I booked a trip from Canada to Indonesia. They had the cheapest fares, and everything went over smoothly. I declined their insurance and purchased my own. There were no hidden fees and all airport fees were included. No problems whatsoever. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends and will use them again in the future. Great experience.
Bought airline tickets for Toronto to Ukraine with a change of airports [redacted] NYC to New Jersey. I've never flown through the USA before but 3 hours to change planes seemed reasonable enough. Caught the airport bus but was stuck in traffic all the way to [redacted] International airport in New Jersey. Several airport workers in NJ confirmed for me that 3 hours was not enough time to get from [redacted] to [redacted] after I missed the plane - it took off about 10 minutes before I arrived with the airport shuttle that cost me $30 dollars USD . So then FlightHub refused to honour not only my ticket to Vienna and then Ukraine but also cancelled all of my return tickets with no explanation or offer to re-book. And so then I had to book the entire trip again through [redacted] airlines. The [redacted] Air agent tried talking to the Flighthub attendant on my behalf, and because I am hard of hearing, for about 45 minutes to no avail. I will never, ever deal with FlightHub again. Lesson learned.
We booked two plane tickets with "flight hub" from Detroit to Orlando for November. It turns out my wife has to have a major surgery and we can't go. Flight Hub won't refund or credit us for our flights. [redacted]!
I had issues with them before, but through dealing with customer service over the phone was able to book. The hassle wasn't worth the few bucks I saved on the tickets though.
This time, again, they came up a few dollars cheaper than the next competitor, so I gave them another shot. I was buying 6 tickets.
Upon checkout, it told me that the flights increased in price by $0.00 and the new total is the exact same as before, would I like to continue. Click yes, and the same thing happened. In the end, the tickets never went through, but each click of "yes, continue" added a line item onto my credit card statement.
I don't know what's wrong with this company, and how they can continue to operate their business, but I will never even bother considering them again.
The most unprofessional and horrible company I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. The price quoted was considerably higher AFTER I already agreed to payment. I was also charged for travel insurance despite opting out. Then, when I called to complain, I was forced to wait on hold for 15 minutes before being transferred to '[redacted]' Employee [redacted]. He was extremely rude and unhelpful and refused to transfer my call to a manager. Then, I was shocked when he placed me on hold and forwarded my call to an external business. A voicemail service indicated that I could leave a message fro a [redacted]. I have never had such a horrible and unprofessional experience.
I purchased a round trip ticket for my brother-in-law to come and see my family, including my son [redacted] I purchased the insurance on the airfare because of the condition of my son and the non-ability for him to have visitors and my brother-in-laws work and school schedule. [redacted]I contacted flighthub to request a cancellation of the tickets and was informed that since I purchased the insurance, I would have to contact the insurance to request the refund. I called the insurance company and was informed that the only way I could get a refund was if my brother-in-law had [redacted] and was unable to fly. They directed me back to flighthub and I went back and forth between the two for almost an hour, speaking with many different people until I was told that I could file paperwork for the insurance company to review and consider a refund. At this point, I even settled and requested a credit

I booked my flight from [redacted] to [redacted] and back. On the day I had to travel from [redacted] back to [redacted] - a family emergency forced me to cancel my ticket. I went to the ticket counter at the airport and asked them to cancel my ticket. They did the needful and advised that the agent (in this case Flighthub) will most definitely be processing a refund. Unfortunately this situation arose at the last minute and I barely managed to get my ticket cancelled in time.
My husband who had booked my ticket - called them today to ask for refund and they flatly refused. I was prepared to loose some money on account of a last minute cancellation but was certainly not prepared for THIS!!

Canadians Beware they charge in US dollars without indicating it.
I bought a ticket *** to ***. I made sure it was Canadian website. It also displayed Can En on top of the bar. So when I booked, there was no mention of the amount as USD. It didn't even convert to Canadian Dollar before booking. Once booked My invoice showed $460 dollar more than what was originally showing in the invoice. I called the customer service. The agent indicated that though the title bar on the top shows Can En, next to it there shows USD. So I told the agent I want to cancel as this as this was not a proper practice, pretending to be canadian website but charging the amount in USD without indicating it in the invoice. They said they will charge $75 for cancellation fee. So the gist of the matter is they have a *** practice of showing as Canadian Website but charge in USD dollar. ***. Will not buy again from this website.
