Thanks for your help with this matterAs per discussion, please find attached the statement showing that they have finally issued me a credit after months. I also wanted to bring to your attention that the refund is not reflecting the interest I have paid on this amount for the last months with my monthly payments. If this payment was applied in the month of October then there would have been reduction in principal in October, rather it happened in February. Thanks and Regards,*** ***

Our warranty policy clearly states that before buying a converter buyer must be aware that catalytic converters are designed to last the
life of a vehicleif a converter needs to be replaced it is due to an emissions error/problem in engine tuningThis must be corrected before mechanic installs new converterBuyer was giving a copy of our warranty policy and it states that " converters with "Blue-ing" shell are not covered by warranty" All warranty information was provided at the time of purchase on our websiteHis converter failure was due to initial emission error and this voids the warrantyPlease refer to our Warranty Policy on our website for more information

MacAutoParts is the worst one, usually I don't write reviews but macautoparts is just a chect and fraudThey are good till you buy their product and they misguide on first placeThey advertise years warranty on their product and even you call after three months they don't honour the warranty and making excuses and try to make you fool It was just waste of money and timeI will not recommend any body to purchase anything from thereTheir products are just bad and their service is bad for customer satisfactionIt's better to shop some where else

When a product is paid off at lender, then it is credited to the principal and reduces the payoff

Hyundai of Greer is not a lenderI am not sure at this moment the lender that financed their loan, however, regardless of that matter, Hyundai of Greer has no involvement in the collection practices of any third party lenderThe customer must make the payments on time and according to the terms

Thank you for forwarding this matter to my attentionI am aware of this customerIn fact, we have made repeated attempts to contact and all such attempts have been ignored.This vehicle was conditionally delivered to the customerThis was done IN WRITINGthe contact clearly stated that we
would allow them to take delivery of the vehicle and that they had an obligation to provide the lender with all required documentation including income verification, job time, proof of residence, and anything else the lender requiredThis customer has not complied with the requirements of *** *** BankWe were able to secure financing with another lender at better termslower payments, interest , etc etcHowever, the customer has refused to communicate with us.We will gladly take the vehicle back, in fact, we have been trying to do just thatThe customer has wrecked the vehicle and if as she claims the city garbage truck is at fault, she will need to assign all rights to the insurance claim over to us so that we can have the vehicle repaired.Please instruct the customer to contact MrFred D*** at Hyundai of GreerHe will inform them how to proceedIf not, we will have to turn this over to our attorney.Bob H***

All cancellations are sent directly to the lender, not to the consumerFurthermore, a cancellation is never required in order to sell a carIt does not delay anything

investigateHowever, what the customer describes would have nothing to do with an "incorrect size tire" regardless of a tow truck driver's advice.If we in fact put the wrong size tire on the vehicle we will gladly replace with the correct size tire at no charge to the customerHowever, we will not be able to meet customer demands for $644.00.MrShawn L*** will investigate and reach out to customer. Thank you for forwarding this matter to my attentionI have investigated this complaint and we are in the process of personally following up with this customer.While we truly value this customer's business and deeply regret any inconvenience this customer has experienced, we must take exception
with several of the key points in her outline. We did in fact make an error in the paperwork regarding the payoff - the salesperson simply forgot to update the correct payoff amount on the worksheetThis was corrected the same day before the customer left. In addition, there was an error in the residual calculation - Hyundai Motor Finance, after receipt of the contract, asked us to have it correctedWe reached out the the customer, explained the situation and asked for her to come in to get correctedShe was going to be out of town and it took some eight or nine days before she could come in and correctOnce corrected we sent contract back for fundingWe inform all customers in writing at time of delivery that the delivery of the vehicle is conditional; conditional based upon us being successful in assigning the retail installment contract/lease contract to a third party lenderIt clearly states that if we need additional information or assistance to satisfy the third party then the customer will fully cooperateWe are not able to make payoffs or finalize title work until all conditions are met and the contract is fundedSuch is the case hereIt also appears that the customer was already either past due or near being past the due date on her payment at the time of delivery the new vehicle - this certainly exasperated the situation.However, in stating all this, we still were able to process and make the payoff in a timely fashionAfter investigation it appears the her lender *** Financial failed to process the payoff in a timely fashion, they somehow managed to return the payoff check twice and made several clerical errorsThis is the chief cause of any payoff delays.Hopefully , we can find some way to assist*** *** ***, General Manager has reached out to her today.Sincerely, *** ***

This has been previously responded toHowever, at any rate our GM spoke with the customer and the issue was resolved. Thank you for your follow up.

How is it, that when other dealerships followed up with us, we gave them the same response, that we purchased a car elsewhere, and they left us alone...and your dealership won’t do the same??
