THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LYING CROOKS...THEY DID TROUBLESHOOTING WITH ME OVER THE PHONE AND THATS WHY THEY SENT ME I HAVE THE ORIGINAL LABEL FROM THE SHIPPING BOX  THEY SENT ME ..AND ALSO THE OTHER LABEL THAT WENT OUT SO THEY CAN TAKE THEIR LIES AND PROVE OTHERWISE. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS RECEIPT BOTH LABELS FROM THEM INCLUDING THE ONE THAT CAME WITH THE BOX AND THE ONE THAT SHIPPED OUT...THE SCREEN SHOT OF [redacted] PAYING THEM FOR THEIR LOST PACKAGE WHICH CLEARLY ISNT MY PROBLEM..
