Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below There are several issues that I have with their response - 1) When you order a trial version of their product, I had no idea that I just signed up to automatically shipped every month I consider this procedure to be unethical 2) I never accepted a 60% refund, I wanted a full refund In my mind, I never considered that I ordered the product, it took me to contact the Revdex.com to get them to act Regards, [redacted]
