Great service met up with company at the state fair, installed next day. Installer was expirirenced very professional.

I am so appalled by First Choice Communications. They are very dishonest. We were approached the Del Mar Fair 6/17/2016. Lies, Lies , and more Lies. I was told by John W[redacted] so many Lies. He also used my name as a referral for signing up another poor unknowingly person to try to make things correct. Why would I refer anyone to such a horrible Company. We already Are [redacted] customers. I was told we were just bundling with [redacted]. Our Credit card was hit, $74.93 when I was told only 99 cents was going to be charged! More lies from some girl about our $40.00 cash we also gave them. She said she would talk to her Manager about a refund. She then said they wouldn't refund but they would give me a discount through my [redacted] Bill. I m also receiving calls from Cedric who seems to be Rude, and misrepresenting himself as a [redacted] Manager? The phone number he provides is not the Phone number the true Installers from [redacted] gave me to call?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Response does not change fact that the sales rep lied to me.  When I discovered I was not getting what was promised, I tried repeatedly to contact the seller.  They never returned a call.  How would I know they could make the changes to get what I was promised.  After having no success whatsoever with the seller, I contacted [redacted].My original complaint stands.I was mislead by the sales rep.They offered no customer support.  Person who answers phone had no technical knowledge and my calls were NEVER returned.

Hello Maria Garcia,Below is the response to complaint # [redacted]:On August 1, 2014 the customer was called to obtain correct credit card information to process customer's order along with informed that they would not receive the $100 [redacted] Gift card, customer informed us to continue with the processing of the order even after knowing that they would not receive the $100 [redacted] Gift card. I do accept the response from the comapny.  I have asked several times now to be put in touch with our sales agent and the company refuses.  This should not be this difficult.  Apparently they are running some kind of scam it seems.

After reviewing the document we have noticed that the rep did quote you accurately. When you combine your DIRECTV with your CenturtyLink your combined bill would have dropped down to the estimated $83. As for the second year, DIRECTV and ATT has made some price changes to DIRECTV that has effected all DIRECTV customers, and unfortunately that is out of our control. Lastly, the work order outlines that you will have the premium movie channels for a total of three months at no charge. Before the installation of services the technician reviewed the installation with the customer. Post installation the customer signed off on the work order approving the installation. Along with the application stating that the application fee is non-refundable, services were also rendered. The application fee will not be refunded.

I have sent all the necessary paper on 11-13-15 waiting for the response from first choice communications

The customer stated that they will send over all necessary document for us to look over this weekend in order to completely resolve this case. All early terminations fees are reimbursed up to $200, also the order form that we have does not mention a month of free DIRECTV service. If you have documentation stating otherwise please do not hesitate to forward that information to us. We will immediately rectify the issue should you provide...

The order form that was signed by the customer is accurate and attached. The order form discloses that we are a subsidiary to DIRECTV along with stating that  "signing acknowledges that all pricing, promotions and equipment are contingent upon the credit risk factor generated by DIRECTV...

and its Telco partners." Therefore the customer has agreed to everything in the order form. Samantha mentioned that they were to get Unlimited [redacted] data, which is available but, not free, the order form does not state that it is free, and if it was it would be determined through [redacted] a DIRECTV Telco partner. In regards to the $124 charge by [redacted] that is a charge that was determined by [redacted]. The order form also states "Installation, activation, shipping, and handling fees may apply for new home phone and internet services." Next the customer never paid a deposit but a non refundable application fee, which is outlined in the order form. Again, all that was promised to the customer was in fact delivered and the customer was aware of exactly what they were getting as per their signature at the bottom of the order form, along with our office's number. Lastly we have decided to reimburse the customer's non refundable application fee. The customer will receive this via [redacted] Quickpay within 2 weeks.

Early termination fees are reimbursed up to a maximum of $200, and a month free DIRECTV service is not located on any current documentation that we possess. If you have any supporting document please do not hesitate to send them over immediately either fax  ###-###-#### or email [redacted]@ymail.com and we will resolve the issue. An agent in customer service is available at ###-###-#### between the hours of 9am to 5pm Arizona time Monday thru Friday.

Good afternoon Ms. Glass,For starters we were never told we were not going to receive the $100.00 gift card until we called in 5 to 6 weeks later to see why we hadn't received it as promised for all the headaches. As you can see from their response they keep changing their stories!This has yet to be resolved!  If you listen to the recorded calls  we were clearly told we were going to receive a gift card for a higher amount than the $100.00 we were told. At this point all we want is the $100.00 gift card we were originally promised for all the headaches and hassles this company has put us through! As you can see on the invoice we were given for the set up their representative states we are to receive the $100.00 gift card. Also, the company has NEVER attempted to make contact with us. They have both our numbers at ###-###-#### and ###-###-####.

I don't recommend this company. They promise you something and don't follow through on it. I signed up for [redacted] at the Indiana State Fair in August of 2015. I have the contract I signed that tells me what I will pay for the first and second year. They told me it would be $69.00 before tax the 1st year and $89.00 before tax the 2nd year. I asked the gentleman multiple times if that was correct and he assured me it was. My bill came from [redacted] for the first month in the second year and it was $ 134.74. I called [redacted] told them I had a contract and what it said. She informed the bill was correct and I was wrong told me to contact First Choice Communications. I called First Choice and was informed they don't keep any records and they could do nothing. I said I signed a contract with you, you should work to fix the situation. She informed me that she would do nothing and I needed to contact [redacted]. I will not ever do business with this company again.

We have spoken with this [redacted] and they have been refunded via  Chase Quick Pay on April 4, 2016 at 9:34 am Arizona time.

told there was an application fee, I was told the $40.00 was for the installation which larry was required to collect upfront. He said nothing about being nonrefundable and he crossed the words nonrefundable out. Larry had told me that that's the only fee I'd have but 2 secs after they walked in my door they charged me an installation fee which has since been returned due to me proving I should never have been installed because I don't have a view from my apartment. This company has lied from the begininging and [redacted] has sent in numoreous complaints on my behalf for what they have done. If the contract I signed said nonrefundable then I would understand it's my fault but I feel it's their error since they crossed those words off.

We have received all the necessary documents and are currently reviewing them to reach a viable resolution. The customer will be called no later than 11/18/15 with the resolution.
