Ms ***,The four accounts in question were turned over of collection in When they were all eventually paid they properly showed as paid in full accounts at the credit bureau [redacted] called in and spoke to Mr Baxter in August and as a courtesy he agreed to mark them as completely removed and not just paid with the credit bureausThis was sent on our September credit bureau fileIt can take the credit bureaus up to days and we have no control over how long they can take Thank youBill E***

[redacted] ***The multiple calls from [redacted] were reviewedDuring the initial call [redacted] stated she had something on her credit and was buying a houseOur collector offered to remove the account if paid due to [redacted] ***'s circumstances [redacted] asked for a settlement for less on what was a balance after insurance but this was not approved and [redacted] terminated the call [redacted] called back and immediately began to threaten us with her lawyerThe call escalated to [redacted] swearing at Ms W [redacted] after [redacted] ***'s threats of her attorney contacting us did not produce a reduction in the amount owedThere were multiple calls to follow by [redacted] in which she had angry comments directed at multiple employees because we did not give a reductionAs [redacted] was told by multiple employees we would happily work with her if she would like to call back to resolve the accountWe have properly marked the account as disputed with the credit bureaus Thank youBill E***

Ms *** There is no contract with us as we are a third party collection agency who is collecting for [redacted] which is a physician practice. We are collecting on behalf of this creditor. The account was originally turned over to us 8/4/15 at which time we sent our initial notice... followed by one other notice with no response. I have now marked the account as disputed. Under HIPAA I have to request that the physician directly provide me with debt validation information and per HIPAA's Privacy Rule they must respond to me and not a collection agency.
