I ORD. SO ON JULYERED A SMART WATCH FROM FITTECH OFF AN ADD ON FACEBOOK ON MAY 5,2020. THE ADD SAID 3 TO 5 DAYS TO PROCESS AND YOU WOULD RECEIVE IT IN 6 TO 10 DAYS. I STILL HAVE NOT RCEIVED THE WATCH. EVERY TIME I EMAIL THEM THEY TELL ME TO TRACK THE PACKAGE
SO ON JULY 19TH I EMAILED ASKING FOR A REFUND. THEY WONT ACCEPT PHONE CALLS. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM A PERSON NAMED *** SAYING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS WAS WRONG. TO PLEASE SEND CORRECT ADDRESS. I INFORMED HER I WANTED A REFUND THAT I WAS TIRED OF WAITING. SHE RESPONDED WITH THEY CANT REFUND MONEY FOR AN ITEM THAT HAD AN INCORRECT ADDRESS . THE ADRESS THEY HAVE IS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT . ANY MESS UP IS ON THEIR END SO I WANT A REFUND OF MY MONEY.. I HAVE SAVED ALL THE EMAILS BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO UPLOAD THEM.

I tried to cancel they wouldn"t let me. I finally received it after a month too late it was a present. won't tell me where to send it
I have emails back and forth over a dozen times. won't let me cancel this and said it would cost more to send it back. the return address on the package I am told will not accept it.Why?i don't know. I have reported them to my Credit card company they are disputing this. I believe it is a out of the country scam although the NC address and the website have the same number and the same message as to why they don't answer the phone so i'm sure it is the same place. the same phone # ***. The total my Credit
card is disputing is 89.99. This company are scammers and as I look I am not the first to be scammed! I have printed all the emails but not computer savy enough to send them here. I have learned a lesson will not deal online again.

I am looking for a full refund on a faulty watch received on 7/11/20. Fittech is refusing to send me return instructions and reimbursement for item.
I purchased a SmartSenior watch for my father as a gift. After taking nearly a month to arrive, it was received on 7/11/20. Once the watch was removed from the package and turned on, we quickly discovered that it did not respond to the setup instructions that were enclosed. Three different people attempted to set the watch up and were not able to do so. I then emailed Fittech to request return instructions as well as a refund of the $119 that I paid, to which they responded by sending me instructions for the watch setup. I explained that it does not work, and that we also discovered that it appears we have received a child's watch based on the size of the wrist band, and the fact that the app for the watch displays information on keeping track of small children at the beach. I received a second email back stating that I did not recieve the incorrect watch, and completely avoided the original issue of the watch not being able to set up.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a full refund of the $119 that I paid for the watch, as well as instructions on how to return the watch. The company has refused to fulfill either of these requests.

False advertising on where item coming from (China versus NC). After waiting 2 months item received and doesn't work.
I researched fitness watches purposely finding FitTech that claimed to be located in Raleigh, NC with capabilities to perform blood pressure monitoring in addition to steps, heart rate, etc. I ordered this item for $69.99 on 5/9/2020. I was frustrated when I received a confirmation of processing that this would be shipping from China. Then, via the shipping confirmation, I was able to track my item except that it first arrived in New Jersey and there it sat for weeks then the tracker said the item was in Los Angeles for over a month. I reached out to FitTech Customer Service and was told that due to COVID-19 shipping was often delayed. No apology or timeline for possible delivery just excuses. The item was the delivered to my residence on 7/1/2020 nearly 2 months after ordering. User manual print is too small to read even with magnifier and was not able to be programmed on the tracker and I was not able to bind the device to the software application. Basically I have now spent $70 for absolutely nothing! This company should not be allowed to sell this misrepresented item. No offer to reimburse.

I am asking for a full refund of the $69.99 since this item is not functional. Due to the fact that this item was shipped without my knowledge from China I will not be returning it nor do I want a replacement at this point.

Items are not what I ordered as advertised on the FitTech website and cannot be activated as per instructions found on their website.
Complaint: Not what I ordered - different items received

On May 16, 2020 I ordered three FitTech SmartSenior watches, instead received three D200 GPS smartwatches on June 29th, 2020 which are very different in looks, quality and in the amount of features in reference to what is advertised on the FitTech website. Furthermore, the watches I received, "D200 GPS" are not even advertised on their website.

When communicating with FitTech about wanting a full refund for a product that I didn't order, FitTech claimed that I was confused and that the D200 GPS is indeed the FitTech SmartSenior watch. They offered 25%, then 35% off, but I want a full refund.

Upon further investigation on Google, I compared the D200 GPS smartwatch features to the FitTech SmartSenior and found that the D200 GPS smartwatch does not have all the impressive features as does the FitTech SmartSenior as advertised on the FitTech website. This was the reason why I ordered three of these watches - for ALL the features advertised on their FitTech website and with the expectation that all features are fully functional and accessible.

This is not a misunderstanding or confusion on my part, this is definitely FALSE ADVERTISING and FRAUD.

Not only are these watches different, these D200 GPS watches do not work with the app found on the FitTech SmartSenior Setup page. I downloaded the app as per the FitTech SmartSenior Setup and it did not have the features as per their website, specifically the features allowing it to connect to wifi or bluetooth without which the watches cannot be activated thus making these watches absolutely useless.

According to their website, the FitTech SmartSenior "is compatible with a 4G sim card, for use when not connected to wifi. A sim card is not required to use this watch". But when trying to set up the D200 GPS smartwatch, the instructions state that a 2G-GMS network card with data plan is needed and the watch can only use 2G data. Again, not reflecting what was advertised on their website that a sim card is not required to use this watch.

I've adhered to the seven day return policy, as well as have met the other requirement for a refund which is "Wrong item is received".

According to their website, this is their refund policy:
*Any visible damage, defective, missing, or wrong order received, must be reported to us within 7 days from the time the order has been received. *Photos/short clips are to be provided when applicable, for damage/defective concerns. *We have limited support for those who received our products as a gift. The account holder will have to contact us for further assistance.
We provide a refund if: If the original or replacement or both: Never arrives, Arrives damage, Wrong item is received.

I am very disappointed with this purchase and want a full refund for $390.76 along with a free return shipping label which I can print off and return these items to one of their US addresses.

I ordered a watch from Fit Tech on May 27, 2020 (Order #***) and upon receiving the watch does not function properly.
Watch was ordered on May 27, 2020 and upon receiving the watch it does not read your temperature correctly but only give you an error message. Order #***. Model - (Fit Tech Morale) in the amount paid is $90.00 by *** card. No body will answer telephones calls. E-Mail they many times and no one will address this issue but only give you instructions that does not fix this issue. Last person on e-mail is ***. The only other agent listed is tech team.

I ordered a senior watch for my mother. #FT-*** It arrived Jun 29 ( ordered April 15)and we followed the set up directions and it will not set up. It will not link to any phone we have tried. Got 2 fit bits and 1 does not work, purchased extended warranty and they wont send any info for replacement. Offered 25% off though. Such a waste of time and money. Dont buy from them. To bad there isnt a 0 star.

ordered a watch for my wife may10th. Shipped 13th left the country on 21st. Now web sight says 3 to 5 day to ship 6 to 10 days to deliver. Its 7/4/20.
Paid 69.99 on May 10th for a fit bit watch for my wife. It is July 4th still no watch. Would keep getting the same e mail wait a couple more days. We have no control.... Giving me 10% back like that helps. At this point my wife doesn't care anymore if it shows or not.

The tracker I ordered will not connect to my smart phone. The App does not work. After multiple contacts I still do not have a resolution.
The tracker is FitTech GO, order #***, placed 5/27/2020 for $68.00.Problem startet the day I received it 6/24/2020. I contacted the company the same day, they replyed a few times with standard suggestions how to connect the tracker but after a while they stopped responding at all. I am attaching the transcript of my communication with their customer service in the file FitTech.pdf

The company finally responded that the tracker was determent to be defective. Despite my multiple requests for refund (which they advertise will be given in case of defective item) they sent me a replacement, which I will probably receive in another month, and no longer need. This experience has been terrible. No matter what I was asking for, they replied with whatever they wanted to tell me, basically ignoring my questions and requests. never again! Their advertisement is tricky - they say the item is on sale and the sale ends in several hours - and it is always there with the phrase: Hurry, the price go up in 5 hours!! https://*** I am very disappointed in this experience and wish everybody knew about how this company conducts business.

Product scam-want my money back
I ordered a fib bit watch June 3, 2020. Money was taken out immediately. I waited, product arrived June 26, 2020. I charged the watch per instructions. Then downloaded the app that allegedly works with watch. The app doesnt let you put in the information you need. It doesnt work. The watch has wrong date and time on it and there is no way to change it. The product does NOT work as advertised. So I reached out to the company, went on the website, got the phone number and called. Only get a recording that tells you they are busy so please correspond thru email. When I email them the only response I get is a generic generated response about my tracking information, nothing else. The website states easy returns, False. It also states that you can chat with them for help, also False. This watch was for me elderly mother to monitor her health. Now she is scammed out of $70.

I try to find the corporate telephone number and it's a credit reporting company. After I saw the complaints on your web site, I would have never ordered one. I ordered it for my husband who has physical health issues.
