info was in their terms disclosure. NOT TRUE!!! I saw nothing and I read the entire thing. THIS IS A SCAM, run.....

I cancelled this product the first of December 2015 and have a cancellation number and the customer service reps name. Today 12/18/2015, this company debited my account again. When I called, I was told that the cancellation number was not valid. I received the product today and ask for the procedure to return. Two reps told me the product could be returned.and I have both names. They told me once I receive the product to called and get the RA number. I called and was told by a very rude person (3 different people with two different procedures) they do not accept returns. They are scoundrels and thieves. They refuse to honor the cancellation number given to me by [redacted] and refuse to take back their product. Run for the hills. The scoundrels are on the prey. I would never recommend them for any product they produce.

Review: I signed up for two samples 4.00 each received two .50ml sized container.realized the charged my account 89.94 and 89.53. I canceled my order, the man said I had 15 days. I cancelled it on the fourteenth day on realizing the cost of the small containers.I shipped the product back to address given to me.Product will be returned to them third day, but the charged me again for 89.94 7/21/15 I am extremely upset..work hard for my money. Please Help me.Sincerely [redacted]Hate to see others loose there money for samples and then they charge you full price.Desired Settlement: I want my money back,as soon as possible so my checking didn't go in the red. And it was my grocery money.so I have to go without food until they return my money.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Thank you for helping me. I received most of my money. They kept twenty dollars. I don't know why, but that was better then almost two hundred

Regards,

Review: 6/15/15 watched video that gave a link to order skin care product. http://finessefaceserums.com/ I paid the $4.99 shipping for both the Finesse and Nova Derm. When the boxes came, it did not have any information other than a packing slip with the name of the product and quantity of 1. On 8/3/15 I receive 2 boxes, each containing a product. Confused why I received it, I called [redacted] and cancelled my order stating both products, ref. #[redacted]. I asked what I was charged and told $89.94. I was offered a 75% refund which I took. 9/4/15 I again receive another shipment, now just of Finesse. Inside was a packing slip with a Customer Service #[redacted]. I called the original # and asked why I got a shipment when I had cancelled. Was told I only cancelled one product and that they are "sister companies", even though both numbers lead to the same reps center. I then find out that I was billed $89.53 on 7/30 and 8/4 in addition to the $89.94. I can't speak to a manager because they are at lunch. California time was 10 am. Told I would get a call back in 1-2 hours. After 2 hours call back and now told manager are in a conference.

They used false advertising showing the results from different product.

Terms and Conditions-how can simply using the website make an agreement to Terms that aren't displayed when ordering?

No billed amount on packing slip.

Was told my contract was terminated but not they only did for one of the products.Desired Settlement: Refund for product not ordered. $89.79 on 7/30, 25% balance of $89.53 equaling $22.07. Refund of $89.53 for 8/3 shipment.

Make company display Terms and Conditions when ordered, not an implied agreement by looking at the website.

Review: I ordered a trial sample of Finesse Face Serum and HR Cream. $4.95 each to send. I had to order the face serum because the add would not click off unless I did. I received the items. Today January 8th 2016 my checking account showed I had been charged 89.53 x2.= 180.06. I saw nothing that said this was a 2 week trial sample. all the add said was Free trial sample you pay shipping of $4.95. That was for each product. I called bothe phone #s. I was told they would send it every month. No! I cancelled. The person I talked to on the eye cream did not offer to resolve any issue at all. The Finesse face cream person I talked to gave me 35% back out of $89.53. My husband and I are on a fixed income we cannot afford to put out this kind of money. When it says free sample it should mean that. Not come back later and charge you an ungodly amount of money for a product. They dont tell you what it will cost if you like it. This is very misleading. I am upset to tears on this.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. These business's should not mislead the public like this. you think you have your monthly bills and income figured out and you check your bank account and they have taken $ 180 dollars out. Not right!

Review: Same complaints as the others. The site only advertised to be charged$4 for shipping. You have to seperately accept and agree to a monthly reoccuring charge, which I did not and would never select to pay $89 a month for a tablespoon of product.

This feels like a scam, I would be more then happened to return this product. Please canel this order immediataly and refund for Feb. I have Januarys charge as a dispute with my banking facility.Desired Settlement: Cancel this order immediately I already sent 3 emails with no response hard to call during working hours.

Stop being billed for something I did not accept.

Full refund for Feb as I have filed a complaint with my bank in January and was awaiting a resolution and in the mean time continue to be charged. This was a scam.

I requested sample products for $4.95 a couple of weeks ago, and have yet to receive the products. All of the sudden today I have two charges of $89 each!!!! I called the company for resolution and a very immature excuse of a woman actually laughed at me! She refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. After insisting several times to speak to someone above her, she advised me that no one was going to do anything to help me. She says her system shows I received the products on Friday. HOW, I asked her, even if I got it on that day would I have the 14 day trial?? She said that started the day I ordered it. They've offered me no resolution. I have had to contact my bank to fight these. In the meantime, I have no money to put food on the table until this is resolved. This is nothing but a scam and I have never spoken to anyone so unprofessional in my lifetime. After all of this, I would never consider doing business with them again. SCAM ALERT!!!!!!

Review: I ordered a trial size face cream from this company. They put 3 charges on my Visa. When I called they told me the fine print said I would be charged for the sample, if I did notCall and cancel the service. Really? I would knowingly sign something that said to charge my card $90 every 2-3 weeks. When I called to complain they said I signed the terms and conditions. Maybe I did click on something. This is a completely dishonest way to run a business.Needless to say, the cream is awful and I was glad I only spent $5 for it. A complete scam and the company knows it. They start with you signed it as soon as you call.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

Take charges off my Visa. I probably need a new CC also, who knows what else they will charge on my card.
