I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.
[I need to have verification that the refund will go through via mail to my home address and not to my card that was already cancelled (thus I would not get your refund).  I have tried communicating with the business over the phone (unsuccessfully) and since they have no email listed this is the only way of contacting Force Factor.  Please verify that the refund will be mailed to me at [redacted].   I will not provide my new card for fear that it will be used by your company once again to auto-debit from my account at a later date.]

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.
[I immediately cancelled my debit card in fear of further transactions being posted in future months on advise from my bank so this refund will have to be mailed to my address at [redacted].  This has caused an inconvenience for me.  I will not be giving out my new debit card to this company.  Also, They need to look at the picture they attached one more time.  It states you have 18 days to enjoy the product very plainly at the top,  yes there is contradicting language in the bottom left corner stating 18 days from order date (which one is it?).  I called to cancel 17 days after it was delivered to my house on the 23rd of Februrary (i had called prior day on the 22nd multiple times to no avail of reaching staff, but did reach staff on day 17 of "enjoying my product" after it was DELIVERED as one cannot enjoy a product if has not reached them yet.  This allegation of a scam is very serious as I had intended it to be and especially after I reviewed countless online forums from all over the world accusing this company of misleading poor business tactics to suck money from those who cannot afford to lose it.  Just type in Force Factor in [redacted], all that shows up is allegations of Scams.  I would like a check sent to my house from the company without my giving them additional banking information and for the company's higher ups to re-word the language in their free trial products as it is contradicting and extremely misleading to the consumer.  If Force Factor elects to not send a check via mail, then I will continue to spread the word on social media and every avenue possible, every forum that I can to assure that people do not have to go through the same unfortunate situation that I did]
