I ordered a watch and it cleared my bank on April 17, 2020. Today is June 10th and I have still not received it. I have contacted them several times over several platforms and cannot get anything resolved. I would like a refund.

I order a watch and paid with a credit card on May 16, 2020. Today is June 10, 2020 and I have not received my merchandise. A call to their customer support directed me to send an email, which sent me a canned response to track my order which leads to another site with no information. I replied with a request to cancel my order and refund my money. Customer service is extremely nonexistent and I doubt if this company exists.

On April 25th I order the FIT TECH DRIVE TRACKER from this company, I still haven't received it and they refuse to find it.
On April 25, 2020, I ordered their FIT TECH DRIVE TRACKER. It was 89.00 US dollars. When I ordered this item they told me there would be a delay of 2 weeks, what they failed to tell me was that it was an item they had to order directly from CHINA, which would force me to wait much longer. When I asked them to cancel the order THEY REFUSED. Now it is JUNE and I still don't have a proper tracking number for the order nor have I received it. The company will not refund my money and I think at this point I will never receive the merchandise that I paid for.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to totally REFUND me the FULL COSt of this mistaken purchase.

They should still be required to allow the customer reasonable time to cancel an order and should FULLY DISCLOSE that the product is not available LOCALLY or in the USA and must be filled in CHINA and could take up to 8 weeks from date of order to receive. That way if the customer orders this item from them they know they will not be receiving it before that time and they should be held responsible for TRACKING THEIR MERCHANDISE UNTIL THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES IT.

I ordered online a Fit Tech Max watch from Fit Tech Innovations on April 25, 2020, and never received word as to when I should be getting it. I called the US Post Office to track my order, and found out there is no company by the name of Fit Tech Innovations and that the order was never shipped. They told me to report the scam to Revdex.com.

I want to report that I received my product today, June 10, 2020 - Fitech Smart Watch. Hopefully it is operational. I am sure your involvement helped with the receipt of my purchase. Please cancel my request for a refund from the company at this time.

Fit tech pep does not work. No response for return and refund.
Ordered April 15 received May 14.The watch took a month to be delivered.Ordered the fit tech pep.The watch will not work and seller will never respond all attempts in the past or currently are never answered( multiple calls, emails, chats).No answer of the phone number listed no response to emails.The address listed is a PO Box and the watches are not in American they are delivered from China. Please help no contact and very low business contact. Terrible product, even worse customer service. I also purchased the extended warranty that I also want refunded .Thank you.

I got the item today in the mail.

I ordered and paid for 2 Fittech Vibe fitness watches on April 29 2020. They have not been delivered. Update items at international airport to abroad.
I ordered two Vibe fitness watches from FitTech Innovations on April 29,2020. Paid in full from bank debit card for $59.99 total $119.98. Order number
FT-***. An email confirmation sent to me said give items 10 working days. Tracking #*** revealed from May 7th items in SHENZHEN. By May 12th items were at International Airport to abroad. No other updates have be listed since then. I called
800-*** got recorded message to email *** with concerns. No response yet. However, it has been more than 11 working days. Additionally, the website declares refunds must be requested within 10 days after purchasing items. Well that is impossible if items were never received. I just want the little raggedy watches or return my money. Next time I will purchase from a more reputable company.

March 8, 2020 - I purchased a smartwatch - FitTech Lux - order #*** -Price: $48.26
March 26, 2020 - Watch Arrived - during the time that as a middle school educator I was transitioning from the classroom to online learning and a smartwatch wasn't my priority.
March 26, 2020 - Opened package and charged watch.
I never wore the watch. (some info. in their literature had me skeptical about their app.)
May 3, 2020 - I noticed the watch needed charging and watch would not charge.
May 4, 2020 - I sent email to FitTech about the technical issue.
May 5, 2020 - Received a response with some steps to follow. I followed all the steps and I provided a short video as requested. This statement was in the email: "Are you able to provide a short video clip showing how it's not charging? We'll then forward it to our manufacturing team to decide if it's defective. Once proven defective, we'll be happy to issue a replacement, otherwise, a full refund, without the need to return the product to us."
May 9, 2020 - Received this email: "We apologize for the inconvenience, you are probably aware that if 30 days have gone by since you have received the order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. The order has been delivered on March 26 and we have received the information about the issue on May 4.
May 9, 2020 - My response was that this was not acceptable and the warranty in the package states 1 year. "Warranty: this product is guaranteed by the manufacture for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase the guarantee does not cover defects arising from accident damage misuse or wear and tear and is available only to the original purchaser of the product. "
May 13, 2020 - FitTech informed me about a 30 day policy. Offered a 25% refund.
May 13, 2020 - I informed FitTech this was not acceptable and I would contact the Revdex.com if I didn't not hear from them by May 15, 2020.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like a full refund. I would also like their enclosed literature to be accurate. It states: "Warranty: this product is guaranteed by the manufacture for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase the guarantee does not cover defects arising from accident damage misuse or wear and tear and is available only to the original purchaser of the product. " My statements to FitTech were accurate and my watch is covered by their 1 year warranty.

I purchased an item thru FitTech, waited required amount of time no delivery. Company will not communicate with me.
I ordered an item on April 26th, on May 3rd I got my last notice for shipment tracking. After that all tracking information ceased and the tracking system fails every time I log in. Phone number listed directs me to an email address.I have sent several emails and received no response.I got a response on messenger telling me I need to reorder, wait the 3 to 5 business days for it to process and another two weeks for delivery. When I mention refund,I get no response.

Desired Outcome

At this point I would like my money refunded.I have read reviews and none of them had a positive experience. Poor customer service to inferior product.

Finally received order 5 weeks past delivery date.I will send a money order to cover costs if they provide an address where a money order can be sent. But they must wait 3 to 5 business days to process and the same amount of time I waited to receive my order.
