Review: I had originally ordered a shift [redacted] from Flossy in April, received the product a couple weeks later and it did not fit correctly on my vehicle (the thread on the shift [redacted] was not the same thread as the shifter on my car. I had to contact them 3 times within a week and a half to respond to me once and they've only responded to me a couple times since and the problem was never resolved and now they stopped responding.Desired Settlement: Return of the product and full refund of the price paid

Review: Item (weighted shift [redacted] and boot retainer for Genesis Coupe) was ordered in the first week of December 2013 as a Christmas gift for my son. Multiple emails have been sent to the company by both myself and my son. One response was received within 2 weeks of placing the order saying that the item would ship in 2 weeks. No further responses have been received to date despite multiple emails sent to the company by bother myself and my son.Desired Settlement: Refund of the full amount charged to the credit card or immediate shipment of the item.

Review: I ordered a product from this company. They emailed me immediately stating that they did not have the specific color, and asked if I was willing to have the same model with a different color. I agreed, and the arrangement was that they would ship the next day. It has been two weeks and no product. I contacted them numerous times asking for a tracking number or any updates. They have not responded to any of my messages and the phone number listed does not work.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back to my credit card. I also wish they are more communicative with their future customers.

Review: I ordered a product from this business June 28, 2013 and I have never received this product. On their site it shows that I have paid but the status of the product is unfulfilled. Several people report this problem on forums online. I have sent dozens of emails and tried calling but they have turned off their number and have no new number posted. Review: On 06/20/2014 I purchased a product from a business named Flossy Shop via internet. The product, a custom engraved shift [redacted] for a vehicle, is priced at $129.99. However, shipping costs increased the overall prices to $138.49. I paid for the product using my personal debit card with Bank of America. According to information obtained from the business website, a custom engraved shift [redacted] order should be completed within 14 days.

On 06/10/214 and 06/11/2014, I e-mailed the business requesting an approximate date for delivery of the product. On 07/13/2014, I received an e-mail from a subject identifying himself as "[redacted]". He stated that the business had begun to perform the custom work on the shift [redacted] and "completion is not too far away." There was never an exact or approximate date included in the e-mail that I received.

On 08/02/2014 and 08/09/2014, I sent 2 e-mails requesting a delivery date and I also inquired about possibly canceling my order. It appears that communication with the business is has ceased since I have yet to receive a response from an employee.

Upon further investigation, several internet website have warned about this particular business accepting funds for automotive products but failing to provide delivery of said products. The suspicious behavior displayed by the business and overall general negative reviews have lead me to believe that I may not receive the product or a refund from this business.Desired Settlement: As a consumer, I still desire to receive the product I paid for. However, if the product is eventually delivered, I will no longer continue to do business with this company. If a product is unable to be delivered, then I would like to receive a refund. At the conclusion of this investigation, regardless of the outcome, I take great comfort in knowing that the Revdex.com will be monitoring the activity of this business.

Review: I bought a shift [redacted] from the site www.shopflossy.com while I was deployed to Afghanistan. The amount of time it took to receive it was over a month, but I didn't mind since I was deployed. When I got home from my deployment, I installed the shift [redacted] and was pleased with how it looked, however the logo that is engraved on it was not straight. They claim to fix this by adding washers to the shifter, so I went to unscrew the shift [redacted] and it wouldn't come off. I contacted flossy's "boss", known as "bossfloss" via email and he gave me some suggestions for removing it. None of them worked so I had to resort to marring the shift [redacted] with pliers to finally remove it. Unfortunately, this also broke off my shifter and I had to have it repaired which cost over $150.00. [redacted] asked me to send it back to him for review and he would send me out a new one. It's about a year later and countless emails later, I haven't received anything. He claimed that he shipped it and now just doesn't respond at all.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the amount of the shift [redacted] or a new black grip tape shift [redacted] as promised. I gave [redacted] and Flossy my money and expect a product or a refund.

Review: On 9/22/15 I had ordered a custom shift [redacted] from Flossy and received an immediate response that my order was received and to allow up to 14 business days for shipment. A charge was processed on my debit card for $118.49 and confirmed the transaction with my bank. This item was going to be a birthday gift for my fiance and on 10/19 it still had not arrived. I sent an email to check on the status of the order. They replied saying there was an issue in completing the order due to product availability and estimated it would be done in 3 days. Ten days later I am sending another email asking for another update. They tell me the order is complete & would ship the next day. Product still not here, sent 2 more emails in November asking for a tracking number & have never received a reply.Desired Settlement: Receive the item I purchased as soon as possible or full refund.

Review: I ordered a shift [redacted] from www.shopflossy.com on October 8, 2010 and sent money for the engraving on October 12, 2010. I have tried contacting him through the disconnected number on the website, facebook, and his email. Ive only recieved a select few emails after sending 10+ emails to receive a tracking number or to find out where my order is. [redacted] promised me the third time he gave me and the last response I received that it would be here on 11/17/13 and I still havent received my order or a refund which I requested if he could send me a tracking number to prove it was actually shipped out.

Review: I paid for a product from the company flossy on 11-27-15 for the amount of 76.49. I recieved the prodcut a few weeks later and the product did not fit. I contacted the company via email to troubleshoot the fitment issue and had prompt response. Upon further review the product did not fit and I was prompted by the company to ship it back for a full refund. I did so within the warranty period and shipped it back via usps. After a week or so of waiting for my refund, I tried to contact the company via the same email but had no response. After 3 unanswered emails I reached out to them on social media (instagram) only to be told that the person handling the issue does not deal with returns and he would "bug" his guys to get my money back. More time went by and nothing, I contacted them again via instagram and more run around. I have proof of emails, shipping reciepts, and screenshots of conversation with this company.Desired Settlement: I just want a simple refund.

Review: Purchased Custom Shift [redacted] The [redacted] will not fit my car. I was able to contact via email, [redacted] regarding the fitment not working for my MINI cooper. He stated that he must have sent the wrong fitment and would send out the correct one the next day. That was a month ago and all attempts to contact [redacted] has not been returned. It seems that if you get lucky with a the correct part being shipped, all is well. If your part is wrong or incorrect you at SOL. and [redacted] with just ignore you.Desired Settlement: Request Refund or correct fitment be shipped.

Review: Initially received my product on May 25, 2013 and it had some blemishes as well as missing some some white filling in the custom engraving. I immediately contacted Flossy via email and was told to return the item to have the issues corrected. I sent the item back at my expense on May 27, 2013 and Flossy received the item on May 30, 2013. On June 11, 2013 I reached out to Flossy for a status since I had not heard back and on June 12 I received a response saying it would be shipped out on that Friday (June 14). Since then I have not received my item and have emailed them almost daily since June 22 without a response. All calls to their number go straight to machine. It is now July 10 and I still have not heard back regarding the item I paid for or a refund.Desired Settlement: As of now my desired outcome is a refund of my money or the item that I have paid for as I ordered it and in good condition.

Review: Company accepted return and acknowledged, delivery of returned item. Company agreed to refund myself for returning product. Has not refunded the funds and will not respond to any contact. Violated return policy listed on website.Desired Settlement: Follow policy, issue refund, and complete agreement made between both parties.

This business sold me a shift [redacted] on the internet, then gave me the run-around to string me along until paypal would no longer return my money. 2 years and I'm still waiting on my 70 dollars or shift [redacted] to come in the mail. This company does not accept complaints and will block you on social media, and ignore emails.

Review: I ordered a custom engraved shift [redacted] for my 2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe, the shift [redacted] arrived a few weeks later however it was threaded, the genesis coupe shaft is not threaded. I contacted them about this issue via email and was assured that they would send me another one with set screws instead of threading since their website says they guarantee fitment. A few weeks pass and I send them an email asking for an update, they say that the shift [redacted] is ready and that they are only waiting on the set screws and that it will ship out the following day. Roughly two weeks later I still have not received a shipping notification so I ask for another update. They say that I will get an email that night in regards to my item. Two days later and I have not received an email. I attempt to contact them via email and their Instagram account and all of my email go unanswered, my instagram messages also go unanswered. I attempt to contact them via public post on their instagram page and my comments are deleted and I am blocked from their page. Essentially my money has been stolen, I paid for a guaranteed product and when I attempted to contact them about a replacement I have been cut off.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund or the correct shift [redacted] sent to me within the next few days.

Review: I placed my Order #[redacted] back on July 31, 2014 05:55PM! I got a quick responce on my art work etc... Since then there has been very minimum communication with them. [redacted] will not return emails and They only respond on their Instagram page now. I got a few emails back in april saying that my order would ship out yada yada yada. Now they have stopped responding again and blocked me on their instagram page. Upon searching there are LOTS of complaints from people not getting thier order. It is now July 2, 2015 and I am still without my order!!Desired Settlement: I just want the order that I placed and was promised!!!!:

Review: I bought a Flossy Booberry shift [redacted] with custom engraving for $115. The finish is cracking and chipping off.He sells defective products and will not honor the warranty, much less even contact me back. PayPal says it's been too long to help me out. I have contacted the seller using both emails from the site and the PayPal emaiDesired Settlement: I would also take a refund if he's not interested in honoring his warranty.
