I do not appreciate being the subject of documentation, which is based on your representative’s notesWhat I also found unnerving is when I returned the phone call, unlike most credible companies, there is no greeting message nor does voice promptThere is just a direct line to a representative, who directly asks for my name and SSNDuring my phone call your company stated that I was mistaken for another client going by the same identityHowever, to the contrary and according to the email response, Bill E [redacted] claims that I have an account and I have made previous payments to the correspondence sent to meIn addition, I am not aware of any login credentialsWhat was written to me in conclusion, was a simple dismissive statement that states that I will not be contacted againThat response from Bill E [redacted] is completely convolutedThe point that I am trying to deliver follows: It is extremely rude to contact someone or some families, without introducing yourself, while explicitly stating "I do not have to tell you who is calling"If possible, if calls are being monitored for quality assurance, I would recommend that you strongly listen to that phone call that was made on April 11th, at 8:13am.Thank You Regards, [redacted]

Mr T [redacted] The account for Mr C [redacted] was turned over by Emergency Physicians of Central Florida 2/4/We sent notification of the debt at that time with no mail return and no response from Mr C [redacted] There are multiple notes of Mr C [redacted] calling in and being rude just as he was in this complaintThe account was investigated per Mr C [redacted] 's previous disputes at which time our client shows the debt as valid and we marked the account as disputed as required by lawOur client doesn't show any insurance presented at the time of serviceThe insurance filing would be well past timely filingWe are sending itemization of charges to Mr C [redacted] Thank you

I never talked with Kyle B [redacted] on August 16, 2017, that’s when you guys signed for the certified I sent you!2.) As a “courteously” really?? I have letters from Kyle b [redacted] himself from November 15, stating these accounts were to be removed!! It’s been way more than days! I just want these accounts off my credit report for good! They were obviously supposed to be deleted back in and years later they aren’t! This company LIES! I can send you copies AGAIN of these letters stating those accounts were to be removed in 2015! I’m sick of waiting, and I’m sick of being lied too! Once these accounts finally do get taken off my report I can finally move on with my life until then I’m constantly calling you guys!
