Dear Board members,

I need to inform you that how Flight hub making money by illegal ways.

I bought 2 Tickets (Me and My Spouse) from Flight Hub on May 28, 2022. My Itinerary was Toronto-Lisbon- Madrid (TapAir Portugal) and Madrid -Lisbon -Toronto (Tap Air Portugal).

I paid by credit card Total CAD $2405.42. Before payment the Itinerary showed Madrid Airport (MAD) on website. After payment the website showed Madrid, Spain and CanaryIsland, (MAD) Terminal 2 in tickets. Since it was my first visit to Madrid I was unaware of Madrid, Spain and Canary Island airport. Within 1 hr I called to Flight Hub at 1-800-900 ...number to make sure that (MAD) is a correct airport code for Madrid City, Spain. One Agent (Ms Sofia from Egypt) picked up phone and I asked her " Madam I booked my tickets and its showing madrid airport is Madrid, Spain and CanaryIsland, (MAD) Terminal 2. Is this Madrid International Airport because I don't want to go Airport at Canary Island and take connection. Ms Sofia said she has no idea about MAD Airport but she can help by cancelling this ticket and issue new ticket without handling charges of $150 for 2 persons. Further she said the ticket she will issue shows Madrid International Airport (MAD) on ticket. She charged $400 extra on top of $2400 CAD and issued new ticket with same Itinerary and same Airport. After few minutes, I called again another agent of Flight Hub the another agent said your ticket and destination was correct why did Sofia issued new ticket with Ref no: 209-673-371 with same airport code that was printed in the previous ticket.

I appeal the board members to investigate this case and refund my money as the earliest that is CAD $ 400 PLUS CAD $ 150 handling fees. My wife is mentally stressful because of this unique Fraud with Canadian Citizens.

I am very disappointed with this company I have recently contact with flighthub and twice have had serious problems Both involving employee treatment The first agent hung up on me before our call was finished because I decided not to purchase a flight that he offered me In addition, he tried to push me to purchase a flight, and even insulted me in the process The second agent had me waiting over an hour about a name correction when the airline said there would be no problem on their side to have such a change The Flighthub agent told me that there would be a $fee to make a name correction for my child under years of age (FREE FLIGHT) I inquired why I had to pay to reissue a ticket and name change for my child when the ticket was free in the first place After some back and forth, the name was changed However, I waited over an hour on the phone to get this done I'm disappointed in the way I've been treated

[redacted] I called ten minutes after booking to change one letter in one of the three travelers names and they wanted me to pay $dollars to change it Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor I got the same word track that I would have to wait on hold for a long time and that I would just be told the same thing After asking for the third time she took it down to $dollars [redacted] DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, pay $more on the airline's site or even [redacted]

We booked two plane tickets with "flight hub" from Detroit to Orlando for November It turns out my wife has to have a major surgery and we can't go Flight Hub won't refund or credit us for our flights [redacted] !

There was a typo in the name on my ticket and I called within minutes of receiving my confirmation After spending hours basically on hold on their "customer service" line, I was hung up on twice and was unable to speak with a supervisor, even waiting over an hour on the line for one I've honestly never experienced such bad customer service and will never deal with them againThe ticket prices are cheap, but may be worth spending a little more to get the good customer service of the actual airline

Denied entry to flight because apparently I required a transit visa for a domestic leg stopover on an international flight As a travel agent, they were in a much better position to know this and should have informed meWhen I asked what other flights were available, they tried to sell me another more expensive ticket and make me pay a fineThey told me nothing else was availablewhen I looked online, I found a cheaper one way ticket without any stop oversThey tried to take advantage of my desperate situation by selling me the most expensive ticket they could The three times I called them they put me on hold, then hung up and failed to call me back, despite telling me that they would call me back if we got disconnected [redacted]

I booked tickets from [redacted] to [redacted] , four in totalI called to change the name on one ticketI verified with the airlines that is was ok to do thisOf course it was, for a fee which I agreed toFlighthub had to initiate the change, so I called them back and tried to do just that Every time I called they put me on hold for long periods of time, then came back to say that the change was not possible, even though I had verified ahead of time that it wasWhen I asked to speak to a supervisor, they again put me on hold for a long timeWhen they came back to me, there was no survivor to speak withThey asked me to call them back in two hours I think there is a barrier to understandingLack of knowledge and definitely no empowermentCustomer service was terribleThis company should not be allowed to continueShut it downUsing Flight hub is a complete waste of time

I booked international flights and the departure was cancelled by FLIGHTHUB a week later for a variety of reasons (airline cancelled, airline changed schedules etc.), FLIGHTHUB called me and informed me that I had to fly out days laterI had non refundable hotel and another flight booked so I told them to cancel completelyLong story short, it took months to get my refund and that was after going through [redacted] my credit cardThe customer service is impossible and they wanted to impose a cancellation fee for their decision to change my flightThis is the worst online travel experience I have ever had and it turned into quite a headachei wanted to honour my end of the agreement but FLIGHTHUB had other ideasThe customer service is very poorBook with anyone but Flighhub!

Never purchase anything with FlightHub, the money you save isn't worth the mental stress of potentially losing your money or missing your flight For starters they made consecutive mistakes on my airplane tickets over the course of just over a monthIf I hadn't booked so far in advance I could of missed my flight Secondly their 1-customer support line doesn't comprehend English very wellI spent most of the time asking them to repeat information to me over and over again only for them to hang up on meNot trying to be rude or insulting but with something as crucial are airline tickets is probably not the best option (Just to note I was pretty much left in the dark about anything pertaining to my ticket until I got my bank involved, once FlightHub realized the money was getting reversed I got transferred to a kind [redacted] speaking woman extremely fastFunny how things like this work ehh? Bought airline tickets for Toronto to Ukraine with a change of airports [redacted] NYC to New JerseyI've never flown through the USA before but hours to change planes seemed reasonable enoughCaught the airport bus but was stuck in traffic all the way to [redacted] International airport in New JerseySeveral airport workers in NJ confirmed for me that hours was not enough time to get from [redacted] to [redacted] after I missed the plane - it took off about minutes before I arrived with the airport shuttle that cost me $dollars USD So then FlightHub refused to honour not only my ticket to Vienna and then Ukraine but also cancelled all of my return tickets with no explanation or offer to re-bookAnd so then I had to book the entire trip again through [redacted] airlinesThe [redacted] Air agent tried talking to the Flighthub attendant on my behalf, and because I am hard of hearing, for about minutes to no avail I will never, ever deal with FlightHub againLesson learned

Tried calling Flighthub to change my flight to another date due to a family emergency and after minutes and transfers to different people they told me that it would be cheaper to purchase a whole new ticketThey said that changing the date would incur a $fee compared to *** $fee and that I could only choose certain flights that were inconveniently priced at double the cost that I paid for my original ticket! Very unhelpful customer service, never going through them again!

I booked with FlightHub recently going from Toronto to NYCFor one, I was impressed how cheap it was on *** compared to the other companiesEnded up saving around 200$ so that was pretty good, then I spoke with their customer service because of a mistake I made on my name, "***" was is name and he fixed the error pretty quicklyOther than that, the flight was goodWill use them again!

Very frustrating experience dealing with Flighthub As long as there are no changes or issues with your booking, they are probably about as good as any other online travel agency However, once there is a problem, their customer service is cry, very poor I had to change the departure date for our trip to Hawaii, and the charges for doing so were outrageously expensive It ended up costing over $to make the change, even though there was no fare difference for the rebooked dates The airline would have charged $to change two tickets There is really no justification for the extra charges - so before you agree to any terms and conditions, make sure that you will not be making any changes
Contacting Flighthub to make the changes was extremely frustrating The people who answer the phones often do not have English as a first language, and are difficult to understand Also, they follow a very strict script, and WILL NOT deviate from it, no matter what your question or issue is It ended up that the same script was repeated over and over to me on the phone, no matter what I said They refused to transfer my call to supervisor; the standard response was that a supervisor would call me back in minutes to hours - unsatisfactory When a supervisor did call me back, they left a phone message with no number to call them back; also a strict script to call the general number again This is no service at all
The main issue I had was trying to change the date on the insurance policy I had purchased at the time of booking the ticket A Flighthub employee told me they could not change the date, and recommended that I call the *** insurance company When I did this, the *** insurance representative told me that they could not change the policy information, it had to be done by the seller, Flighthub The insurance agent called Flighthub while I was on the line, and got exactly the same run around that I did when I called The Flightub employee refused to allow the agent to talk to a supervisor, and told her that he could not change the policy The agent tried to instruct the employee on how to make the change, and indicated that the Flightub response was unacceptable, and she would be passing on the complaint to her insurance supervisor Suddenly, a supervisor was available and changed the policy dates within minutes The process took over an hour on the hone, which is completely unsatisfactory The *** insurance representative provided quality customer service; Flightub clearly did not I will never book with Flighthub again*** ***

I booked my ticket for *** to *** on June 16thThe dates that I chose were Jun (departure) and same day return (June 21)The reference number is *** ticket price of $I confirmed it by checking the dates once again before I submitted the paymentBut on the itinerary the return date was selected as July So I called to change the return date to June The agent said he can help me out and put me on hold for a long timeEach time he came with a different set of offers and in the end he said I cannot change the dates since it can only be done before days of departure (What sort rule is thwasn't mentioned on the website)I called the airline (***) and they said they don't have any such ruleThe agent told to cancel my ticket or leave it as is as that's the only optionI need my money backI came to Revdex.com looking for helpI feel this is poor customer service by FlightHub ***

I used FlightHub and an error was made in my itinerary Their CSR's - all of them were not of any help *** They are the singular worst travel agency *** and I will NEVER use them again I finally got my ticket issue resolved not with their help but by the carrier who were wonderful to work with FlightHub is not a service that anyone should use ***

I have never in life seen such poor customer service that have been provided to a customer that purchases tickets from them atleast times a yearThey *** take your money and claim they are crediting you but hold on to it and don't let you use it, *** and don't care to really find you a solution before you give them money*** stay away
