Review: I had tried this Lavish Skin care sample to see if I Liked it. I paid the $4.95 shipping and handling. Next thing I saw on my credit card statement they had charged my card $89.73 for the .50 fl oz container. I am allergic to this skin care as I broke out with a horrible rash. My understanding was it was a trial sample and I could order more if I wished. I never ordered anymore and then they sent another box which I returned unopened and with a tracking number on it. Normally you can return products if they dont work but not with them. Desired Settlement: I want my credit refunded for both charges

Review: Company advertised $7.99 for a trial of their product. They stated you could return the cream if we were not satisfied. After the initial shipment, two additional shipments arrived along with two charges of almost $90 each. Nowhere in their offer did they disclose that they were going to charge $180. I attempted to return the items and it only got more twisted. The company claimed there were actually 2 businesses involved. The first ([redacted]) said they would charge me a restocking fee and I had to pay shipping to return. The second ([redacted]) refused to take anything back. There is a scam of some sort going on.Desired Settlement: Refund my money and investigate this questionable business.

Review: Was misled about trying their product. Was offered free for payment of s&h. Now they've charged my account by $89.94 twice. I dint realize it was going to be on automated shipping each month.Desired Settlement: The companies/thieves should be mandated to put all the deceitful information in bold print, along with their phone no. They should also be required to have an employee to answer the phone instead of using avoidance behavior to discourage complaints.

I ordered a free trial offer of their Flawless Firming Face Serum and Flawless

Eye Revitalizing Creme, agreeing to pay shipping of $3.95 and $4.95. These

products were received. When I received my credit card bill these charges

appeared along with two additional charges of $89.85 each. These items were

not ordered and were never received. I did not pay these credit card charges and

have written the credit card company.

Review: Early Jan 2015 I purchased two (2) Flawless products on a 14-trial basis and paid the nominal shipping costs for both; they shipped separately. However, when my payment card was billed for two (2) POS transactions ($89.85 each) before the 14-day trial period ended, I complained. I told the company's customer service representatives/managers that the company's marketing practices were deceptive. I asked that they immediately refund both $89.85 payments. After much back-and-forth, they finally agreed to do so. One transaction was immediately refunded on Jan 16, 2015; the company also immediately sent an e-mail notification of that refund. However, when I did not receive the second refund notice and asked why the other $89.85 transaction had not been refunded as promptly, I was repeatedly told they could see on their end that the refund had been processed, that it may take several business days before it was released/credited back to my account, and it could take 24-48 hours before I received the second e-mail refund notification; needless to say, neither happened. The second Flawless payment posted against my account on Jan 21, 2015, and I never received a second e-mail refund notification from them. Flawless Anti Aging Serum is a shady business with unscrupulous marketing/business practices. They need to immediately refund the rest of my money.Desired Settlement: The company needs to IMMEDIATELY refund me the second $89.85 payment as they repeatedly said they would.
