In your terms and conditions there isn’t a certain time frame a client/customer must cancelIt clearly only states that as long as cancellation is within days, which in this case you have already verified thatWhy would a supervisor positioned representative offer free product if Force Factor was not in the wrong? I recommend Force Factor actually go back and listen to the content of the recorded conversationsYour representatives are giving clients/customers misleading information which lead to generated income/sales for Force FactorA refund can definitely be awarded in the form of a personal checkNothing in Force Factor’s response denies the fact that I did not follow cancellation guidelines.

There are several issues that I have with their response - 1) When you order a trial version of their product, I had no idea that I just signed up to automatically shipped every month.  I consider this procedure to be unethical.  2) I never accepted a 60% refund, I wanted a full refund.  In my mind, I never considered that I ordered the product, it took me to contact the Revdex.com to get them to act.

I have attached a document with the transaction record for this company, taken from my bank statements.  The initial "free samples" were ordered by my wife, [redacted], with whom I have a joint bank account.  She was unaware she was enrolled in an auto refill and furthermore, never received any product from this company despite the fact they charged our account over 160 dollars.  Hopefully this additional information will assist with my account being refunded all amounts fraudulently charged by this company.

In response to the customers rebuttal, and again apologize that the customer’s experience was not a positive one, we successfully processed a refund for the disputed amount of $84.98 on 02/23/2016. If the customer is with the same financial intuition, they will automatically roll that refund onto the new card. It may take anywhere from 1 – 7 days for the refund to appear.
