Submitted an application. I have a 720 credit rating, $4000/monthy income, active bank account for 5 years (never having an NSF), all of which more than exceed their "requirements". It was denied, no explaination as to why. Their "customer service" representatives refused to answer as to why it was denied. First person said "You'll receive an email as to your denial", two days later still no email. Second person just continued to tell me over and over about the application process, not listening as to the fact I have applied. I am concerned as to the safety of my account information and social security number with FlexShopper.
I would like to thank Kurt from flexshoppers for taking great care of my issue. He was very helpful in resolving my issue in a timely matter. Keep up the great work!!

I spoke with Mel R about changing my payments from weekly to monthly as I am a retiree on a fixed income.
Mel was very knowledgeable and charming. He explained exactly what would happen between my last weekly payment until my first monthly payment.
He was very personable and I enjoyed speaking with him. He made me feel comfortable and made me feel like I was dealing with a reputable company with customer service staff that understood what I needed done.

A couple years ago I stumbled upon flexshopper. I thought it was something like Rent-A-Center. But after experiencing a greater selection of products thru their partners and a reasonable payment solution including an early payoff I was surprised as well as impressed I'm working on my 4th pay off and I will continue to use them in the future
Flexshopper has been extremely helpful for me an purchasing furniture. They charge a one-time $50 fee and I have to pay it off within three months which I think is fair so that I won't be charged any interest, But if you need more time to pay it off after three months the weekly fees are still very affordable. I love them and I will definitely continue to shop with them and make all my furniture purchases through them as well.
I would like Flexshopper to respond to the comments made about bad credit being ok. My husband and I both applied for an account. Both denied. We are both employed and met the criteria expected. We have bad credit, but have made several purchases through local rent to own companies, always paying promptly. We 2ill continue to rent locally, I would just like to know why Flexshopper lies.
She was very nice and helped me out so much when no one has ever said I can pay bi weekly an she set me up without a problem she is a very good employee
Valeine, a Billing Specialist with Flex Shopper, provided superb customer service by diligently addressing my issues. Her knowledge base and skillset is a testament to the Flex Shopper management team, as well as her own motivation to ensure that the customer's issue are solved.
I had a really good experience I was having a problem with my sound bar the customer service really help me out I was really frustrated and she took upon herself to really help me out and take it upon herself to take care of matters in her own hands I really appreciated that

Last 2 Billing associates were excellent! Spoke Clear! and Actually wanted to see what they could do to help. Eric, did a good Job as well! I'm satisfied!
