This is the third time I have contacted you regarding this watch. I check the tracking information daily; the last post from you was June 9, and at that time, it was supposedly here in Eugene, Oregon. On June 9. It is now June 25. I understand covid-19 has created challenges, but other vendors have managed to deliver in a timely manner without excuses. Does this watch even exist? Has it really even ever left China? I'm normally a very patient person, but I would either like the itm or a refund. I'm getting frustrated, you guys. Can you please get this worked out from your end?

I purchased two FitTech Drive fitness watch for $ 89.99 on April 17th, 2020. Received the first one today, 6-26-2020. I cancelled both watches.
I originally purchased the FitTech Drive fitness watch for $ 89.99 on April 17th 2020. After watching the tracking, on May 4th, it showed being delivered to LAX. On approximately June 20th, I contacted the company with my desire to cancel the watch as it had not been delivered, I could have driven to LAX in a month and a half. I have since called my credit card company to charge back the purchase. I received the watch today 6-26-2020. The address provided is a gas station in Auburn, Al. I also charged back anther watch I purchased on 6-3-2020 for my brothers birthday and was hoping it would be here by the end of July. I have cancelled this watch as well.

I have since found two watches with more features on *** that I ordered 4 days ago and received them yesterday (6-25-2020). These new ones are keepers.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for both watches and a legitimate address where I can send the one watch back now and in the coming months, will send the next watch back when and if it ever arrives. I have already contacted the credit card company about charging these charges back.

Requesting a full refund for Smart Senior Fittech Watch which does not work.
On 5/4/20 I ordered the Smart Senior Fittech Watch and paid $99.99 with my *** Card. On 6/25/20 I finally received the watch. After charging it, following all set up instructions and downloading the app the phone kept locking up and showed just a QR code on the face. I could not even get the date or time corrected. I then emailed the company asking for instructions on how to return the product and obtain a refund. The response I received was simply a reiteration of the set up instructions. I went through them all again and the watch still does not work. I still cannot even change the date or time much less set up anything else. I again emailed the company saying I had tried all their instructions again without success. I again requested a refund. They have not responded to this second communication. Can you please intercede for me in this matter?

I ordered a Fit Tech Flex smart watch (Order # ***) on May 19, 2020 and my credit card was charged on the same day. According to their tracking web site, Yun Tracking, my order was shipped on May 22, 2020 (Tracking # ***) and arrived in Los Angeles and cleared customs on June 6, 2020. The tracking web site says it was delivered to "Local Courier on June 7, 2020 with a USPS Tracking # ***. I have been checking the USPS tracking site and there has been no movement since June 7, 2020. I have sent numerous e-mails to ***.com. I receive a computer-generated email stating the watch is on the way. I have tried to call 1-***. This is a recorded message that refers you to send an email. I have not ben able to contact or talk to a "live" person.

Since ordering the watch, their web site has stated that the "Sale" ends in X hours. This is false and misleading as this never changes leading the consumer to think they are getting a bargain on the item.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a full refund for this item. Also for the company to either provide ""live" help on their 1-800 number or disconnect the line as it is deceiving. Stop computer-generated answers to e-mails and provide an answer from a live person. Remove the sale clock and stop misleading consumers on the price of the item.

This company has many addresses in NC? I call the cust ser # get a recording. Send emails requesting help with set up,return for refund, no response.
Order Fit Tech Pep 9 May 2020, $ 67.09 was charged on my ***. Order #***. Received order 12 Jun 2020. Followed the instructions and down loaded their app. It did not work properly, only for two functions. I emailed Fit Tech who replied with all the functions the watch can do, no response on how to do it. After days and many hours I can not get the watch to function. Emailed again for additional instructions, help, no response. I emailed the mfg for instructions, no response. I finally sent an email to Fit Tech requesting return shipping for a refund. No response. I have called several time the phone number for their customer service leaving my name and phone number, no response.

Desired Outcome

Fit Tech should refund my *** card for the refund of $67.09. I will gladly return the watch at my expense. Other than the time it is worthless, I did not buy it to tell time. So many addresses and Fit Tech or fittech. Unknown what company China is using with so many addressin NC? At least three that I have seen? Thank you

I HAVE 21 EMAILS FROM THE 1ST DAY I RECEIVED THE WATCH UP TO,7/8/2020. THE WATCH HAS FAILED AND I ASKED FOR HELP TO GET IT TO FUNCTION. AFTER BEING UNABLE TO ISE THE WATCH I ASKED FOR A REFUND. AT FIRST I WAS DENIED. LATER I WAS OFFERED 25 %. I SENT ADDITIONAL INFO AND THEN THEY CAME BACK 7/7/20 WITH THE RESPONSE THAT THE BANK DECLINED THE REFUDND. THE REFUND AMOUNT WAS $4.10. THE REFUND ATTACHMENT THEY REFER TO THAT WAS DECLINED WAS FOR $4.10 I THEN REPLIED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND 50%, $34.99. I SENT THEIR AD TO THEM THAT RETURNED AND REFUNDS ARE A SNAP BY CALLING THE 800 NUMBER OR VIA EAMIL. THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED BACK ONE TIME. I HAVE A 21 EMAIL THREAD FROM ME TO FIT TECH REQUESTING INSTRUCTIONS TO GET THE WATCH TO WORK, TO REQUESDTING A REFUND. I HAVE OFFERED TO MAIL THE WATCH TO ONE OF THEIR NORTH CAROLINA ADDRESSES BUT THEY WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO RETURN IT. THEY SAID IT HAD TO GO BACK TO CHINA, THROUGH CUSTOMS, RSETOCKING FEE, ETC AND IT WOULD COST MORE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THE WATCH. I ASKED FOR 75% TO SETTLE THIS INSTEAD OF 50% . I wish you would believe me and not FitTech. You assumed FitTech was declined when they tried to refund my $67.03. They tried to refund $4.07 captioned as Tax. They have not contacted ***, *** regardless of the false statement they published. I have sent three additional emails requesting a refund with no response. *** did not ever decline my refund. FitTech with their 3 office locations in NC is a scam. The phone number they claim is customer service never calls you back. The emails then generate are false and continue to say contact your credit card company or bank. I did three times. This should not be closed considered satisfied. You should investigate FitTech as a scam from China. To use their app you have to give China permission to access your emails, all contacts, photos, and pledge to State of Republic of China you will not misuse the app. This is a Fraud for China to gain access to all users accounts and info. Go to the app and check ,you will see. If I ever get a refund I will contact you as a staified customer. Thank you

On April 29 we ordered a "Burst" watch from FitTech. It did not arrive until June 17. The date and time on the watch do not work.
We attempted to contact them many times by phone, email and chat to inquire about the delayed delivery. They only responded once and then still did not have any arrival date.
When we discovered the date and time did not work, we again sent two chats to initiate a return of the item which were not answered.
We finally complained to our credit card company and they issued us a credit.
I hope they arrange to return the defective watch and cover the shipping cost.

I ordered a Fit tech watch on 5-6-2020. I haven't received as of yet. Can't email them or call them. They don't respond to anything. I want a refund.
5-6 20 Fit tech pep. Order # FT-*** I paid $79.00 for it. I used my debt card.They said it was delivered to my post office. My post office told me they don't use such a tracking # as the one Fit-tech gave me. The post office has no record of it. I feel that Fit tech has been less then honest with me. I can't call them by the 800 # they have they never answer. I have tried to email them, but they keep sending me back the same email saying the watch has been shipped with the same tracking #. I ordered this watch over*** around the end of April 2020. I would get a response when I would inquire but the excuse was about covid 19
They would NOT give a tracking number only the countries involved like Israel and the Netherlands. I used my credit card. I told them I would turn this to the Revdex.com if I did not receive my June 26.

After 10 weeks I never received products I ordered from FitTech. I do not trust this company. After 2-3 request for a full refund they ignored me.
I ordered 2 watches, 1 earbud and a 1-year warranty on 4/14/20 and as of today, (6/20/10), I still have not received the products I ordered. Like many others I was misled to think the products on the FitTech site were made and sold by an American company out of North Carolina, but in fact the products are from a Chinese based company. On 4/15/20 I received email from FitTech stating "As soon as your order is ready to ship, we'll follow up with tracking information. All orders arrive, regardless of your country, in 6-10 business days". The next communication from FitTech was on 4/18/20 stating "You'll receive your tracking number very soon, if you haven't already. Remember, it takes 3-5 days for order processing". On 5/3/20 Fittech sent me another email stating "Great News! your order is on the way to its destination on 02 May, 2020". The company also included a link to a Chinese courier service which showed the package arrived in Los Angeles May 17. On 5/30 *** with FitTech responded to my email stating "We apologize for the confusion. Your order is still in transit.

Everything about FitTech is deceptive so I no longer trust this company and I am worried the products I ordered will not be of quality. I still do not have the products I ordered more than 10 weeks ago. At this point all I want is a full refund of $249.92. If I do not get a full refund my next action will be with the Attorney General's Office in North Carolina

The complaint is against fit tech. Once I received the item I could not get it to charge. Company would not exchange or refund. I'm out $50
I purchased a FitTech Burst from a company called FitTech and after waiting 2 months to recieve this item I followed the direction to set up , oh had to search for that on the website as the instructions did not come with the item.
Well I could not get the smart badge to charge, paid $50.00 for this , after attempting for over a week trying to get in touch with the company, I finally received an email from them and in response they stated they stated that because I did not pay over $100 for the item they would not do an exchange or refund my money.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE AMYTHING FROM THIS-COMPANY!

My order has never arrived and you cannot reach customer service. You only receive the same generic email response back regardless of what you email.
I placed an order on May 10, 2020, Order # ***. I have received tracking updates as well as I have sent you multiple emails regarding my items and attempted to call the provided phone number but keep receiving a recorded message that they are not taking calls at the current time. I always receive the same generic auto generated email saying the same thing. According to your tracking information it shows that my items arrived at the postal service in my city on June 11, 2020. I went to the postal service and spoke with the head of the postal service and he informed me that the package in question never arrived.

I want to return the 2 watches I ordered for about 150 dollars and have tried contacting them many times about doing so but have recieved no help.
I ordered 2 watches for about 150 dollars on May 15th and tried to cancel that order after reading many bad reviews about the company but they said they could not cancel it because they claimed my order had already shipped, even though I never received any indication that they had finally been shipped 10 days after I placed the order. They took about a month to finally get here and in that time I had bought a new smart watch because of the terrible reviews and it seemed like they wouldnt be coming anyway. I finally received them on the 8th of June and now have no need for them anymore. I have been trying to contact the company about returning them since May 25th and have only heard back from them a couple of times but still never received any help. I asked how to go about returning the items and for a shipping label or address or something and when I actually got a reply back, they ignored my request and asked me to give the product a try and then they asked why I would like to return them and I explained how I have no need for them anymore and really need that money back. I still havent heard back from them. Ive sent many emails without any reply. I have received no customer service and im getting really frustrated and irritated.

I ordered a watch the 12th of May and they will not answer none of my emails now and tracking is messed up. I want a refund or the merchandise.

Ordered 2 watches on 5/8 and my credit card was charged on that same day but as of 6/15 I have not received watches. I have called them twice and both times a recorded message says to e-mail them. I have e-mailed them 4 times and each time
I get a pre written e-mail telling me to track the package. I have been tracking package from China to Punta Gorda, Fl and now its sitting at *** facility in Ga.. It looks like Punta Gorda refused to accept package from China and is sending it back. I e-mailed all this to Fittech but they are only replying with there pre written response. ( can never reach a person)

Not happy as their response to you is basically the same answer they gave me. I have tracked this package It was shipped 5/15 from usps & arrived at China airport on 5/16. arrived in NY on 5/18 delivered to local carrier on 5/19. on 5/24 it arrived at *** network then to NJ and arrived in Punt Gorda, Fl
on 5/25 and went back to NJ on 6/4 and on 6/5 it was delivered to *** in Atlanta Ga and is still there as of 6/16. I want a refund since its been over a month since they took my money.

Thank you for all your help. I received there e-mail telling me they credited my account. I checked my account and they debited my account again instead of crediting it. I e-mailed them today and asked that they reverse the duplicate charge. Will see if they answer. If they don't reverse the dup. charge I will try to get my credit card company to cancel the dup charge.

It took 6 weeks for item to arrive...when it did it was not what I had ordered...have tried to reach them many times about receiving the correct item

I ordered watch on 4/29 still haven't received it. customer service has not been available and when I get someone, they cant help me.
I ordered a watch on 4/29/2020. I thought I was buying a watch form an American company but it is a chinese based company. They didn't process my order until 5/7, it then took 7 days to depart from china to New York. it passed through customs on 5/17 and was sent to local courier and it sat there till 5/27. I sent several emails on the watches location and nobody could tell me where it was or when it was going to get here. after contact, the watch started to move again (supposedly). on 5/28 it was picked up and processed by agent - *** (where I live) and then sent to *** in *** IN. It has sat there since 5/29. I called *** in *** to see if I could pick it up and they said they don't have it. I emailed Fittech again and they offered no answers. I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and Attorney Generals Office in North Carolina and now it looks like watch is moving again. After reading several reviews and complaints on Revdex.com web site, it looks like they have a real problem delivering product, providing a refund and selling poorly made product. I told them to cancle my order and refund my money and I got no reply.

I no longer want the watch. I have since bought a watch and they can keep their chinese made garbage. I no longer want nor need their watch.

I am satisfied with my refund.

Fittech Senior Watch button fell off the same day that the watch arrived.
I purchased the FitTech Senior watch on May 17, 2020. I got the watch on June 5, 2020. The main reason for purchasing the watch was for my 85 year old mother. the "SOS" button fell off and won't go back on. I've tried to reach FitTech on several occasions but of no success.I was willing to accept a replacement but since they can't even handle customer service, I want a full refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund and an alert to other consumers about the product and organization
