I've contacted paypal and they are telling me that Foscam did not refund the money on June 6th.I still have not received the refund on my *** Card.I've contacted Paypal and *** says Paypal needs to contact themPaypal says that Foscam needs to call Paypal to fix it.I am getting charged 17% APR interest on $That is $a day that Foscam is holding and using MY money.I would like the products I paid for or a full refund including interest for the time Foscam illegally help my money
