Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] these people are lying straight through their teeth’sWe did everything they told us to do plus answer calls when they asked for income based documents, which they never asked when we signed the contrastUntil weeks laterBut now they think I am lying about the accident I have the police report to prove everything and that it wasn’t my faultHyundai is just trying to cover their bases because they know they messed up big timeThey never had the car financed when we drove the car off the lot who fault was thatThey told us everything was approved when we left and that [redacted] *** was going o finance our carBut all of a sudden we didn’t get approvedNow *** which denied us he first time wants to finance the car now, why all of a sudden hey changed their mindsIt’s because of Hyundai changing whatever in the document so they can approve it, and t he reason why they lower the payment and interest is because we told them we were getting a lawyer because of the harassment and the fault documentationI just want them to admit they lied and they are just trying to make it seem as if we lied the whole entire time when we never lied in the first place

We have no? record of customer requesting to " do not call"There is no harassmentWe have simply? followed up on a customer visit or inquiryWe will be glad to removePlease note it may take some? time for the name to be removed from system.? Thank you

Thank you for forwarding this matter to my attentionI am aware of this customerIn fact, we have made repeated attempts to contact and all such attempts have been ignored.This vehicle was conditionally delivered to the customerThis was done IN WRITINGthe contact clearly stated that we would allow them to take delivery of the vehicle and that they had an obligation to provide the lender with all required documentation including income verification, job time, proof of residence, and anything else the lender requiredThis customer has not complied with the requirements of [redacted] *** BankWe were able to secure financing with another lender at better termslower payments, interest , etc etcHowever, the customer has refused to communicate with us.We will gladly take the vehicle back, in fact, we have been trying to do just thatThe customer has wrecked the vehicle and if as she claims the city garbage truck is at fault, she will need to assign all rights to the insurance claim over to us so that we can have the vehicle repaired.Please instruct the customer to contact MrFred D [redacted] at Hyundai of GreerHe will inform them how to proceedIf not, we will have to turn this over to our attorney.Bob H***

"Hyundai Motor Finance, after receipt of the contract, asked us to have it correctedWe reached out the the customer, explained the situation and asked for her to come in to get correctedShe was going to be out of town and it took some eight or nine days before she could come in and correctOnce corrected we sent contract back for funding." Response: I never said I was going to be out of town, I said I was on vacation the week you guys called (the week of October 26th) and I came to the dealership on October 28th to resign everything "It also appears that the customer was already either past due or near being past the due date on her payment at the time of delivery the new vehicle - this certainly exasperated the situation." Response: Yes, I had a payment due on October 28th, but it was stressed that I did NOT HAVE TO MAKE A PAYMENT to satisfy the month o October OR NovemberI made my first payment to Hyundai Motor Finance the end of November, as was neededThere was not a moment from the time of purchase to now where I have not complied/complied in a timely fashion With all of that said, I would appreciate acknowledgement of the lack of follAND my complianceThis is the real issue hereMonths later, on this date of 12/7/15, [redacted] ***, GM of Hyundai of [redacted] and [redacted] , HR department followed up with me after my phone call this morningThey apologized professionally and explained the EXACT situation of what was going onPrior to that, I was left in the dark as to what internal error was going on at the timeThe customer had no knowledge of this, thus things would not have gotten this farI am content with [redacted] feedback/folland I will go from there; however, it would be wise for the staff to improve with providing customer with proper details so they do not have to undergo any kind of unsettling feelingThat should be the business' ultimate concern and prioritySatisfying the customer whether or not they purchase a vehicle

How is it, that when other dealerships followed up with us, we gave them the same response, that we purchased a car elsewhere, and they left us alone...and your dealership won’t do the same?? Collision and wrote her a check in order to pick the vehicle up?

Thank you for forwarding this matter to my attentionThis is the first I have heard of this matter and see no record of previous attemptsI will forward this matter to accounting for processingThere is a possibility that refund may have been issued and the lender has not processed on their end All cancellations are sent directly to the lender, not to the consumerFurthermore, a cancellation is never required in order to sell a carIt does not delay anything.?

Evidently there is an issue with the oil pan and the oil pan plug.. probably the threads are damaged and the plug will not seat. This is not a warrantable item. While we cast no accusations as to how this may have happened, we are confident it was not done by us. Had it been done improperly the last... time there would have been major oil leaks noticed and perhaps a complete evacuation of the oil thus seizing the engine. Furthermore, the vehicle has not been in our possession since February and we have no control over what could have been done to the car.While we cannot replace the parts and perform the work for free, we would be glad to do it with a discount. If customer wishes to do so they simply need to let us know. Bob H***

Hyundai of Greer is not a lenderI am not sure at this moment the lender that financed their loan, however, regardless of that matter, Hyundai of Greer has no involvement in the collection practices of any third party lenderThe customer must make the payments on time and according to the terms

The business has responded Please see below:
buyer purchased an axle for a warranty on a previous purchasebuyer returned a defective axle back to us for a refund that was not our
itemitem returned was a different brand and refund was not issued because buyer was required to return the item that was purchased from us, not any random def axle

Thanks for your help with this matterAs per discussion, please find attached the statement showing that they have finally issued me a credit after months. I also wanted to bring to your attention that the refund is not reflecting the interest I have paid on this amount for the last months with my monthly payments. If this payment was applied in the month of October then there would have been reduction in principal in October, rather it happened in February. Thanks and Regards,*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The car part manufacturer is claiming cause of the break in the part to be the fault of the car when it was not the car Break was due to a break in the welding of the part There is no blue coloring on the part which clearly yields an overheating as well as the screens being in tact I have sent over pictures to prove that as said before Thank you***
