Review: On November **, 2013 I placed an online order with Fly Federation for an Astronaut Sweater, size Medium. I received an order confirmation email (attached) same day confirming receipt of my order (order # [redacted] and that I would be sent a separate email when the order was shipped which they estimated would be 2-3 business days. As of today, January *, 2014 I have not received a shipping email or the sweater. The cost of the sweater is $69.99 plus $10.00 shipping for a grand total of $79.99. My Visa credit card was charged $79.99 on November **, 2013 by Fly Federation (see attached Visa statement, transaction #[redacted]). I have made several attempts to contact Fly Federation through their website "contact us" form and no one has ever responded even though they state when the form is submitted that you will be contacted within 2 business days. I found an AOL contact email for Fly Federation and sent an email on December **, 2013 again inquiring that status of my order and told them if I did not receive a reply by January *, 2014 I was filing a complaint with Revdex.com. There is no phone number for Fly Federation on their website nor could I find them listed in a phone directory of New York. I did find a separate address for their return items of: FlyFederation Clothes Returns, [redacted]. Could not find any further contact information for the returns department either. I believe I have been scammed.Desired Settlement: That my Visa credit card be refunded immediately.

Review: I placed an order for a product on October [redacted] and have not received anything. This company has no phone number or email address to contact. According to social media, many people still have yet to receive their products. The owner of the company does a poor job of responding to questions from consumers.Desired Settlement: An $80 sweatshirt or money returned

Review: I ordered two items worth $132.98 total from this company on December [redacted] 2013. When I did not receive any conformation emails regarding when my package will be shipped, I went to email the retailer. Their website, [redacted], said they would respond within two days, and they never did. I went back on the website to email them again and it said their website has expired. This concerned me and caused me to question if they were a legitimate business or not. Upon looking at their [redacted] page I noticed comments from an unlimited amount of customers claiming they ordered back in November and even as far back as October, and still never received their orders. Unfortunately, they took some of their latest pictures down that had incriminating comments but I have some saved on my phone, for proof if needed. This website is scamming people out of their money. They are taking false orders, taking real people's money, and never fulfilling their promisesDesired Settlement: I have already filed a fraud complaint with my bank for the refund of the money I spent. My main concern with this complaint to the Revdex.com is to have this website shut down and the so others do not have to deal with the frustration and disappointment I have had to deal with around this time of year which is supposed to be joyful.

Review: My son, [redacted] placed an order on Nov * 2013, for a Mikey Sweater product# [redacted]or $69.99 plus shipping and handling of 10.00. Order# [redacted]. I requested a refund in December and receive a response... something to the effect of issues with suppliers and 3200 sweaters were being shipped... He still has not received sweater and still no refund has been issued. No phone number appears on there website and as of today website doesn't come up. [redacted]. On bank statement phone number appears next to transaction, which is not the business phone number but to Chase Bank. I do have copy of confirmation of order and email response mentioned above.Desired Settlement: Money returned ASAP

Review: I placed 2 orders with fly federation on Oct **order#[redacted]& oct 29 order#**for a total of $159.98. I sent 2-3 emails to customer service weeks afterwards asking for tracking numbers or when would my products be shipped but never received a response from them. Finally, I received an email from on Dec [redacted]saying my products were shipped but its Jan **and I havent received anything. I seen people were complaining on their instagram page about their products also and its also where I got this website to file the complaintDesired Settlement: Hopefully it's just a few mistakes and everything can be resolved. If possible, I would like to receive the products that I've ordered but if the issues cant be resolved, a refund would be appreciated.

Review: I ordered products from this website adding up to $132.98 on November **, 2013 and have never received my products or my money back. As soon as I put my order in and confirmed it, they immediately took the money out of my bank account. I am upset that they took all that money from me and never received the Christmas presents I wanted. I have tried several times to contact them but they have no number! I have sent them emails and written them messages on Facebook, I have seen the post on their Facebook and it looks like no customer has received their product.Desired Settlement: I hope that I can somehow get my money back. Review: I placed an order for my son with his Christmas money on December [redacted]. It was for a shirt in the amount of $30.00. We still have not received this shirt. I have atempted to contact this company via email on 2 or 3 times with no responce at ALL. Since placing this order I have found several complaints on the Revdex.com website about Fly Federation.com. So, I'm assuming they are scam artist! Not sure why they have not been closed down yet.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in the amount paid!!! I was given an order number and was told that I would receive a notification when the package ships. Review: I made and online purchase of $79.99 on December [redacted] for a Christmas present from Fly Federation. The charge went through on December [redacted]. After never receiving a confirmation e-mail, I attempted to get in contact with them and when they replied, they would not give me straight forward answers and kept say they were going to ship it. Christmas rolled around and I still dis not receive it.
