the owner matt said he could stain my driveway and that it would last yrs well needless to say it didn't last months it is peeling off and looks worse than it did before this guy is rude and crude and a con artist don't be fooled by him he is very ignorant in the home improvement field and needs to be stopped I wouldn't use this guy for anything and advise anyone from using there service

Refer to complaint # ***Dear ***,*** contacted me on Tue Dec 12/at work around 10:and told me to come back home because he wanted to finish the work However, I cannot just leave my work So, we scheduled
the time on Fri Decto finish his job Then he found my review on HomeAdvisor and he wrote me a very long letter (please see attached mail below) He blamed that it was my fault that I was too busy He forgot how many times I have cried and called him to come back to finish his work I wrote him 2-emails and got one sentence back that he couldn't come However, I gave him a chance to proof himself that he didn't intend to cheat me.Today is Fri Dec 26, he promised to show up at 9:and he didn't show up again We wait till 12: We end up climbing up to clean the gutter ourselves (please see attached pictures) We cannot climb up to clean the roof gutter since the ladder he left was unstable and dangerous to climb to the roof.The leave filters he left us was just to cover the garage gutter and sun room gutter and we have nothing left to put on the house gutter I truly believe that this guy intend to cheat me I don't want anybody to be in my situation Paying a lot of money and didn't get the work done It completely ruins my mental health to deal with this guy.Thank you very much for your consideration.Sincerely yours, *** *** ***

before you ruin my company with a bad review I never had a bad review please just give me a chance before you jump the gun and do this I even left my ladder there to assure you that I will be back all you put was nothing but negative stuff when the only problem that we're having is a timing issue I really don't consider that ripping somebody off you down there that you're concerned about me stealing your money and you don't have money to hire somebody else come on be realistic I've been doing this for years you don't see anybody complaining that I'm stealing their money I don't have any complaints please let me work this out with you I am the smallest company you will ever find I am a Hans owner and I try my best to accommodate everybody timewise you called me out there for a simple gutter cleaning I had to put a Nother customer off because I spent the entire day at your house but you did not put any of the good stuff in your review only a paranoid thought of being stolen from I am no fee and we have an appointment for this Friday and I'm sorry that I had to reschedule a couple times but try being me one person with customers a year and the only reason I excepted the check was because I used all my material upfront I also used my money out of my pocket upfront but you mentioned none of this in the review then after all that you were so pleased I don't understand why appreciate your business and I can help you understand that I am a family man the company's name is our family because this is our family helping your family but we have to work together game we don't need to be bickering I apologize I admit that I got behind because I did not expect your gutter cleaning job to turn into an all day job an then a two day job but you have to understand I work until midnight sometimes it was so cold that day you could not even bear to stand outside do you remember when I said please go in because you were so cold for some reason it was unusually cold that day and I stayed out there is long as I could we put in a day of hard work there it was a lot of little stuff but it added up to be a long day and I was never there to rip you off I put my other stuff off to make sure that you were treated right because of what had been done to you by chimney cricket then it just hurts me it pains me to see that type of review when nothing was done to you that was criminal my family my kids they rely on me to be a good father and do good work in order to feed my kids and one customers put things on there that are not true when I haven't been given a fair chance to finish the work I think that that's not right all I ask is that you give me a chance now I can understand if you put in the review that they took me a few days longer than expected to complete the job but I took it upon no notice and also under some pretty bad conditions and even with all my other jobs that I had to juggle and rearranged because your job turned out to be a lot more than expected I did whatever it took to make sure that your job is being done correctly and that's why I just ask that you please wait until I finish the job before you assume that I am not trustworthy i've done you know wrong I did not expect your job to take as long as it did but I did as you insisted and because of it now I have a bad review please work with me on this matter I did not rip you off like chimney cricket did them are the ones that did you wrong and I cannot believe that after what they done to you I'm the one with the bad review I have all the photos of all the extra work that I was asked to do on that gutter cleaning job so you have to understand I have to juggle my customers around timewise I would never steal from you so please take that off the show and less I was to actually rip you off or do something like that I'm sorry most people are usually home somebody is usually home for the most part of the day unfortunately you both work a lot and it's very hard to schedule with you and I am very hard to schedule with time myself but when I do get out there I take care of business I make people happy and I do what's right
