Review: On December **, 2013 02:37PM EST I placed Order Number: #[redacted]to purchase the Impossible Sweaters in size L with SKI Number of [redacted] the cost was $69.99 plus 10 shipping and handling for a total of $79.99. As of Jan [redacted]I have not received the sweatshirt. I sent a request on their website asking them to call me but as of today 1/**/14 I haven't received a call back. I tried to go back to their website [redacted] and it seems to be down. I am redirected to another website.Desired Settlement: At this time I would simply like my money back.

Review: I ordered a sweater from www.flyfederationinc.com in October for $79.99 with tax and shipping and still havent recieved it. They have Pages on the social network instagram where they advertise their clothing. There are large amounts of customers complaining that they have not recieved their orders. When customers complain they proceed to argue back at the customers which is very UNPROFFESIONAL. I have emailed them on three different occasions and have yet to recieve a response. They claim to not be a scam and tell us they are shipping out our orders, or they are giving us refunds but we havent recieved any.Desired Settlement: To refund my money.

Review: I ordered a sweater from Fly Federation in late November of 2013 for a Christmas present. I e-mailed asking if it would be here before Christmas and they responded with a grammatically incorrect e-mail sent from an iPhone saying it would ship before Christmas. It never came, and I have e-mailed several times with only that one response of false information. I had to cancel my debit card because of possible future fraud and my bank was unable to dispute the charge because I was past the 90 day limit. Afterwords, I read reviews about Fly Federation and several people have my exact same issue.

Review: I placed an order on 12/**/13 for a Christmas gift for the amount of $20.00 plus $10.00 for shipping, and to this date I have not received the sweatshirt or any news on the status of the shipping date. I emailed them on 12/**/13 and on 1/**/14, and have not received a response either. I would like to either get the sweatshirt I ordered or have the total amount of $30.00 refunded to my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate getting the merchandise I ordered or getting a full refund.

Review: I ordered a sweater on December **, 2013. The company took the money out, but later put it back in my account. I emailed them about the problem, and later on received an email confirming the sweater was sent, and again, deducted the charge for the second time. The email read that they'd email me again to let me track my package. I have yet to get that specific email, much less the merchandise I ordered. There is no customer service listed on the website, and I have emailed them multiple times with no response.Desired Settlement: Refund-Credit Card Credit

Review: I have ordered online from Fly Federation, over a month ago. I have emailed them several times (5) about my order, with no response from them. I went to their Facebook page and their twitter, and the same thing that has happened to me is happening to many other people. I submitted my credit card # to them, the funds were withdrawn, and never received my product.Desired Settlement: For me to get my funds back, or send me the order.

Also for all the others who have ordered to get their merchandise, or refund.

Review: I placed an order for a pre-sale item for my son for Christmas on 11/**/13. When there was no email confirmation sent to my email address I went online and tried to send an email to the company. It would not allow me to submit the email due to requesting phone number and best time to receive a call, yet it would not accept both pieces of information in the line provided. I then went on their Facebook page and Instagram account to see if they would respond to messages. Once on their pages I noticed that other people had also had the money for their items taken from their account (like me), yet had not received their order. They blocked me from their Instagram account after I stated I felt the Revdex.com should be contacted, as well as the Attorney General's office in New York State. It is now January **,2014 and from an Instagram account I was able to view they posted on Monday that refunds would be given that day. I checked with my bank today and no refund has been given and I still have received no email confirming my refund. My bank needs something stating this is a fraudulent charge in order to refund my money. I cannot get anyone to correspond with me about when I will be refunded the money or receive the Joker sweater I ordered as a Christmas present. I feel these are young men who have bigger ambitions than abilities and do not handle themselves in a professional manner. If these were pre-orders then the money should not have been taken from my account if they knew they could not fulfill the demand for the item. I also feel they should have refunded the money prior to making the claim it would be done on social media. There are at least 5 others that I have communicated with through Instagram that have the same issue. Only one has been able to get their money back from their bank. I want my $79.99 back in my bank account and for them to be unable to run a website for products they don't even have. They state they will no longer be doing this. I hope so and I will check the Revdex.com first from now on.Desired Settlement: I would like the $79.99 that was taken from my account on 11/**/13 refunded to my account immediately. I would like an email stating that it has been taken care of, so that I can file it with my bank statement.

Review: Ordered a Sweatshirt for my son on 11-**-2013 for Christmas..I cannot get anyone to respond to me e-mails..and no product has been delivered but they have taken the $79 out of my account the day I placed the order.Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back!!!

Review: I have not received my package. I never received a tracking number either, which was said would be given to me at time of shipment, insinuating that it was never shipped out. I email once to change the size of the product I ordered and was emailed back asking for my order number. Review: On April **, 2014, I purchased a sweater for my son. The amount was deducted from my account that same day. The merchant requested at least 20-30 business days to make the sweater before shipping. 30-40 days later, I never received the sweater. Now it is June **, 2014 and I still do not have my sweater or refund.

I contacted them approximately 40-45 days after the purchase and again this week. I have received no response. They do not list a phone number, they will only accept email (probably so they can avoid calls regarding merchandise that was never received).Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the merchandise I never received.

Review: I wanted to order a sweater and have it by Christmas. I contacted Fly Federation using their online form and received the following response, "Dropping December [redacted] shipping 2-3 days after". I ordered the swearer (Order Number: #[redacted] (placed on December *, 2013 07:33PM EST) and have yet to receive it. I have requested a status update multiple times, the last response was "We are waiting for more sweater to come in so we can ship everything out. Thank you Sent from my iPhoneOn Dec **, 2013, at 12:07 PM, [redacted]". Now my requests appear to be being ignored.Desired Settlement: I would very much like the Fly Federation to provide better customer service and the sweater delivered as promised.
