Daniel (Danny) L. in the Billing and Collections department solved my concern quickly and with great customer service.

I call FlexShopper for three reason: change my billing frequency, find out how much the payoff amount will be for my FlexShopper leases, and change my autopay information.

My bill of $41 is due weekly, and I used my primary checking account to autopay the bill. Unfortunately, my bank has had fradulent transactions added this week, causing it to overdraw, deplete my money, and reverse legitimate transactions in addition to an NSF fee for each returned item.
It is a mess! And occured in only 2 days. So on Thursday (March 31, 2016 around 7:30PM), I called FlexShopper and spoke with Danny, I explained what happened with my bank account and asked for three things - to change the checking account they had for autopay to my secondary checking account I use, to obtain the payoff amount of my leases, and to change the payment frequency from weekly to bi-weekly.
Now as I know from managing a team of bankers, most ACH transactions initiate ovsr three-five days. So that payment for $41 to my overdrawn bank account the next day (Friday, April 1st) was going to go through regardless of this phonecall.

Danny mentioned the payment going through and I said "Oh, no!" because I had not thought about that. I told him it would be returned. He set me up for bi-weekly (every other week) payments AND "skipped" the payment for 03/31/2016, so, as he said "since you won't have to pay us or that week, it can cover the NSF fee you will get". He quickly changed my account number, explained where to get accurate information about my lease (my original agreement, not online), and told me the payoff amount for my leases if I were to pay both that day and April 31st so I could see the difference in the two payments.

I cannot stress how empathetic Danny was to my situation, and what great customer service he had.
Most companies would have said "your problem" and been within their right to do so, albeit very cold.
I'm extremely pleased with Daniel Lubin's service and with FlexShopper.
I am currently writing from my hospital bed after major surgery Friday morning, and this is the first review I've wrote about a business online. Those two facts say a lot about how much I felt the need to write a review.

A positive experience and a little empathy from a company goes a long way to retaining customers and getting them to return as well.

I will be paying off my lease 05/16/2016, and when I need something else, I will definitely consider FlexShopper in the future.

I will add this is my third call to FlexShopper during my so far 5-month lease and all calls have been pleasant, and the last agent also offered to go above and beyond on another issue, but I decided to go another route.

Flex Shopper has impeccable customer service! Everyone that I've encounter has been customer friendly and very eager to help. I got disconnected from a call today, JB from the billing department called me back, informed me that the representative I spoke to prior to the disconnected call informed him of my needs and was able to help.
