This is a scam. I ordered a trial product but instead was charged hundreds of dollars. I have all products in their original packages and wanted to send it all back but was told by the customer service rep they wouldn't return my money back.

I requested sample products for $4.95 a couple of weeks ago, and have yet to receive the products. All of the sudden today I have two charges of $89 each!!!! I called the company for resolution and a very immature excuse of a woman actually laughed at me! She refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. After insisting several times to speak to someone above her, she advised me that no one was going to do anything to help me. She says her system shows I received the products on Friday. HOW, I asked her, even if I got it on that day would I have the 14 day trial?? She said that started the day I ordered it. They've offered me no resolution. I have had to contact my bank to fight these. In the meantime, I have no money to put food on the table until this is resolved. This is nothing but a scam and I have never spoken to anyone so unprofessional in my lifetime. After all of this, I would never consider doing business with them again. SCAM ALERT!!!!!!

This company is a scam. They draw you in by telling you the face serum is free; you only pay shipping and handling. Then, when you're ready to check out, they offer you a free eye cream, just pay shipping and handling. So, I ordered both for $9.90.

NO WHERE does it tell you that you have 14 days to cancel otherwise you will be charged full price for the face serum $88.78 and full price for the eye cream $89.53 and be enrolled in monthly auto shipping at full price!

When I called to complain and ask for a refund, they told me I had clicked the box accepting their terms and conditions so they could not refund me. I NEVER CLICKED ANY BOX!

I asked them for their website and when I pulled it up, it was a completely different site than the one of Facebook. This site tells you 14 days to cancel, auto ship, and the price. The Facebook add said nothing except for 100% guarantee to work. If I had seen the terms I never would have ordered! I can't even find them on Facebook anymore.

After reading several reviews and complaints about this company I was afraid they would charge me again, as some have claimed they have, so I cancelled my credit card.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. They have taken me for $356.62 plus the shipping and handling for the trials.

I placed an order for a product that was supposed to be free pay only shipping charge of 4.98, I did and it came immediately. But it was not a trail size. Well, 15 day later I was charged 89.00 for the product. My fault I did not read the fine print I had 14 days to call and cancel. I know the cost of the product is over priced but how much the product cost was never mentioned in the advertisement. The product has not did what they claimed it was going to do.

Please, Never never never order this product...It is not as good as they advertise it and the price is not 4.98 is actually $98

This product is fabulous! I am not a big proponent of wrinkle cream but this REALLY worked. I saw results in days. I want to buy it but so far there are only trial sizes. [redacted]

I order this cream and call to cancel the trail period within 14 days when I receive cream in the mail. I cancel within 4 days from purchase date, so I will not be charge anymore money just the shipping. I receive a type of RMA number that shows it was cancel and email also confirming. When sent it back unused to the address they provided with tracking for myself to make sure they receive it, it shows its coming back to me as not a good address. The address they gave me was 3760 W. McFadden Ave. Suite B602 Santa Ana, Ca 92704. When I Google the address it shows a Tan Building with homeless people hanging around. Just don't look right! Then when I click on the company name and it forward me to this site https://www.finesseeyelift.com/ if you click terms and conditions at the bottom of the page and read there information the return address is 3760 W McFadden Ave #B 602 Santa Ana, CA 89502. which is a different zip code in Reno, Nevada. I see why its coming back, this must be a scam. Glad I took a picture of my shipping back to them. Why are they not accepting delivery? and the address has a different state zip code. I will be calling them back ,especially after the reviews I was reading about charging your card even after you cancel order within the 14 days.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered the "free trial" and next thing I know they charged me $89 and said it's for the "trial" bottle I received. Horrible customer service. This is a scam and they are trying to not refund the money they stole from us.

I cancelled this product the first of December 2015 and have a cancellation number and the customer service reps name. Today 12/18/2015, this company debited my account again. When I called, I was told that the cancellation number was not valid. I received the product today and ask for the procedure to return. Two reps told me the product could be returned.and I have both names.They told me once I receive the product to called and get the RA number. I called and was told by a very rude person (3 different people with two different procedures) they do not accept returns. They are scoundrels and thieves. They refuse to honor the cancellation number given to me by [redacted] and refuse to take back their product. Run for the hills. The scoundrels are on the prey. I would never recommend them for any product they produce.

Horrible company. I ordered the trial size. Tried to return it to prevent further billing. Spent over $20. UPS sent it back to me. What a mess. It's a ripoff to get your money! Stay away

DO NOT order a free trial from this company!! They automatically enroll you into auto ship, even after cancelling the initial order. The customer service representatives are argumentative, and after SEVERAl phone calls, they are still telling me I enrolled in auto ship.
