Very disappointed. Have tried them three different ways and have not been able to eat them. Will keep trying and change my review if they are ever better.

Ii HATED them. I sent them back. I'm still waiting for my refund months later. I've called their phone number 10 times and left messages. No one from this Company has returned my call or my $39.00. Very Bad Company. DON'T BUY from this Company... I will be contacting the on them.

They are SOOOOO good! I bought the little jar and didn't even have that half finished and realized I needed the bigger jar! Will order again

Could not get all the sand out of priduct. Customer service was terrible. Too k emails to get a email that saud, "we don't back out product". And tell me I didn't wash them good enough. I have been picking and eating morals for 40 years.

Just have a question, can't get through to anyone, the phone number on the morels I received keeps coming up has a auto parts company.

Just got mine and tried them right away on a sirloin steak! Delicious ð???

I did not receive the product that I ordered.
I ordered "The Dream" package for $99.99 on 4/22/2020. The order (MM#***) was shipped out on 4/24/2020 and received on 5/1/2020. The problem is that I only received part of the order. The order was supposed to consist of (1) 4# container, (1) 1# container, and a cookbook. I only received (1) 1# container of ***. I have emailed the company twice asking where the rest of my order is and when will the balance of the order be shipped to me? No response! I have also tried calling and it goes directly to some automated voice mail. I left a message and again no response! This company seems to be very unreliable and does not deliver what is sold to the consumer. Basically they ripped me off! I would expect them to send me what I paid for.

Desired Outcome

I would request either a full refund or send me the balance of the product (4# container of Morels and cookbook) that I ordered and paid for.

We were awaiting clarification in order to send you the missing products but we did not hear back. From your complaint it's clear that you were missing products and we'll get those sent out right away and send you an extra 1 pound jar for the trouble free of charge.

Hi Toni,

My complaint still has not been resolved with Forest Glory #***. I had originally ordered "The Dream" package which was to consist of a 4# jar and a 1# jar of Morel mushrooms for a total of 5#. I was also supposed to receive a cookbook with the order.

Forest Glory originally sent me 1# of Morel mushrooms, that is it. They did send me two more pounds of mushrooms and the cookbook. They still owe me 2# of mushrooms.

Please let me know what I have to further pursue to get what I paid for.

Horrible product absolutely disgusting, and don't waist your money as you'll just be blown off if you're not satisfied. I find it interesting that they say 100% satisfactory yet no offer to fix the awful product that I paid top dollar for to be replaced or refunded! Such false advertising and let them know I was so disappointed so they sent me where to go for recipes!! Are you kidding these aren't even edible. I had to throw them away as my family wouldn't even eat them!! Never again!!

As a 30+ year NW Ohio shroomer I have some experience. When I moved to central NH 3 years ago I gave up regular morel hunting as they are fairly rare here. I had my doubts when I ordered my first batch from Forest Glory, but was very happily suprised with how good they plunped up and the taste was exactly like fresh to me! Will stay as a customer!!

This is my second time ordering from Forest Glory. The first time everything went without a hitch. This time my package came crushed in the box. I left a email explaining what happened. I tried calling and no one answered . I left a voice mail. today I called and no answered again. I called Fedex and they said call the vendor and tell them what happened. So I would say it's a crapshoot when dealing with Forest Glory. Good luck !

Misleading advertising stating that it is 1lb as picked per jar
I ordered 6 jars in 2 orders may 30th and june 6th that were claimed to be 1lb of mushrooms per jar as they were picked. This would lead you to believe that when you rehydrate the mushrooms it should be close to a pound of them but it was actually less that 1/2 of a pound once rehydrated. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times via email and phone with no response at all. Order numbers *** and

Desired Outcome

I want them to refund 50% of each order being that I got 50% of the promised product or send out 6 more jars.

We advertise the mushrooms as 1 pound as picked. When the mushrooms get dried and then rehydrated they will not absorb the same amount of water as they initially had.

It's nice that they actually respond when you file a complaint but refuse to answer phone calls nor emails. I don't see how what you are saying could be even remotely true. A dehydrated mushroom soaked in water returns to it's normal size and is soaking wet, there is no way it would weigh less tha half as it did picked.

I've been trying to get an answer on their July Special but no one can give me an honest answer, Why?? Guess they don't want my business anymore. I'm sure this won't get posted but I never saw a business run like this before. 1 simple question, for several run around answers, Why. I just don't know. It's a shame because I had their mushrooms before and liked them. They just lost a $179.99 order this time and more in the future.

Charged and paid for 4 jars and only received 2
Ordered 2 sets of BOGO free Morel mushrooms that were 39.99 each. Was charged 79.98 so should have received 4 jars total only was sent and received 2 jars. Have attempted to call them, email, direct message with no response. Original order date was July 6th. Received 2 jars on July 11th. Order number #

I want them to fulfill my order of what I paid for 2 more jars or a refund of my 39.99

I have hunted mushrooms all my life and this is the easiest way to find them. We got our first order and fixed only a couple to try. They taste just as I remember them so we are back buying 2 more jars. Love them and the customer services was as explained. No surprises. Received them as expected and will order here year after year instead of looking for woods to hunt in. Thank you for selling these.

I order 2 jars of the large mushrooms. What they sent me was 2 jars of small pieces. I called, left voicemail, but they won't call me. Unethical

I would like them to send what was ordered and if they want the others back they can send a return label and container to send them back.

We will have the shipping department send out your order again. We will make sure their are not pieces instead the large that you ordered.

I got mine today and just fried up a batch. They were well worth the money and a lot easier then hunting for them out in the woods! My dad also just bought some tonight after I sent him the pictures.

Warning!!! Save your money. Purchased mushrooms 4/1. I was given a tracking number 4/2. I have exchanged several emails, phone is never answered. Promised by customer care rep Erica, that it is being shipped immediately. That was two days ago,4/15. It is now 4/17, there has been no answer to my request for cancellation and refund. I am now out $94.98.

This is the Go-To company for getting dehydrated morel mushrooms. They are Amazing! Just throw them in water for 10 minutes and fry them like you just picked 'em! Great company and excellent customer support.

You are awesome and have a GREAT product!

These morels are fantastic. Save HOURS of mushroom hunting and have them delivered right to your door. When re-hydrated properly these taste just like they came from the woods.
