They advertised a lower rate of $(including taxes and fees) for a one way flight I was looking to book from *** to *** and when I completed my reservation on their site, I was charged $insteadWhen I called their customer service to complain about it, she simply said that was the rate and I would be charged $for cancellation if I wanted to cancel the bookingI'm still on hold to cancel the reservation and it's been 20+ minThe booking agent keeps coming back every couple of minutes to apologize for the long wait and ask to remain on hold for another 2- minThis is the most ridiculous encounter I've had with the travel industry and I hope there is something that can be done about their sales tactics

*** I called to cancel a flight on Saturday Aug When I got through to an agent located in the *** and advised I wanted to cancel my flight, I was I aware of the $change fee from flight hub and $cancellation fee from the airline that would be deducted from my refundThe agent I spoke with did not even ask a reason for cancellation and immdiatley put me on hold to check the fair rulesafter about minutes he came back to tell me he was checking something with my itinerary and needed to have me hold againAnother mins later he comes back and tells me that normally the ticket is non refundable and has change fees, which I already knewHe then proceeds to inform me that because the Airline made a change to my flight departure time that exceeded hour they will fully refund my ticketHe then puts me on hold again to attempt to reach the airline to obtain a waiver codeAfter waiting another mins he comes back and informs me that the airline is closed and he is unable to get the waiver and assures me the flight is cancelled and he has endorsed the refund and my card will be refunded the entire purchase priceI ask ow this will work as thee Credit card it was booked with I have closedHe explains to me I will need to contact them and they will receive it and send me a checkHe then proceed to confirm and reconfirm several times assuring me with no mention of being subject to approval from the airline that my entire ticket will be refunded
On Monday Aug I get an email from Flighthub advising my E tickets are ready, this I find confusing being I cancelled my flight so I call in and am told that they airline informed them it is a minor flight change hour and mins so the re instated my ticketI explained to the agents that this is not an appropriate way to do businessI explained that the previous agent confirmed my flight was cancelled and my ticket would in fact be fully refundedthe agent would not listen to what I was explaining and proceeded to re explain irrelevant informationI requested to speak to a manager and after being on hold for separate times for mins a piece I requested they have a manager call me backI was advised I would receive a call within - hours form a Managerhours later I receive a call from a Number in *** *** from some woman that does not leave a name a title nor a direct contact number advising me to call back to the call centerI call in and spend the next hour or so with a *** person that refuses to even listen and continues to dispute ***When I request to have a Manager call me back he refuses to forward this to a manager when I get tired and fed up with dealing with this person I simply ask him to cancel the flight he then proceeds to challenge and argue with me about cancelling my flight and re interests over and over again the cancellation fess and then refuses to cancel further escalating the situation He eventually finally cancels my reservation ***mins later he calls back advising they are unable to charge the $change fee to the CC on file I explain to him again that it is cause it is cancelled and he is not getting another card from me and he flat out refuses to cancel the ticket and hangs up on me***

Do not book with Flight HUB ever! They send me email after I booked saying "We were unable to process your credit card for your booking"FAILURE TO UPDATE YOUR BILLING INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATIONI couldn't update, and went to another company and booked,
after days the send me another email saying " Your electronic tickets are READY! "
and they charge the credit, when I call them, they didn't help at allThey made me pay twice Total: $3,USD

l bought a ticket months ago with flight hub in order to get direct flight and avoid stop oversThe airline services to country l was going to was cancelled and l was not contactedwhen l found out and contacted flight hub, they treated me like l was the problemln the end, l asked for my money back but even that became a nightmarefor ones peace of mind ,l wish people would just take their business to other agencies

Very frustrating experience dealing with Flighthub As long as there are no changes or issues with your booking, they are probably about as good as any other online travel agency However, once there is a problem, their customer service is cry, very poor I had to change the departure date for our trip to Hawaii, and the charges for doing so were outrageously expensive It ended up costing over $to make the change, even though there was no fare difference for the rebooked dates The airline would have charged $to change two tickets There is really no justification for the extra charges - so before you agree to any terms and conditions, make sure that you will not be making any changes
Contacting Flighthub to make the changes was extremely frustrating The people who answer the phones often do not have English as a first language, and are difficult to understand Also, they follow a very strict script, and WILL NOT deviate from it, no matter what your question or issue is It ended up that the same script was repeated over and over to me on the phone, no matter what I said They refused to transfer my call to supervisor; the standard response was that a supervisor would call me back in minutes to hours - unsatisfactory When a supervisor did call me back, they left a phone message with no number to call them back; also a strict script to call the general number again This is no service at all
The main issue I had was trying to change the date on the insurance policy I had purchased at the time of booking the ticket A Flighthub employee told me they could not change the date, and recommended that I call the *** insurance company When I did this, the *** insurance representative told me that they could not change the policy information, it had to be done by the seller, Flighthub The insurance agent called Flighthub while I was on the line, and got exactly the same run around that I did when I called The Flightub employee refused to allow the agent to talk to a supervisor, and told her that he could not change the policy The agent tried to instruct the employee on how to make the change, and indicated that the Flightub response was unacceptable, and she would be passing on the complaint to her insurance supervisor Suddenly, a supervisor was available and changed the policy dates within minutes The process took over an hour on the hone, which is completely unsatisfactory The *** insurance representative provided quality customer service; Flightub clearly did not I will never book with Flighthub again*** ***

Yesterday, Sept7, 2016, I went online to make a reservation with ***Up came this ad, FlightHub, which seemed to be tied in with the *** info so I phoned 1-*** and spoke to a person at FlightHub and booked my flightHowever, he was very unprofessional ***He would not say that he would send the e-ticket until an unspecified "Later"I checked my e-mail for hours and finally went to the local airport and booked a reservation directly with a *** agentI have tried to cancel the first booking with my credit card company but as yet they had no paperwork for it, and will not let me cancel...they said I have to talk to FlightHub and cancel itI tried: and my *** credit card company tried; no answerI have written to *** about this problem as it involves a significant amount of money for a pensioner, and neither FlightHub nor my credit card company wants to take action and cancel the bookingFlightHub gets a out of with me

I booked a flight through flighthub and ended up getting charged additional fees for price drop guarantee and insurance, which I didn't want. However, trying to get that canceled and refunded was impossible. I was being transferred back and forth and ended up with a $39 credit. That's the best they could do for me.
Then it turned out that I had to cancel the flight.
They charge me a $75 per person fee to cancel and I have to pay another $75 per person fee to re-book the flight. So it's costing me $300 to get a $500 credit. [redacted]. I will never purchase anything through Flighthub again. [redacted]. I was on the phone for over an hour to get nowhere.

I'll chalk this one up to "caveat emptor", but I was very disappointed. I guess I should have read the terms and conditions a little closer, but after having scrimped and saved for two years, I was finally able to purchase tickets for the first vacation of my life (I'm almost 50). Unfortunately, due to a conflict, one member of my household was unable to travel. When I called the help center to cancel one of the tickets on my flight, I was informed that with all of the cancellation fees, I would get about $20 back on an $860 ticket, [redacted]. On top of that, I could hardly understand a word that the customer service rep on the phone was saying. If I'm ever able to afford to travel again, I will never deal with this company again.

There was a typo in the name on my ticket and I called within 5 minutes of receiving my confirmation. After spending 1.5 hours basically on hold on their "customer service" line, I was hung up on twice and was unable to speak with a supervisor, even waiting over an hour on the line for one. I've honestly never experienced such bad customer service and will never deal with them again. The ticket prices are cheap, but may be worth spending a little more to get the good customer service of the actual airline.

I am very disappointed with this company. I have recently contact with flighthub and twice have had serious problems. Both involving employee treatment. The first agent hung up on me before our call was finished because I decided not to purchase a flight that he offered me. In addition, he tried to push me to purchase a flight, and even insulted me in the process.

The second agent had me waiting over an hour about a name correction when the airline said there would be no problem on their side to have such a change. The Flighthub agent told me that there would be a $75 fee to make a name correction for my child under 2 years of age (FREE FLIGHT). I inquired why I had to pay to reissue a ticket and name change for my child when the ticket was free in the first place. After some back and forth, the name was changed. However, I waited over an hour on the phone to get this done.

I'm disappointed in the way I've been treated.

I booked international flights and the departure was cancelled by FLIGHTHUB a week later for a variety of reasons (airline cancelled, airline changed schedules etc.), FLIGHTHUB called me and informed me that I had to fly out 2 days later. I had non refundable hotel and another flight booked so I told them to cancel completely. Long story short, it took 3 months to get my refund and that was after going through [redacted] my credit card. The customer service is impossible and they wanted to impose a cancellation fee for their decision to change my flight. This is the worst online travel experience I have ever had and it turned into quite a headache. I wanted to honour my end of the agreement but FLIGHTHUB had other ideas. The customer service is very poor. Book with anyone but Flighhub!

Booked a flight through them , got confirmation through email that my flight was booked than next morning I got another email saying that the tickets went up 261 each . Was suppose to fly with [redacted] , so I contacted [redacted] but there was nothing they could do because I booked through flighthub . She told me they should honour the price since I booked the night before but they didn't put the tickets through until the next day and by than the seat sale was gone of . So I contacted them 3 times to speak to a manager , not one time would they let me speak to a manager . All they said was that they were sorry and they don't know what price the tickets will be when they finally get them booked which could be up to 24 hours so to me they are false advertising. You don't advertise tickets for 1238 than the next morning they go up to 1860. I just want everyone to know to never book through this company because if the seat sale is only on for night you will lose out going through them .

[redacted]. I called ten minutes after booking to change one letter in one of the three travelers names and they wanted me to pay $224 dollars to change it. Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor I got the same word track that I would have to wait on hold for a long time and that I would just be told the same thing. After asking for the third time she took it down to $75 dollars. [redacted]. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, pay $20 more on the airline's site or even [redacted].

I booked an airline ticket from flighthub.com through their custom service agent. The agent had booked my return date wrong instead of 21st January, he booked 21ist December as my return date. Upon my complaint with their customer service they agreed to check the recording of our conversation and reassured me to get back to me within 72 hours. They never returned the call and spoiled my travel plans.

Absolutely the worst customer service. We are trying to resolve a date issue of when our flight leaves Korea to come back to Toronto, and Flighthub customer service reps HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES. I've requested to speak to the manager over and over again and they have constantly beat around the bushes and would not connect me to a manager when there was one available.

They want to charge me an extra $200 to change my flight when I booked the correct dates and Flighthub had a glitch in their system.


The reps were rude, disrespectful and yelled over the phone. We are calling back for the 4th time trying to get to a manager, which seems impossible at this point.

Will never use Flighthub again.

Denied entry to flight because apparently I required a transit visa for a domestic leg stopover on an international flight.
As a travel agent, they were in a much better position to know this and should have informed me. When I asked what other flights were available, they tried to sell me another more expensive ticket and make me pay a fine. They told me nothing else was available. when I looked online, I found a cheaper one way ticket without any stop overs. They tried to take advantage of my desperate situation by selling me the most expensive ticket they could.
The three times I called them they put me on hold, then hung up and failed to call me back, despite telling me that they would call me back if we got disconnected.

Never purchase anything with FlightHub, the money you save isn't worth the mental stress of potentially losing your money or missing your flight.

For starters they made consecutive mistakes on my airplane tickets over the course of just over a month. If I hadn't booked so far in advance I could of missed my flight.

Secondly their 1-800 customer support line doesn't comprehend English very well. I spent most of the time asking them to repeat information to me over and over again only for them to hang up on me. Not trying to be rude or insulting but with something as crucial are airline tickets is probably not the best option.

(Just to note I was pretty much left in the dark about anything pertaining to my ticket until I got my bank involved, once FlightHub realized the money was getting reversed I got transferred to a kind [redacted] speaking woman extremely fast. Funny how things like this work ehh?

Just book DIRECTLY with the airline. Worry free.

I booked tickets from [redacted] to [redacted], four in total. I called to change the name on one ticket. I verified with the airlines that is was ok to do this. Of course it was, for a fee which I agreed to. Flighthub had to initiate the change, so I called them back and tried to do just that. Every time I called they put me on hold for long periods of time, then came back to say that the change was not possible, even though I had verified ahead of time that it was. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they again put me on hold for a long time. When they came back to me, there was no survivor to speak with. They asked me to call them back in two hours.
I think there is a barrier to understanding. Lack of knowledge and definitely no empowerment. Customer service was terrible. This company should not be allowed to continue. Shut it down. Using Flight hub is a complete waste of time.

I booked a trip from Canada to Indonesia. They had the cheapest fares, and everything went over smoothly. I declined their insurance and purchased my own. There were no hidden fees and all airport fees were included. No problems whatsoever. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends and will use them again in the future. Great experience.

Bought airline tickets for Toronto to Ukraine with a change of airports [redacted] NYC to New Jersey. I've never flown through the USA before but 3 hours to change planes seemed reasonable enough. Caught the airport bus but was stuck in traffic all the way to [redacted] International airport in New Jersey. Several airport workers in NJ confirmed for me that 3 hours was not enough time to get from [redacted] to [redacted] after I missed the plane - it took off about 10 minutes before I arrived with the airport shuttle that cost me $30 dollars USD . So then FlightHub refused to honour not only my ticket to Vienna and then Ukraine but also cancelled all of my return tickets with no explanation or offer to re-book. And so then I had to book the entire trip again through [redacted] airlines. The [redacted] Air agent tried talking to the Flighthub attendant on my behalf, and because I am hard of hearing, for about 45 minutes to no avail. I will never, ever deal with FlightHub again. Lesson learned.
