Flightnetwork

First of all, I booked flights with Flight Network and I earned few PDP dollars from them and then decided to use them for an hotel in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. When I booked, I received a confirmation email, but got no voucher. Once I got to Santa Cruz, there was not any hostel at the address they gave me so I had to pay a taxi to get me at the right place. Once I finally got to the hotel, no reservation had been made and no payment either. The manager of the hotel told me they had moved about 5 months prior to my arrival so Flight Network had plenty of time to change their address. Also, on the website, we could see pictures of hammocks, pool, backyard, etc. and they had none of these. NONE! Still, I was able to contact them from my hotel to get things fixed, but even with my 3-day stay, they couldn't get anything done in time so I had to re-pay the manager for my accomodation. Then I asked them for both refunds (first for the payment I made to Flight Network and the second for the payment I made to the manager) because they didn't do any of their job and because of fake advertising (address and facilities). It took them 3 weeks to get back to me with refund of my payment to the manager. I explained that I also wanted the second refund and they never answered me from that point. It's been 3 months now. Careless and pathetic customer service. Never again.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I booked a flight home from Iceland with them in November giving myself lots of time to work out all the details of my trip, book time off work, etc. Then about a month and a half before they flight I get an email saying it's cancelled. I called them that day to ask what was going on and when I would have a flight rebooked, the first man I talked to told me I would hear back in seven business days. I waited two full weeks from that call and still had heard nothing from this company. So I sent an email to their scheduling team and heard nothing. I gave another call and someone told me in 72 hours I will hear back, and once again, nothing. In total, I've sent three emails and have called four times and my issue has not been dealt with and the company is refusing to give me a refund since they only do that if you book your flight same day, apparently. Now I'm sitting here without a return flight, they company has my money. I have nothing to show for it.

I'm disgusted by the way I have been treated by this company, and being a person who works in customer service myself I would absolutley be out of a job if I treated anyone the way they have treated me.

Avoid booking with this company at any and all costs!!

NOTHING of what I was told over the phone was accurate (they told me I HAD to call back later to get best price even though I found a better one while talking, and then when I called back woman said HAD TO DO IT THAT DAY, and was rude). This was my second time trying to deal with them and I tried to stay away from that but had to and am sick from this interaction again. I [redacted] have dealt with other booking agencies for this trip and had no such trouble. [redacted] when they reached out asking me for review, I left detailed feedback and got no response. I have used flight network on numerous occasions and found them very competitively priced and very helpful. When a flight was cancelled this spring and I had to re-book my ticket, having absolutely no success with the airline- which took hours, I called the Flight Network and they took care of all the arrangements and called me back within half an hour with a new booking. This time around I had the pleasure of being looked after by Diana who was great...very personable and happy with her job and she looked after all the details impeccably . She was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. I strongly recommend Flight Network.
