I use to go in the woods with my mother and pick morels as a kid, boy the woman had a nose to be able to find so many. now a days I just dont have any time to look for myself thats where forest glory steps in and says hey we will do the hard part you supply the eggs. it is nice to know that morels are one web site away and no briar bushes to go through. keep up the good work.

Awesome excellent business that supplies a great product for people like me. The product is excellent and the customer service is above A+. 5 star products and services and super fast shipping. Only one I order from for my Morel needs.

The best part of this past Sunday dinner was the sautéed Forest Glory Morels. We had them on burgers last week and they were awesome. Been having them at least once every weekend for a while now. Friends and family are stoked!
I grew up in Idaho eating Morels every spring. After living in Hawaii for many years, I had almost forgotten what I was missing out on until I found out about Forest Glory. You folks are amazing and your Morels are top notch, very reasonable and arrive quickly.

I have been ordering from this company for two years now. I am very pleased with their product. Due to health issues my father isn't able to get out and hunt for morels anymore so this is the next best thing! I love being able to buy these for him and the prices are always very reasonable. These mushrooms taste just like the ones I found when I was younger. And the service is first rate. The order shipped when they said it would and they arrived on time. I will order again.

I ordered the buy one get two free of morel pieces (2 orders) and when I received my order was surprised it was more like whole mushrooms with cracks rather than fragments and stems. Very impressed ! They even included a can koozie no charge... The mushrooms plump up very nicely and completely change the landscape of whatever you put them in... Since fresh ones are such a seasonal thing I highly recommend Forest Glory Morels.... Thanks to the Fungus Gnomes responsible...

I have placed three separate orders from Forest Glory and every time the order was correct, shipped on time, packaged well and was exactly what was advertised or better. The quality of their products were consistent and very enjoyable! Anytime I have had a question or comment, they have been quick to reply and responsive. Always polite and professional whether it is staff from customer service or the owners. Love dealing with small family businesses that treat their customers well! Although there was a delay in receiving my product, when it arrived, I was not disappointed. Great quality product that tasted amazing!! I'll definitely be ordering more!

We have really enjoyed the dried morel pieces. I soak them for 20 min. or so, strain the liquid thru cheesecloth and cut up the morels to add to my dish. I've particularly like them added to diced onions and sauteed in olive oil, served with chicken.

Misleading advertising and guarantee listed on website and Facebook page
I purchased 3 pounds of dried morels on Forest Glory Morels website: https://www.forestglory.com/ (subsidiary of Brilliant Enterprises LLD), on June 25, 2018 for $60. When I received the package, I was extremely surprised to see 3 very small packages (each net weight was 1.6-2.0 oz). They deceptively advertise that the weight is after rehydration at home and never do they say anywhere that the actual weight is 1.6-2.0 oz (an effective price of $160 per pound. In addition, they say that they stand 100% behind their product, but in the fine print in the FAQ, they say that returns for their only food product (other than tshirts and keychains) are not given. I find the text on their website ads extremely misleading and deceptive.

Desired Outcome

Ideally, I would like my money back. But, at the very least, they should modify their advertising and website and tell the truth about the net weight of their product and stop saying they stand 100% behind their product

We do apologize that the customer was unhappy with the quantity of mushrooms we sent and our return policy. We would like to address those issues.

The customer's main complaint seems to be that they were expecting 3 pounds of dried morels for $59.99. Morels are very expensive, there are 8 to 10 pounds of fresh morels in a pound of dried morels. So essentially the customer was expecting morels at $2.00 a pound, which unfortunately just isn't realistic. There's nowhere that even sells 1 pound of dried morels for $59.99 or less.

That being said, we don't ever state that anyone will receive 3 pounds of dried morels because it's so far from reality. We do state that customer's will receive a full 18 ounce jars with at least 30 morel mushrooms (or more depending on the customer's selection). We also state that the jar is 1.6 to 2.0 ounces both on our product page and on the packaging. The only time we mention is a pound is when referring to the weight as picked and before drying.

Regarding the return policy. We cannot accept returns due to health and safety reasons. We could not possibly resell a jar that was from an opened package. Therefore we do not accept returns on the morels. Our return policy is 2 paragraphs long, this policy is covered in 1 of them.

With all due respect this complaint seems centered around the customer reading half, or less than half of the information and then stating it's misleading. You can read half of almost anything and call it misleading, and that's a bit unfair we feel.

Again we do apologize the customer is unhappy, but we've been in this business awhile and we sent her a very good amount of morels for $59.99 (it was a special deal we were running). Thinking it would be dried pounds would be a bit like expecting a car to come with your tire purchase.

The dry net weight on the website was recently added (it was not there when I looked before purchasing the products). Moreover, on the Facebook post that is a primary advertising vehicle for the company, there is NO MENTION of the dry weight--just the hydrated wet weight which is intentionally misleading. I have a screen capture of the Facebook page, which says nothing about the dry weight and nothing on the pictured packaging says anything about the dry weight. Please make sure they adjust their Facebook page to be clearly stating the dry weight. I can send a screen shot of their FB page as it is today

satisfaction was guaranteed 100%. mushrooms very very small and tasteless.
ordered 3 jars of dried mushrooms for $70.00 from facebook ad. it advertised medium to large dried mushrooms with 100% satisfaction. when I opened the first jar and put the mushrooms in water my wife laughed and ask I hope you can get your money back. out of the entire jar only 3 mushroom was and inch long. the rest were pea to marble size, mostly pea size. this is fully hydrated. they were tasteless. I am not satisfied and forest glory dried moral mushrooms is a scam. request a full refund of $70.00

We are very sorry the customer did not enjoy the morels.

All morels of the same species generally taste the same. There's not a special kind that is "tasteless". Our morels contain the same flavor as all other morels and we have thousands of satisfied customers on our Facebook page. We do feel bad though that the customer did not enjoy the morels, but alot of that also has to do with cooking and seasoning which we cannot control.

Regarding the size/quantity, we do guarantee two things:

1. A full 18 ounce jar
2. A weight of 1.6 to 2.0 ounces
3. A certain number of morels based on the size ordered

We always meet this factual criteria. We also sell the morels in different approximate sizes such as small, medium, and large. The terms can mean different things to different people, which is why we follow the three criteria above. If the customer feels the medium's are a small we are sorry, but they did receive the proper volume and weight of morels which is the important thing and what we gurantee.

What is your return policy?

We allow returns for any reason within 90 days of the date of your purchase. We can either exchange the item or provide a full refund, incuding shipping costs. We want you to be happy, so if the item doesn't fit or you don't like it, we'll make it right.

The only exception to this are morel mushrooms, either fresh or dried. These are perishable food items and we are not allowed (and it's not safe) to resell them or reuse them, so we cannot accept returns on morel mushrooms.

TLDR: We are sorry the customer is not happy, we do try to make everyone happy and that's why we have literally thousands of happy customers that interact with our Facebook page. Per the terms of our return policy we cannot accept a return. The customer's perception of flavor and size is not something we can control.

I ordered morel mushrooms on May 9th and after several unanswered emails and lies about delivery times, I cancelled my order on May 31st.
I placed an order for morel mushrooms on May 9th for $49.99, order MM#***. On May 11th I checked on the status of my order and Brilliant Enterprises LLC sent me the tracking number *** sent via USPS. On May 14th I asked why the shipment hasn't shipped out yet. They responded that it would take 2-3 days for info to be available online. On May 15th and 16th, I sent emails with no response. I went to the Revdex.com and filed a complaint and then received an email that they denied I was a customer so I had to provide proof to Revdex.com. Due to the cookies on my phone I couldn't attach any photo of the emails. May 16th after filing the complaint, I received an email from Brilliant Enterpeises LLC saying that they were having stock related issues and that my order will be delivered in a few days. I was then promised 3 more times that my order will be shipped out in a few days in response to my follow up emails. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life telling a customer something one thing over and over with no details whatsoever. I sent an email for a refund on May 31st after a month of pointless emails. *** the customer service manager was the contact I was in communication with.

We are very sorry the customer did not receive the product in a timely manner. We sell a rare product and we also ran a sale that went better than we expected and sold us out. This is by no means the customer's problem, and again we are very sorry this occurred. It doesn't make anyone happy when we suddenly sell out of product.

Therefore we did inform her on 3 separate e-mails that the order was delayed. Over the course of the e-mails it was becoming clear that the customer was not happy with the delay. On May 27th we let the customer know that if she preferred a refund that we would be happy to provide it.

On May 31st she stated she would prefer a refund and we immediately processed one at that time.

Again we are very sorry, we seldom have stock issues but this sale just caught us off guard. If the customer would still like morels we'd be happy to send her an order free of charge. Just please have her respond if this would be okay.
