I originally paid $on order #*** with Flossy for a custom shifter *** on 04/27/onlineI received an order confirmation from ***@gmail.com via shopify.com on 04/27/at *** hours (an automated response)
I've got a chain of emails (dates and the emails themselves I can provide) with empty promises of the product to be deliveredTypically, the time from my inquiry to a response has been two weeks to two months, with me always as the person questioning the orderIf the Revdex.com requires the full details and email chain, I can gladly provide that since they spell out the empty promises of an order by '***' ***@theflossysite.com says he'll follow up onWhat else can be provided on request is his promise on 02/05/that if I didn't receive a tracking number by tomorrow, he'd refund my moneyI received no money or a tracking number, and after a couple more emails (last one on 02/12/2018), I've given up on pursuing my order through them

I purchased a product from Flossy and after a week I emailed him asking when it would shipHe said it would ship that following Friday, July 22ndI emailed him again the next Monday, July 25th and he again told me it would ship that dayI emailed him yesterday and today and have gotten no replyI have still not received my order and am worried that I lost the dollars that I paid for the product

I returned a product for exchange on July 11th and have yet to receive the exchangeAfter inquiring, it was claimed it was to ship on July but I've yet to receive it or as requested, a tracking numberI have since asked for a full refund but there has been zero correspondence

Worst f*ing business in all of car culture that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, it is a SCAM!
Ordered custom knobAfter months of unanswered phone calls and emails, I finaly recieved the productBut it was completely wrong in every possible wayfollowed by more months of ignored calls and emailswhen I finally got someone to respond on their ***, their response was "PIECE OUT SEACREST" then they deleted our conversation and blocked me!!!

It has been days since I paid Flossy for a product that I have yet to receiveI have been in contact with *** *** many times via email in attempts to either receive my product or get a refundSo far they have lied to me twice about shipping my order, sent me the wrong product, refused to refund my money, not given me a single delay notification or update, and acted in a wildly unprofessional mannerAccording to an email from ***, my order has been done since at least July 24th and I have yet to receive itThey are refusing to give me an updated ETA or tracking information although they have claimed to have sent my order on Saturday, August
*I did ask them not to ship between July 27th and August 5th as I would be out of townI had emailed back on August 3rd and advised they could send it at that point as I would be home by the time it arrived

On November 24th 2017, I purchased a custom made shift knob from shopflossy.comI entered in all my information for shipping and payment informationI purchased my product after completing everything, throughout the next week there was a lot of back and forth with the image I attached for my custom shift knobAfter December 9th I have yet to receive a email or phone call or any sort of response from shopossy.com I've made several attempts through email as well as direct messages on instagram, the company blocked me from instagram January Since then I have kept trying to make contact to get a refund for my purchase I never received

I ordered a custom shift *** order #***) that was ordered on May 31st and supposedly shipped around August 13th
As of September 18, I have yet to receive it and never did get any tracking # in order to follow up on the delivery

This business sold me a shift *** on the internet, then gave me the run-around to string me along until paypal would no longer return my moneyyears and I'm still waiting on my dollars or shift *** to come in the mailThis company does not accept complaints and will block you on social media, and ignore emails

But it never showed up, so I messaged them again on Febuary 18 and they replied back the Febuary 19 saying they would be sending it off the next day. And yet it again it never showed up. Any attempt to contact them via email after that failed. I contaced whoever runs their instagram page on March 13 asking for help and he was helpful at first and then also stopped respoding to me by March 17. I still have all fo the email and instagram messages to back my side of the story. I even asked for a refund istead of getting the knob back and that was ignored as well. All I want at this point is my money back.

Ordered a shift knob from them. I requested engravings which I paid extra for and they weren't present at all except for the company logo which I had not asked for. Took 3 weeks for the owner to reply to my email about the engravings and didn't even mention the engravings, only the fitment of the knob. And he shipped the package at the same time I received the email regarding the fitment of the knob which tells me he didn't care either way how the knob came out as long as he got his money. I intend to get some answers.

Review: The company Flossy has accepted payment for a product I purchased from them and have not delivered anything. I am one of many people this has happened to. Flossy's Facebook page will give you a good indication of customer satisfaction. They are unethical in my opinion. They claim to respond to email but do not. It has been over a month now.I purchased and paid for the item on February 1st and they told me my item shipped on the 8th. They have not provided tracking info which I have requested several times and are dismissive and unresponsive.Desired Settlement: I only want Flossy held accountable for their actions. I think they should be investigated and prosecuted.

On 22 December 2013 I purchased a custom shift [redacted] from Flossy for $118.49. My credit card was charged on 23 Dec 2013. I was contacted by the company on 23 Dec 2013 to provide information about custom engraving. An email was sent to the company and they replied the same day to confirm that they received my request and would begin processing my order. I did not hear from the company for a few weeks and contacted them again for a shipping status on 27 January 2014. Flossy replied on 28 January 2014 and informed me that my product would be shipped on 30 January 2014. However, the item was never shipped. Flossy has not responded to any of my requests for shipping status or a refund since 28 January 2014. I've attemted to reach the company via email in mid-February, 03 March 2014, 08 March 2014, and 15 March 2014. I was unable to process a refund through my credit card due to the 60 day time limit. I have given the company multiple chances to provide shipping information for my purchase and have not recieved a reply. I have email traffic and messages that can be provided if needed. My order number is Order #[redacted].Desired Settlement: The business has a responsibility to provide the product that I was charged for. I have been charged $118.49 for a product that was never shipped. I am willing to accept a total refund or the actual product that has been purchased.

Review: I recently bought an item which Flossy sent, but it was incorrect. I had contacted them about the issue and they said they would send me an attachment to this piece to fix it. I followed up numerous times but they did not respond. I eventually bought the piece myself on top of the piece they incorrectly sent. A month has gone by and I still have not received the piece I purchased. I have called and emailed them upwards of 6 times and have gotten no replies or responsesDesired Settlement: I would like the piece that I had bought and refunded the money for that piece considering It was promised that I would receive it free of charge.

Review: I purchased a custom shift-know from Flossy for my automobile in June of 2015. Three weeks later, I received a [redacted] but it was incorrectly engraved. I complained and [redacted] of Flossy sent me a return label by email, and asked that I send it back to him. He said that he will send out the replacement [redacted] upon receipt. I mailed it back and I have NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. I HAVE EMAILED HIM ABOUT 50 TIMES, and I get NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. I found his telephone number on the web, and I have left voicemail after voicemail, and I have gotten NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND.

The [redacted] cost me over $100 and I have received nothing. I just want the [redacted] for which I paid.Desired Settlement: If he sends me the proper [redacted] without flaws or missing parts, then I will take it consider this matter closed.

Review: Refuse to answer multiple emails for months regarding warranty work on a defective product.

Review: I order a custom engraved shift [redacted] online from the company "Flossy" at www.shopflossy.com on May 8th, 2014. The same day I ordered the shift [redacted] I sent the email describing what I would like it to look like. The money was taken out of my account by the next business day (I have bank statements to prove it). I have tried to contact the business by email starting October 2014, approximately six times in hopes that they would reply to me. I tired contacting them through social media as well; they blocked me with no response even though I was being polite. I have had faith that they would give me the product I ordered, but now that faith has run out. I have not received the product for which I paid for. I did some searching online and they have been promising a product in exchange for money then not delivering on their end of the deal to multiple customers. I have yet to receive my product from them and they have only replied to one email several months ago with false claims once again.Desired Settlement: Flossy has the responsibility of sticking to their promises by delivering my shift [redacted] to me. I am asking that flossy delivers this custom engraved shift [redacted] to me with the correct measurements and engraving like I originally ordered. If they cannot make the shift [redacted] then I am asking for a full refund in the form of a money order sent to me directly.
