Review: I ordered a sweater (Adventure Time pre-order) from their website on October [redacted], 2013. They took the money out of my account on October [redacted], 2013. I emailed them around November **and they responded on the [redacted]saying that the sweater would be shipped out on the "**or [redacted]". I emailed them again around December [redacted], and again on the [redacted]with no response from either email.Desired Settlement: I would love to have the sweater, as my son wanted it for a present. If that is not possible, then I would like my $79.99 returned

Review: I ordered a sweater for my nephew for Christmas and the $79.99 was immediately taken out of my account, I had not received the sweater and emailed them December [redacted] and they quickly responded that all orders would be sent prior to Christmas Eve. The sweater has still not arrived, so I emailed them a couple times and have heard back.Desired Settlement: I would either like the order to be delivered or my money to be refunded.

Review: I ordered an item from this website on Dec. **. They charged $80.00 to my visa and sent a confirmation email with an order number. The email promised to send a shipping notification but no other information was provided. Their contact page on their website does not have any email or number that can be called, simply a form that you fill out that says an email has been sent, however I suspect that this is not a case. I filled out two such forms and was told my email would be responded to in 2 business days however I never received any response. From the posts on their Facebook and twitter page it is apparent that many other people have placed orders and have not received their products or any sort of communication for months.Desired Settlement: This business owes apologies to many dissatisfied customers for such lousy customer service. In addition, they need to refund the money they scammed out of so many people!

Review: I placed an order with Flyfederation on December **, 2013 for two sweaters (order #[redacted]). My account was debited in the amount of $152.98. As of this date I have not received my merchandise. I have emailed their company several times but have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $152.98. I would like to see this company penalized for scamming consumers. Since this happened to me, I researched reviews about Flyfederation and they have scammed alot of consumers.

Review: I ordered and paid for a product (Sweatshirt) in early December. It was supposed to ship Dec [redacted]. I had not heard anything by Christmas and contacted the company via their email (they do not have a phone number). The email states that you will receive a response within 2 business days. I did not hear back so I reach out several more times. Still no response. I went to Facebook and saw complaints from other customers who have had similar experiences. The company has taken down it's website and there is no way to contact them.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded. I do not trust the company and would not accept the product at this time.

Review: On 11/**/13 I ordered a sweater for my son for Christmas. My credit card has been charged but I yet to receive any information on when sweater would be shipping. I emailed company on 12/**/13 and when I submitted the form it said they would respond in 2 business days. I have yet to hear from them and I have sent another email to them. I would like to know where my sweater is or why I have been charged for something that has never shipped.Desired Settlement: If they do not plan on sending me the sweater I would like my money back.

Review: My daughter used her Christmas gift card to purchase a shirt back in December **, 2013 for the amount of $59.99. Fly Federation was quick to charge her for the item but unfortunately she never received the merchandise. I have gone on the site to inquire about the order and have also emailed them numerous times but have yet to get a response!Desired Settlement: I contacted [redacted] but they were unable to help me with refund. Fly Federation would have to send us a check for the amount of $59.99.

Review: I ordered a sweatshirt from this website about December *, I got an email saying it would be release on the **. So im thinking awesome, it should be here around Christmas or right after. Come January ** 2014 I still have no product in my possession. I decided to request contact, I have yet to receive contact from them. I then proceed to do a little bit of digging by checking their social media like , vine, Facebook,and twitter. There are COUNTLESS customers who are unhappy and mad because they haven't received their merchandise. Some people are demanding an email address to contact and he has occasionally given it to a few people. The rest of the people on the Facebook page demanding an explanation, are being treated with total and utter disrespect by this man. It's sickening to see him talk to the people they way he is. Can someone please get this business shutdown and this man arrested for scamming people out of money? [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my money to be returned and for this mans business to be shutdown, his social media to be shutdown, and his website to be taken down,and for all involved to be arrested.

Review: I ordered a sweatshirt on October **, 2013 that was a preorder with no release date. I had called and emailed on several occasions with no response. I went to access their website, it is currently down. I managed to find that they have a facebook page, so I accessed their page. They put out a notice saying their manufacturer for their products fell through. Then said that our banks will refund our money, which isn't the case. Everyone that has contacted their page has complained about not getting their product and wanting a refund and not getting it. On occasion, they'll reply with disparaging remarks to the customer.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back and for this 'company' to be dealt with accordingly.

Review: An preorder was placed the beginning of December with the understanding that a release/ship date would be email. As of today, I have emailed the company several times of the promised request per their web site and have not receive a response. I tried calling there number but it was disconnected (###-###-####).

I proceed to try and find any help through the web and on thier Facebook and Twitter account and noticed that I was not the only one trying to reach this company.Desired Settlement: My husband credit card was used for this transaction and I would like for it to be credited the amount that was taken 152.98.

Review: I ordered a 'Galaxy Sweater' online from Fly Federation on December *, 2013 at 9:25 A.M. Eastern Standard Time for $79.99. I received an order confirmation #[redacted]. I have contacted the company on twice requesting a shipping confirmation and was promised my item before Christmas. The third and last time, I requested a refund on December **, 2013 because it was obvious the item was not going to make it by Christmas and the person who has been texting/emailing me at [redacted] has yet to respond back to me. I am on a tight budget as a single mother and I saved to purchase this item for my daughter's Christmas gift. Review: I have order 3 sweater from this company from their website, on 12/**/2013, however only one sweater is on back order until 12/**/2013, I have not heard anything back from this company, they have not responded to any emails on when I should expect to receive my items.did some research on their facebook and instagram page,and it seems that a lot of people are complain, we have all paid and have not receive and update, nor our sweaters.Desired Settlement: refund back to my credit card in the amount of 225.97.

Review: I ordered a sweater from Fly Federation back in October and have not received it yet the took the money out of my bank account. I have sent multiple emails and have never got a response back. There is no contact number to call them. I have looked I several pages and come to find out a lot of people have not gotten their stuff. I do believe this is a scam and I would like my money back because I paid 80 dollars and have not received my stuff.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my money that I paid for this sweater that I never got from them. 79.99, is why I paid and never got the product. Having that money refunded would be great.

Review: I ordered a sweatshirt from flyfederation.com on Nov.**and it was said at the time of purchase to be a pre-order item. According to the website, at the time of purchase all pre-orders will receive a posted ship out date. My order conformation form never showed of the ship out date. On Dec. 9th I finally got a response from someone about canceling my order. I tried on the 6th of Dec. to cancel my order, but I never got a response. On the [redacted], Schneither got my order number and named used at the time of purchased and said "okay" when asked about canceling my order. I never heard anything else from them. I emailed them on Dec. [redacted], and [redacted]about when I would receive my money back onto my debit card and no response was made to me. On Dec. [redacted]I came across [redacted] and noticed that I was indeed not the only one who had been scammed by this person.Desired Settlement: I would like my 79.99, from the order that I canceled on Dec. [redacted], to be placed back into my account.
