Greetings, The customer, [redacted] , purchased the Fisher Wallace Stimulator on The order was shipped the same dayAccording to the [redacted] tracking number, [redacted] , the package was scheduled to be delivered on On 417, MrB [redacted] called us to inform us that he would be rejecting the package because he did not want to pay the duties and taxes associated with the packageI spoke with my manager and immediately afterwards call MrB [redacted] backHe did not answer and so, I left a voicemail informing him that we could refund him for the duties and taxes so that he may get to try the deviceI told him that he just needed to send us a copy of the receipt for the paid duties and taxesI also sent him an email that you can see in the attached pdf fileOn 417, he emailed back saying his phone was not working, to just email him [redacted] successfully delivered the package on at 12:21pm ESTOn 417, MrB [redacted] emailed us to say that he had not received the package and that he was not home at the time of deliveryAccording the [redacted] tracking, MrB [redacted] signed for the package on You can see proof of delivery in the attached pdf fileWe informed MrB [redacted] that we would set up a [redacted] trace to see what exactly happened with the deliveryOn 417, a [redacted] trace agent called Fisher Wallace to inform us that the package was successfully delivered on The trace agent said that initially the credit card used to pay the duties and taxes was declined, but that it was processed successfully on the second attemptFurthermore, the agent reported that the deliveryman left the package with MrB [redacted] MrB [redacted] emailed us and insisted that he did not sign for the packageWe told him that we could set up a 3-way call with [redacted] and him to see what is going onMrB [redacted] ignored this plan and said he checked with his neighbors and none of them had the packageToday, 417, MrB [redacted] reported that his roommate had signed for the package on and since they both have the same credit card, his roommate paid for the duties and customsMrB [redacted] then said that the package was sealed, but when he opened it that it was missing the instruction manual and the device itselfIt had all the other contents he saidHe believed that we simply did not include the device on purposeWe emailed him a list of the items that should be in the package and we asked that he call usWe told him that if he did not have a working phone that we could hold a Skype phone call with himMrB [redacted] replied informing us that he would be submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com, completely ignoring our offer to help him outThat was the last emailHe then called us and said he was using a neighbor’s phone to make the callWe noticed on the called ID that it was the same phone number associated with his order, and he had used this number to make his first call on back on We informed MrB [redacted] that a device was included in his package and [redacted] even weighs the package prior to accepting itThere is no way the package could have made its weight if the device, which is the heaviest part of the package, was not includedMrB [redacted] did not want to participate in a 3-way call with FedExWe were eventually able to convince him to joinWe called [redacted] and got a trace agent on the lineWhen it was time to connect the calls, MrB [redacted] had hung up the phoneWe called him back twice and he did not answer We believe MrB [redacted] is being fraudulent in his claims about receiving everything except the device and instruction manualWhy else would he not want to partake in the [redacted] call? Why else did he say his phone was not working and then said he was using his neighbor’s phone (when called ID said he was using his phone)? I did work with *** and they advised me that I could not release any information on the claim due to me not being the senderI also informed Fisher Wallace of the information I had obtained from ***Fisher Wallace then responded by saying they would work with ***I am a honest hard working person who has no intention on commuting any sort of crimeI am saddened that Fisher Wallace wants to make me look out to be a criminal as well as a liarI kept inquiring Fisher Wallace by both phone as well as with several emails with no success I have also done the leg work on getting this dispute resolved with no appreciation and in return I am being accused of something I would never doI wish to settle this matter by obtaining a refund for a device that I never receivedI understand that *** states that it was delivered but there is no proof of a delivery other than the *** driver stating that it was delivered.

Hello,As stated in my first correspondence, [redacted] will not release any information to me because I am not the sender.  This matter needs to be resolved. I have not received the stimulator from Fisher Wallace that I ordered back in June 2016.  I need to get a refund so that I can get the assistance the stimulator was suppose to help with.  This back and forth is not doing anything but proving that Fisher Wallace is not in business of helping patient but their own pockets.  Please have a heart and issue me a refund.
