Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI don’t know how to articulate how interactive and engaged FirstTech/CompuStar has been in resolving my issue They truly went ABOVE and beyond in making sure the defective device was removed from my car, a new device was placed AND the new device worked to meet my needs There is one bug that remains but it is so beyond their control I am supremely satisfied [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com, The isssues that's I was experiencing with Firstech have been completely resolved and addressedIn regards to my original complaint, it was quickly and efficiently addressed by [redacted] upon it's submissionThrough multiple correspondence with [redacted] I was able to get all of my previous concerns and issues addressedAs this case cannot be deleted once it is submitted I would like to take a moment to address a few things with this company Firstech is a parent company of multiple different smaller sanctionsThey are a creator of electronics that are manufactured to work with a multitude of vehicles spread across many manufacturersAs with any company that creates devices for a 3rd party product, there are bound to be certain problem/issuesAs these issues are sometimes unavoidable and unfortunate, Firstech takes these issues very seriouslyIt is important to ensure that customers take the appropriate actions and go through the correct channels in order to seek support for a product With the submission of this complaint, [redacted] immediately looked into all of my case notes documented and was able to pinpoint an issue make a more than satisfactory suggestion on how to get the situation correctedUpon this completion, again, the product works completely as described and I am confident that I will not have any other issues with itI will also purchase more products from this company in the future (as needed) due to the amazing outcome of this issueI am completely confident that this was a fluke situation and will not happen againTheir customer service, while not ideal at first is genuinely amazing and among one of the best that I have had the pleasure of dealing with
