Review: First I received mailings from these people saying they would get me a 30 year mortgage at a rate of 3.25% and skip 2 mortgage payments, no out of pocket costs and my new payment would be $ 1,087.11. Upon calling Andy W[redacted] told me the best he could get me without out of pocket costs would be 3.75%. and my monthly payments would be $1606.00. Also a return of my current escrow balance. As you can see this is nowhere near what was sent to me in the mailing. He called me back several times trying to sell me on this. I told him I wanted to see it in writing and I know that is required to be sent after 3 days of receiving a quote which is what was done over the phone. This was in the beginning of January that I requested this. The last conversation with Andy he got real rude with me to the point when I told him I wanted to see it in writing that I hung up as this is poor business practice. He told me sending me a quote was a waist of his time. I told him it was required by law.Desired Settlement: If you have no intension of following the law in regards to Fair Credit why are you in business? Also if you have no intension of following the advertisement in your mailings why did you sent them to me. Not just once but several.

[redacted], I am sorry that you feel this way about your experience with our company. You are correct, the mailer we sent you shows 30 yr fixed at 3.25%. It also says "Under 600 credit? So what (available at higher rates and fees)". This information is in the exact same font as the rest of the mailer (including the 3.25%) and not hidden in anyway. Your 3 credit scores were 527, 565 and 551. Unfortunately interest rates factor in risk and those credit scores are considered very risky.We record all of our phone calls and I listened to all of your conversations. I respectfully don't agree with how you described the "conversation". Revdex.com - let me know where to send a copy of the mailer that we sent [redacted] to help clear this complaint. It clearly shows that below 600 credit has higher rates and fees.

Review: I have received 4 mailings from this business even after I asked them to take me off their mailing list. The mailings are the EXACT size and color and type that the IRS or Social Security uses for their business. Also this "funding" place's mailings have the year date 2015 and SECURES DOCUMENT with Financial Business Mail Penalty For Tampering as the return address. This is just short of MAIL FRAUD on their part.Desired Settlement: Get me taken off their mailing list since they won't honor my requests to do so.Put a STOP to the look a like mailings.

I am currently not a client with company, however I was compelled to write about Randi who is part of the Forthright Funding family. I called for advice. She was honest, loyal and a professional who listened to my issues and took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. She went over and beyond. Knowing my situation would not be best used with their company, she spoke to current lenders to ensure I was being handled correctly since my husband became sick I've taken over everything. I was speechless. Here this employee did this for me without hesitation I can only say I hope to use them in the future. Customer service has gone down over the years. Randi really cares about people and not just the numbers. She is definitely an asset to her company and one professional that everyone should seek out for complete loyalty and professional services. She wants the best for all. Thank you again Randi. Your exemplary assistance will always be something I will never forget.

Review: HARRASSING MAILING FROM THIS COMPANY, I HAVE ON NUMBEROUS TIMES CALLED AND COMPLAINED TO THEM AND ASK THEM TO STOP HARRASSING ME WITH THEIR MAILINGS. I DID NOT CONTACT THEM FOR BUSINESS BUT THEY HAVE MADE IT A POINT AFTER I HAVE ASKED THEM TO STOP SENDING CRAP IN THE MAIL , TO SEND STUFF AND FURTHER HARRASS ME FOR NO REASON AT ALL. I just closed on my VA refinance, and it was by far the best experience that I've had with a mortgage company. The process was easy and my loan was closed in 14 business days!!! I went from a 4.5% to a 2.25% and couldn't be happier with my experience! Thank you guys!

I refinanced my mortgage with Forthright Funding, in 2015. The process was easy and stress free. Tommy kept me informed during the entire process. It was great working with Tommy and Forthright Funding.

I used Forthright Funder for three (3) refinances (VA). Each time I got exactly what was promised up front. Electronic paperwork was easy to review and sign. Rates were low and closing costs were virtually non-existent. Justin Meek was great to work with.

I have refinanced my home several times over the past years, with varying degrees of satisfaction with the loan officers I have worked with. I can say without reservation that John K[redacted] is the best loan officer I have ever worked with, and is now managing a second refinance for me. He is always on the ball. His information is accurate and he stays abreast of the process from beginning to closing. I always feel well informed and like he has my absolute best interests at heart. I would recommend him to anyone and use his services again without hesitation.
