Sarah O*** of forthright funding did an amazing no hassle refinancing I didn't knew it was gonna be that easyI am mean she was great , followed up with me and wasn't even rude to my questionsLooks like she is genuine about her jobThanks, *** ***

I started and completed the process of refinancing my home with Forthright funding about months agoI dealt with a representative named Kaleb M*** initially the our early conversation where good it seemed like he legitimately wanted to get me the best rate and deal Along the way he started showing inconsistencies with what he promised to provide to a point one day prior to closing on the refinance I didn't get any paperwork until late that nightI was supposed to pay $closing cost but in fact I was on the line to pay $ I was promised by Kaleb to sign the paperwork and he would take care of it and to call him once the title company was onsite Needless to say he didn't answer the phone and I paid the money out of pocket I felt that what he did was unethical and In my opinion he covered up the terms until the very last moment before closing and left me with a take it or leave it deal I had not paid my mortgage for that month and actually depended on this to work o

Do not believe a word they sayThey are liarsNever will recommend them to anyone

Randi G.*** at Forthright Funding is one of the best ever her Customer Service was exceptional she answered all of my questions returned all E mails and phone calls, dealing with Randi was one of best best experiences I've had in performing a refinance I would highly recommend Randi and her company to others

the mailer (including the 3.25%) and not hidden in anyway. Your 3 credit scores were 527, 565 and 551. Unfortunately interest rates factor in risk and those credit scores are considered very risky.We record all of our phone calls and I listened to all of your conversations. I respectfully don't agree with how you described the "conversation".   Revdex.com - let me know where to send a copy of the mailer that we sent [redacted] to help clear this complaint. It clearly shows that below 600 credit has higher rates and fees.

Your email that was sent on 11/16/2016 at 1:39pm was replied to by Jesse L[redacted] on 11/16/2016 at 1:53pm. You replied to that email at 2:27pm and Jesse L[redacted] replied to that email at 2:41pm. You never responded to that email so the conversation was marked completed.

I am still disgusted by their unwillingness to read and respond to my e-mail request to do such a simple task. Adding insult to injury they claimed the following lie back in 2015, "We do not have a [redacted] in zip code [redacted] on record to remove this person from our system."

This was the most amazing loan I have ever completed. It was quick and effortless. I have closed many home loans and this was the easiest.

My Agent was Sarah O[redacted]. I Live in California and everything was handled over the phone or through email. I felt that Sarah cared about me and whenever I had an issue or a question she had an answer immediately. I knew I was in good hands with her from day one and she always kept me posted on what was going on. Sarah made this the simplest process that I have ever been through. I would totally recommend Sarah O[redacted] and Forthright Funding to everyone.

It was a real pleasure working with Mr. Gustafson. His instructions were very easy to

understand as he walked through the whole procedure. He was very courteous as he

answered all my questions. Thank you Mr Gustafson.

I would be happy to get you a written quote. Can I have a loan officer call you and collect the information needed for an application?

OK and why was there no written quote? I requested it not just once but several times.

Recently my husband and I refinanced our home with Tommy T[redacted] in the Scottsdale, AZ office. It was by far the best experience we have had with a refinance ever. Mr. T[redacted] was always available and continually kept us informed. Our refinance went smoothly with no inconvenience. We would highly recommend Mr. T[redacted] and plan to use him again in the future.

I couldn't be happier with my refi with Forthright Funding. Michael R[redacted] walked me through the process and it was the easiest refi I've ever done. He's understanding, helpful and makes good on everything he states he is going to do (and more). He truly takes care of his clients!

I have personally made sure that you will not receive anything in the mail from us. We have also switched companies that sends our mailers to better insure our "do not mail" list is followed in a better fashion. I am very sorry for your inconvenience.
