THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LYING CROOKS...THEY DID TROUBLESHOOTING WITH ME OVER THE PHONE AND THATS WHY THEY SENT ME I HAVE THE ORIGINAL LABEL FROM THE SHIPPING BOX THEY SENT ME ..AND ALSO THE OTHER LABEL THAT WENT OUT SO THEY CAN TAKE THEIR LIES AND PROVE OTHERWISEPLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS RECEIPT BOTH LABELS FROM THEM INCLUDING THE ONE THAT CAME WITH THE BOX AND THE ONE THAT SHIPPED OUT...THE SCREEN SHOT OF *** PAYING THEM FOR THEIR LOST PACKAGE WHICH CLEARLY ISNT MY PROBLEMAND PROOF OF PURCHASE ..I WANT MY MACHINE

They are liars and thieves, I sent my machine in over weeks ago..and a supervisor by the name of Violet has been harassing me and telling that they wont send me my machine back even though *** or the service center had lost or damaged my machine instead of repairing it and they opened up a *** claim and were paid for it days later and still they refuse to give me a replacement machine or my repaired machinethis is disgusting I want my god damn machine backthe *** label with tracking number ***
the machine was lost or damaged in transit and NESPRESSO GOT PAID FOR THE CLAIM AND THEY OWE ME A MACHINE AND THEY KEEP MAKING EXCUSES

This is unacceptable My phone is not disconnected, and voice mail is set up Nestle Nespresso sent a generic e-mail to me saying I could contact they customer service team I therefore called last night and the person who talked to me was not aware of my situation and she asked for a case number I did not have I have proceeded to dispose the product I'm extremely dissatisfied with the product and even more the customer service

It is right that Violet from Nespresso contacted me and help me set up an account so I could order the disposable nozzles and straws needed to work the milk frother (CS20)But this still doesn't resolve the actual issue here, even if I have been helped now.Nespresso will not sell you the disposable straws and nozzles for this CSCappuccinatore if it is not accompanied by an espresso machine, periodIf you should buy the CSsomewhere used, or a friend gives it to you and you use up the disposable straws/nozzles THAN YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK ! Because, Nespresso will ask for your account info to place the orderIf you don't have an account than they will try to set one up with your product infoIf you tell them that you only own this machine, nothing else, than Nespresso won't be able to help you, and will direct you to *** or the internet as it was in my case.? Now, all I am asking is WHY doesn't Nespresso sell these items ? I get that this is not the managers or supervisors fault, but they HAVE to bring this question up to their superiors.? In my case, this machine is designed by Nespresso to ONLY use disposable straws and nozzles, and ONLY Nespresso can sell them to me, nobody else.Anyway, thank you Violet for setting up our account and I hope that in the future Nespresso will sell their parts to their customers regardless of what Nespresso products they own*** ***
