I ordered a free trial offer of their Flawless Firming Face Serum and Flawless
Eye Revitalizing Creme, agreeing to pay shipping of $3.95 and $4.95. These
products were received. When I received my credit card bill these charges
appeared along with two additional charges of $89.85 each. These items were
not ordered and were never received. I did not pay these credit card charges and
have written the credit card company.

Tried to cancel. Told me I have to wait the 14 days or pay 995 to ship it back. Will call when supposed to and hope for the best. Pretty shady

Review: I have been on a trip for the last couple weeks. I had my mail stopped during that time. During this trip, I came across an advertisement on my mobile phone for a trial of 2 products to be used together--the amount was somewhere between $5-10 each to try out a sample. The form was simple-name,address,and billing and it then switched to the other company for the same info.

I have just returned, have not gotten my mail delivered for the 2 weeks yet, but saw a charge from each company on my bank--this company under the name Flawless AntiAging at 877-904-4049. I did not sign up for this and called both companies. Both said you have signed up for an auto shipment and if you didn't call in 14 days there is nothing we can do about it. The first company relented after I talked to a supervisor and said I would be able to send the product back and they would give me my money back. Flawless Anti-Ageing said there is nothing we can do which I do not believe.

It seems a legitimate company would have decent customer service rather than saying the supervisor does not take calls. They said I was supposed to call them by yesterday, yet they did not e-mail me to confirm an order, tell me I had a account, or outline the terms of their "trial", or give me a phone number. (I don't know if they factored in Veteran's Day in this unknown time frame either.) Though they now want to recite what is their terms from their website, these were not on the ad they ran on someone else's site (I would never have signed up for auto shipment, or paying shipping in advance to be billed almost $90 later for something.)Desired Settlement: Business should be based on the strength of their product not trying to trick people, or citing ridiculous things such as "there is nothing we can do". The customer service is a fail. I have not received this product, probably as I haven't received my mail which was stopped for travel. It seems a legitimate business could handle this situation but their customer service answers indicate this must be a constant problem. I want my "account" canceled and a way to return their item (if it is in the mail) and have the $89.85 returned. I think they should also check their ads which pop up on the internet, and figure out what the problem is.

Review: As advertised, I ordered a free sample only and agreed to pay shipping for $2.95 about 2 mos. ago. I recently looked at my credit card statement and noticed this company has automatically been charging my credit card for the last 2 months 89.95 monthly on top of the 2.95 for the free sample which I never even received until yesterday. I complained to them last week about these charges, and they repeatedly disconnected my phone call. When I mentioned that I did not authorize these transactions, nor receive any free sample for $2.95 shipping, then they went ahead and sent me a free sample 2 mos. later. I am returning this "free sample" unused and have advised my credit company of this theft and fraudulent company. I expect you to do something about this.,Desired Settlement: I want my credit card to be corrected for all the charges they have put on there from their business which I did not authorize. I see from reviews on line, they have done this to other people, and they should be arrested.

Review: On 12/14/14 I ordered two samples costing $3.95 and $4.95 which were charged to my credit card. The samples created inflammation and soreness and were discarded. On 12/29/14 my credit card was charged $89.95 twice for a skin cream and an "eye creme" which I did not order, for a total of $179.70. Neither of these products were delivered. On 1/28/15 my credit card was again charged $89.85 twice for a repeat order for another total of $179.70. Two packages were delivered but were refused and returned unopened to sender. On 01/31/2015 I initiated complaints with my credit card company but they informed me that they were unable to assist me because I had agreed to the merchant's terms by submitting my card number and ageed to subscriptions. I had agreed to nothing as stated below. On 2/12/15 I received two refund orders of $22.46 each(total $44.92). Why would I order products that were harmful to my health? The full amount of $179.70 should have been refunded. On 2/25.15 I spoke with [redacted], customer support at Flawless Skin Care about my displeasure with her products and false billings. She informed me that when I ordered the two samples I agreed to future orders and a shipping plan. When I ordered the samples on the internet I was responding to an advertisement and saw absolutely no contract or billing program for my agreement. On 2/26/15 an email from Ms [redacted] informed me that she was refunding the full amount of my latest charges. My credit card dated 2/26/15 indicated that $67.39 was refunded twice for a partial total of $134.78 with a balance still due me in the amount of $44.92, although she stated in her email that the full amount of $179.70 would be refunded but was short $44.92.The 12/29/14 charges of $179.70 had $22.46 x 2 ($44.92)refunded for a balance due me remaining in the amount of $134.78. This combined with the total of $44.92 remaining in the above sentence leaves a final total refund still owed in the amount of $179.70Desired Settlement: A full refund of the $179.70 should be applied to my Visa credit card

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Dear Ms [redacted],

Review: I saw an ad for a free sample of their product. I read the information and placed the order. I then got a bill on my credit card for $89.85. I called to complain about the bill and was told that I had 14 days to try the product and return the rest of the 30 day supply which was mailed to me. I stated that this was not clear in their ad and that the bill was placed on my credit card about one week after I recieved the product. The product had caused a rash and I did not continue to use it. When I complained about deceptive advertisement, I was told that it was in "fine print at the end of the terms and conditions". I was told that I had to have called within 14 days to set up a return--which I had to pay for--or I would be charged and I would also be getting automatic monthly shipments. None of this was stated in the ad or with the shipped product. I never got an email confirmation of the order or the "details" with a phone number to contact to cancel or return the product. I called and complained about deceptive advertisement and the rep on the phone yelled at me. She finally offered a 50% refund but I asked for a supervisor and was hung up on. Then I called back several times--each time being hung up on. I did finally get a rep to listen to me but was put on hold for a while. The rep finally came back and said that the supervisor was busy with other complaints but did offer me a 75% refund. The advertisement is deceptive. It is not clearly stated that the free sample is really a 30 day supply and that you have to call to cancel in 14 days and then mail back the rest at your own expense. Nor is it clear that automatic shipments will occur. Also, my credit card was billed for $89.85 14 days from the date of shipment--This is not even a true 14 day time period for a trial period. To put these important details "in fine print at the end of the conditions" as the rep stated--is truly deceptive advertisement! I want a full refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. Also the company needs to clearly state the terms and conditions in the main ad to prevent deceptive advertisement.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I was at first refused any refund, was spoken to rudely, and hung up on. I called back several times--was left on hold for long periods, was hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I never was given a supervisor. I was told that the max refund was the amount offered and it was a take it or get nothing. I felt that it was my only option for getting any refund. I researched the business and found multiple complaints by other consumers regarding the lack of clear full disclosure that this was not truly a free offer but a club. The only was to see this is to click various boxes and read the "fine print" as one of their reps said customers needed to do. In the package sent, there is no info on the details of the need to call after so many days (which would have been 7 days by the time I received this product and not the 14 days to try the product as they start counting from when the order is placed per their rep) to cancel or return the product, there was no information about the automatic enrollment in a club or automatic credit card charges each month, there was no information about where to return the product, a number to call for the cancellation, etc--nothing except a sheet with the product name. On their web site the information is not clearly stated. I could only find the multiple consumer complaints--many of whom filed complaints with Revdex.com in their states--after a lengthy search and looking up the company listed on the bottle. The company should be made to fully disclose the details of this "free sample" on their site and send all information on the details in the package with the product. They make things as vague as possible in order to lure in consumers and get money. If the details were clearly outlined as I suggested, then consumers can truly make an informed decision about whether or not to buy this product initially or to keep purchasing it. I wonder how many consumers actually stay in this "club" voluntarily. (Some complaints state it took several months to stop the automatic charges despite multiple calls to cancel.) If this product was a great as they advertise, then why all the deception? I want a full refund as this company clearly sold this in a deceptive many.

Regards,

Review: When I ordered the product the ad said nothing about 14 shipping term. Meaning try the product 14 free from day of shipping. The ad just said 14days and send back if you didn't like it, I call to send it back and had the worst service. They would not listin to me but kept offering discounts on other orders. I told her it haunt been 14days from the time I received the product. They sent it out the next day Aug 24 and I got it the 28 and called on Monday Sep 7. I haven't used the product and the product did not have the safty wrap on it. This company is very hard to work withDesired Settlement: Just return the money to my aaccount on 2 different product flawless skin serum and the delux eye cream

Review: I ordered what was supposed to be 2 sample products. The cost was advertised as $4.95 and $3.95. One week later my bank account was hit with a charge of $89.10 and $89.85. I'm sure this is some type bait & switch. To make matters worse, I received another delivery of both products which I did not request. When I contacted the company I was told they could cancel my future orders but they would not refund the funds on the 2 products I received that I had not requested.Desired Settlement: I want to return the 2 unopened packages for a full refund to my account and have it in writing. Review: I placed an order for a “free” trial size Flawless Antiaging Serum and Eye Cream through the internet for paying shipping and handling fees.

A few weeks later on my credit card statement, I had a charge of 89.85 for each!!

This is what their company website states under Cost/Price Plans:

New customers can receive both of these products for a trial period of 14 days just by paying the cost of Shipping Handling.

They should have stated 14 days after you place this order. I thought it was 14 days after I received the order. (Why did they say a 14 day trial period????? My trial period turned out to be 6 days). I had it for 6 days and went to cancel it and they said I was 2 day to late.

I had to deal with 2 different companies. The Eye Cream company gave me a full refund, Flawless would not.

I told them I wanted a full refund or I was going to contact the Revdex.com. They did finally give me a $67 credit of the $89 they charged me. Tell them I want a full refund! This is a scam!Desired Settlement: I want the other $22 refunded on my charge card.. They can talk to my husband about this. He can be reached at [redacted]. Thanks

Review: I ordered the Flawless eye cram and when I purchased it I agreed to having the product 14 days before being charged $89 m I did not have the product 10 days before being charged. I did not get the opportunity to cancel or agree to the product. I was going to cancel the order on the 11th day of having the product in my possession. Number 1 the product does not do what the advertisement says it is going to do. I offered to return the product to them. They straight out told me that I would not receive a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of my funds back to my credit card as soon as possible and for them to stop selling the product to citizens at a shipping rate and then robbery the citizens of the US.

Review: I ordered a cosmetic sample for shipping and handling, about $4, but inadvertently signed on for a monthly refill at almost $90/month. I had failed to understand that this was an automatic subscription to be enacted 14 days after ordering the sample. Those terms were buried in another screen, multipage and detailed, for which one had to click on "Terms and Conditions" to review the page. I did cancel the subscription, but not before my [redacted] card was billed. They also billed for another product for which I had ordered a sample. This process seems to be a common technique used in California. While the "Terms and Conditions" screen probably protects them from legal complaints, their whole business model is deceitful. I have found several other complaints about this and similar companies on the web. I will photograph and return by registered mail, receipt requested, the undesired products. I have asked them to credit my [redacted] care for the full amount less the shipping and handling charges which they never bothered to post. Presumably they wanted to save the credit card company charge for the shipping knowing that most consumers would fail to realize that they have to cancel within 14 days.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, but I am most indignant at this presumably legal but deceptive practice. To go from a sample to a subscription but only in a carefully worded legal document on another webpage does not reflect honesty. I will file a complaint with the [redacted] as I have been deceived, even with pseudo legal coverage. Their 5.5 pages of legalese which can only be found on a different web page can only be to confuse. I would like to see federal restrictions on such fraudulent practices .
