extremely poor customer service*** behavior of staff and *** remarks, withdraw of membership from credit without authorizationforcing a membership fee despite NOT being in a contract with them and despite written notice was given
they also tend to close early or reduce the posted hours at their discretion many times

Too many hidden fees I cancelled my membership yet was still being billed

Chase Credit Finance company will be providing documentation to prove *** *** has been and still is the only authorized signer for this credit account

The areas are good but the business are very bad they only care about charging the monthly fee and do not care to help the customers they make you pay your membership, even if you do not use the facility this is why they tell you to advise days before canceling you will be paying days for a service that you won't useThen they tell you that you are paying for a membership, wow a membership that is useless with out the usage of the facilityThis is pathetic

Fitness Connection records show that [redacted]'s account balance on March
3, was $for February dues plus a late fee due to returned billing,
later that day our March returns were received and [redacted]'s March dues
returned plus late fee adding the additional $to balance, bringing the
balance to $43.20.
[redacted] requested to cancel membership that day (March 3, 2014), as
stated in the authorized agreement all cancellations require a 30-day notice
This being the case Maleep [redacted]'s membership would not cancel until April 3,
2014, taking place after April's monthly billingMembers are allowed access
through the end of the month they were billed for
We do apologize for the miscommunication and unfortunately cannot confirm
nor deny the verbal discussions, and is why we must go by the authorized
agreement that states the cancelation policy along with all other policies,
billings, and fees.

This company practices predatory billing practices long after the client has fulfilled membership dues.
I've been getting bogus bills for about 3 years since I terminated my membership obligations for the same dollar amount.
The signature is from a Marcus [redacted] and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with this shady operator.

The worst game I have ever been to they have kids working there always on their phones as customers walking I've seen the customers ask questions as well as myself and they're just answering but at the same time texting or on [redacted] or [redacted] it's just very very unprofessional. Top of being unprofessional they also charge you hidden fees without telling you. I got charge $86 after I already canceled my membership a while back. Even in the corporate office they are unprofessional and did not resolve my issue. I will never ever refer this gym to anyone. It is also placed in a bad area where there's a lot of violence and break-ins.

We signed our daughters up for membership which they only used this summer prior to leaving for college. We went through the process of emailing the billing company to give them 30 days notice to cancel. Never got a response. We called and everything is automated. When we finally talked to a human, she told us we would have to pay the annual fees even though we were canceling before the annual fees were due. We explained that we sent an email and we left messages. We asked to speak to a supervisor and were on hold for 30 min and no one ever came to phone. My husband went into the location on Hankins Rd in Charlotte on yesterday. He was told we would have to pay the annual fees. He asked to speak to the manager. That person was with a customer and never came over to respond. My husband then cancelled not only my daughters memberships, but he also cancelled both of our because this showed a total lack of customer service. We have been long time customers but we have paid out last dollars to Fitness Connection.
