Good afternoon MsGlass,For starters we were never told we were not going to receive the $gift card until we called in to weeks later to see why we hadn't received it as promised for all the headachesAs you can see from their response they keep changing their stories!This has yet to be resolved! If you listen to the recorded calls we were clearly told we were going to receive a gift card for a higher amount than the $we were toldAt this point all we want is the $gift card we were originally promised for all the headaches and hassles this company has put us through! As you can see on the invoice we were given for the set up their representative states we are to receive the $gift cardAlso, the company has NEVER attempted to make contact with usThey have both our numbers at ###-###-#### and ###-###-####.I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company who continues to lie.Taught me a great lesson to make sure you know who you are doing business with prior to handing over any money!Sincerely, [redacted] & [redacted]

As the customer stated we did send a technician out to help him with his technical issuesUnfortunately he was not set at the correct channel package which is a minor issue that can be resolved quicklyHowever, because the customer canceled his services we are unable to adjust the channel package
to his likingAlso the application fee is non-refundable and it states that on the work order that the customer signed off on agreeing to such termsAlso there is nothing that can be done about the cancelation fee, again the channel package is an easy fix however the customer chose on their own volition to cancel the services all together

a check for $will be mailed to me within to weeks, therefore I accept their resolution, assuming that I do receive this check!

We reached out to customer to inform her that our solutions to her promise of the $Visa Gift card is a $bill credit to her *** accountCustomer was very dissatisfied with the creditWe proceeded to inform the customer that because the gift card is not on her original order form we can
not honor that promotionCustomer stated that she was also upset that she was charged for moving her service when she was told by the rep that it would be free, again it was mentioned that it had to be present on the order form and reiterated that *** only waives a mover's fee after a customer has been with *** for monthsBefore a viable solution could be procured for her troubles with the mover's fee customer voluntarily disconnected the call

Response does not change fact that the sales rep lied to me When I discovered I was not getting what was promised, I tried repeatedly to contact the seller They never returned a call How would I know they could make the changes to get what I was promised After having no success whatsoever with the seller, I contacted ***.My original complaint stands.I was mislead by the sales rep.They offered no customer support Person who answers phone had no technical knowledge and my calls were NEVER returned

The customer was informed on multiple accounts that the fee is non- refundable. The customer is in possession of the signed document that states there is NON-REFUNDABLE application fee. An application fee is just that, applying with the said company listed at the bottom of the order form.

As customer stated before we did have a technician dispatched to resolve his technical issues and render his [redacted] services useful. The customer also stated that he attempted to reach out only the representative after he saw that he was on the wrong channel package, and not once calling the main office for assistance before cancelling his [redacted] services. Due to this cancellation there is nothing further we are able to assist the customer.Tell us why here...

Customer was last spoken to on August 29th and informed that a credit was added to his account which removes $10 from his bill for the next 10 months to compensate for the missing channels, and that his bill should be $78 before tax. I will not accept this! As I told the owner we don't know what the codes mean that were written on our order! The salesman job is to explain the contract and what is written on it! It has been applied by 3 different people with this company that we are lying to them! I have wasted hours trying to get a resolve for it to go no where! I was told it is my responsibility not the salesman job to make sure everything is written down! I can now understand why all the reviews on the Revdex.com are negative and the complaints are the same as mine so add my name to list of negative reviews! Nobody has called to offer a resoultuion to this issue!

Everything that the customer was offered is clearly located on their order form, to which they have signed. We will holding the customer responsible to know what everything on the order for means as they are not only signing it with their signature but giving out proprietary information. If there something that the customer did not know, they could have called either their sales representative for clarification or the main office before and after installation. Again, we have offered a month of service as well as a buyout of prior television provider.

[redacted] was contacted by the owner of the company and informed that the customer's original order form that they signed states that they will not receive anything outside of the global promotion offered by [redacted]. The customer's complaints were taken into consideration and they have been...

informed that they signed the order form agreeing to just the global promotions. We have offered a month of service as well a buyout of their contract with their previous provider. While attempting to explain the procedure of how we can credit the customer these offers the customer voluntarily disconnected the call.

Also the information provided by the customer does not seems to match with any customer information in our records;...

name, address, and phone number. We suspect that the customer's account may be in a spouse's name.
