I ordered a custom shift [redacted] and was sent a [redacted] different from the one I orderedThe engraving was correct but the shape and size was differentThe one they sent me does not fit my car well and I am unable to use itI emailed them asking them to send me the right one and they stated that the one I ordered would not fit my carI told them that was incorrect and the one I ordered would fit and I have not received a responseI have emailed them more times and still no reply

I have been waiting for my shift [redacted] for almost months and I have contact the company times and I have received no imformation back from them about my piece nor a receipt with a confirmation and a tracking number on itI have contacted them asking for a refund and still no responseI am a very disappointed customer

I purchased a shift [redacted] from this company close to days ago now and still have not received itThe owner has told me several times it would be sent but has since stopped replying to emailshe does not answer phone calls and has blocked me on instagram after publicly requesting that the shift [redacted] be sent, leaving me out of ways to contact himupon looking online, I have found that this has happened to many peopleChad (the owner), is accepting and stealing payments without sending the productI am out a $for my order

I ordered a shift knob for my girlfriend for Christmas through their black friday saleI got it, opened it to look at it and never messed with it again until I gave it to her on ChristmasShe opened it and noticed a knick in the paintI immediatly emailed them asking for it to be repaired or a replacementI was not able to get a response for about a weekAfter they finally got back to me I had to keep asking for the address to send it to for repair or replacement because my girlfriend had a made a post on instragram, saying they werent helpingThey did not like that and wanted her to take it downThey also kept deleting her comments on their posts and even blocked herOnce I told them I would have her take it down they started being cooperativeOnce I finally got it sent off around January I never heard anything until I messaged them on January 31and they messaged me back Febuary saying it would be back soonBut it never showed up, so I messaged them again on Febuary and they replied back the Febuary saying they would be sending it off the next dayAnd yet it again it never showed upAny attempt to contact them via email after that failedI contaced whoever runs their instagram page on March asking for help and he was helpful at first and then also stopped respoding to me by March I still have all fo the email and instagram messages to back my side of the storyI even asked for a refund istead of getting the knob back and that was ignored as wellAll I want at this point is my money back

I ordered a shift [redacted] from this company a month and a half ago and have not received anythingThey have taken the $payment from my account and I sent a couple emails to verify if I was going to receive the item I ordered but with no responseI ordered a shift [redacted] a few years ago and the item came right away so I don't know what has changedI looked online and the Facebook group says that this company is a scam and that no one can get in touch with flossy to receive their shift knobs

It has been days since I paid Flossy for a product that I have yet to receiveI have been in contact with [redacted] many times via email in attempts to either receive my product or get a refundSo far they have lied to me twice about shipping my order, sent me the wrong product, refused to refund my money, not given me a single delay notification or update, and acted in a wildly unprofessional mannerAccording to an email from ***, my order has been done since at least July 24th and I have yet to receive itThey are refusing to give me an updated ETA or tracking information although they have claimed to have sent my order on Saturday, August *I did ask them not to ship between July 27th and August 5th as I would be out of townI had emailed back on August 3rd and advised they could send it at that point as I would be home by the time it arrived

Refuse to answer multiple emails for months regarding warranty work on a defective product

I had ordered a shift *** from this company named Flossy and on their site it says the *** will take days to shipIt has been over months now and I keep demanding my money back but no one will get back with meThey even delete my comments off social media and do not respond to emails

I gave this company a chance and I had great serviceCustom knob delivered in days

I've ordered two knobs from flossy and I'm about to order a thirdBoth were ordered with custom engravingThey showed up on time in great condition and I love them bothNo problems and great communication

I ordered a shift *** on November 28th, I was billed that dayIt was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband and I thought I ordered in enough timeI have emailed all emails I can possibly find and probably sent close to emailsI got no answer from any of the emailsSome of the emails said they couldn't be sent because the mailbox was fullMy husband started commenting on their instagram and they deleted his commentsI got an email on 1/17/saying it shipped - still no product hereI have tried emailing them again asking if they have a shipping number and they haven't respondedI found a number and have tried calling and no return callI just want my money back at this pointI should have looked at the Revdex.com before because they've had complaints - now I would never recommend this company

I placed the wrong order for a shift *** on their website, as soon I noticed, I emailed them and they got back to me within the hour and confirmed they were going to send me the correct product, however the product was dollars more so they asked for my pay pal to charge me the difference, and they did soI received the product weeks later than the estimated delivery, and it was the wrong productI emailed them as soon as I received the product and asked for them to ship me the correct one or refund me the dollars, and they did not get back to meI sent them an email a day for weeks and I have not heard back since

I received one order from them but not the other orderThey have ignored my requests for a refund or to resend my orderNow I have lost $I do not recommend using this company
