Do not rent from them, we've had nothing but issues from the start. Mold, bathroom clogs, kitchen flooding, broken appliances and more. Upon moving in we reported mold and it took months to "fix" the mold in the bathroom. We had a pipe burst twice in the kitchen with water under the dishwasher and under the flooring and were told to clean the dishwasher, when all along a pipe was busted in the wall but it took weeks for them to come check it out. Then we had a clog that made both our tub and shower back up and they had to rip apart the bathroom for that. The plumber found a old cell phone cover in there and said must have been in there for a very long time. Now months later after moving out we get a bill with our move out statement saying we owe $4000 for that clog and to fix the wall they tore open to fix it.they also claim the filter was dirty even though it was replaced the day before we turned in keys, and have added on more fees saying they had to clean a lot but not stating what. This is a horrible company, a bunch of money hungry, non helpful people who will rip you off just like everyone else.

We have had Golba Group look after our rental property for approximately 22 years now. We have had nothing but a great relationship with the property management company.

I request repairs on my rental property and the maintenance man was there just a couple days later! He was very nice and fixed all my repairs. Thank you Firebird!
