I have not heard from the business as mentioned above I contacted Visa concerning this matter and they have credited my account with the amount for the purchase I did not receive

I was given the $credit but have not received the bedI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me when I receive

Mr*** will not be receiving a checkHe paid with a credit/debit cardIt is store policy to refund the money the same way they paid. We refunded the money to Mr*** credit cardHe will need to check his statement to see the transactionHe was also mailed the refund slip showing that it has been done. Thanks for your time

Mr***'s account was fully refunded to the financing company that he used on the 16th of April turnaround time for the financing company is 10-business days for it to show up on the customers endOnce it is in the finance company's hands, it is up to them on the to process from thereOn April 23rd when he sent in his response it had only been regular daysIt is all clear at this point on our end

[ I am not satisfied with this proposed action cause Fleming furniture told me the fastest way to get my refund is to dispute the charges with my credit card companyshe told me that there is no money on their end to give me my refund or to order my furnitureI called my credit card company and they said since the charges date back almost 9months ago that there is little they can do on their end because you have a 60day period to dispute charges I was told this week by joe who works at fleming that they would have another ottoman coming in that I could get and to call him, I called him friday oct9th at am and he said he thinks it was here and to call back after 12pm cause the ottoman would be in the systemI called back many times and left a message and everytime they say he is with a customer, I called twice today oct10th and I get the same reponse hes with a customerThe ottoman he was gonna give me is not the exact one I ordered but will work and get this headache over with but he now will not answer my calls I am sick and tired of this headache so im heading down there today in person to see if I can get some answers, im on the verge of seeking legal action against this company]

Mr*** received a full refund on Thursday, April 16th

To whom it may concern;We have been in contact with Mr& Mswithin the last weekWe have instructed them we a couple of different ways to handle this going forwardWe are waiting on a response back from the consumer on how they would like to proceed

I finally received a credit today from Ashley/Fleming Furniture for the Ashley purchase $1250.03, but I had to dispute the $156 charge to my bank debit card to get a refund. Ashley/Fleming Furniture did NOT process the refund for 3 weeks AFTER I cancelled my order and started disputing with my bank and Ashley Homestore credit card. These people are crooks! They had MY money for almost 18 weeks! Ridiculous. I just hope to educate anyone who wants to purchase furniture and I will tell them WHO NOT TO BUY FROM. Word on mouth will prevail on this "lesson learned."

Mr. [redacted] was given $100 price adjustment for the delay with his order.

In regards to complaint #[redacted]We had not received the paperwork from our sister store until May 4th.  Ms. [redacted] was told when she called that day on the 6th her refund would be processed that day which it was. She had a copy of the refund slip. Ms. [redacted] was wanting a check made out to her...

that day. She paid with a credit/debit card. We have to return the money the same way that the customer paid for their order. That way there is no dispute in the future. Her refund was done on May 6th. Thank you for your time!
