Just recently ended a year long lease with Flexshopper and the experience was a very positive one. I am always able to reach them for any help I need and the product arrived on time and in great condition. Customer service is great especially Julia who was very pleasant and helpful!
Flexshopper has made me feel comfortable with the transactions that were made. They were very precise in explaining the process, confirming certain information from me and making sure they answered all my questions. Each person I have spoken with has been polite and professional, especially Sabrina, who went out of her way to assist me.
Edric answered questions I had no knowledge or understanding of my first payment for I had informed the company three days prior I would be calling in to make payment rep on chat said ok and ty never stated debiting my account so to cover I made a debit payment for a month. He inform me that I couldnt make online payments at this time and could place my debit card online and he made it convenient for payment explain to me I could set my payment date up that was best for me and convenient he was just very knowledgeable patient and Outstanding he made be glad I chose such a company.

So far so good. Got a line of credit plan on taking advantage of the 90-day same as cash. My lease was for the sale price of the items pretty much $50 over what I would have paid cash at the store. Affordable weekly payments and 90 days same as cash wonderful. I will spread the word about flexshopper.

Just plain old professional, and I wasn't pleasant to start. But I just love this company. Cause each layer that they showed me reassured me that they take care of you like your family.
I haven't gotten my items yet, but I have had to speak to them twice. They have been very helpful both times. I really like this place. A good way to not use credit but be able to get what you need/want with the option for same as cash.

I expressed my concern to her she was very informative and she also took a moment to look into my problem and the issue was resolved. Excatly just that fast!! I recommended Flexshopper to all of my friends.
Ran into an issue with FedEx delivery, which prompted my call to FlexShopper. They completely understood the situation, and immediately took action. My account was crediting quickly while I was on the phone. I could not have had a better experience from them. Roxana went above and beyond to make my day better. I give them all all the credit, while FedEx on the other hand deserves a failing grade.
