Upon review of Mr [redacted]'s complaint, I show we received his account for collection on 9-3-2015 and sent a letter notifying him of the delinquent account on or about 9-4-2015. We placed several calls to the number provided with no answer or...

return call. The first conversation we had with the consumer was on 12-23-2015 to which he made a payment in full on the account. He states he paid on 12-18-2015 and that did not happen at FCS. The payment made on 12-23-15 was processed on 12-24-2015 and at that point the following day all businesses were closed due to the Christmas Holiday. Today is the first working day since his payment processed in order for us to send an electronic file notifying the original creditor of the payment. That file will be uploaded today and the original creditor will process that file but we have no control over how long it will take them. Thank you.

We have reached out to our client and they validated the debt, stating it was services rendered to Mr. [redacted] on 4-4-11 and we have forwarded an itemized final bill from the original creditor to the consumer as proof of the debt as requested. contacted the original creditor and was advised to return the equipment and after an investigation was opened it was determined that an adjustment was denied since the equipment was not returned within the allotted time. Copies of the final bills have been forwarded to the consumer for documentation of the charges. The original creditor has informed that the charges are sustained and due. Thank you.

I reflect that we received the account for collection for [redacted] on 11-19-2012 and sent several letters as well as made several calls with either no answer, no return call or being hung up on after identifying ourself. When we spoke to the consumer on 9-8-2015, a payment was taken over the phone...

We have absolutely no control over the Credit Reporting Agencies updating their files and doing their job. We only give an estimated time of removal based on the credit reporting agencies history of completion, not on when FCS requests it to be removed. We had already requested it to be deleted and with a conversation with the consumer yesterday another request was sent for deletion and again I say we have absolutely no control over the credit reporting agencies updating their files. We reached out to the original creditor AT&T and they informed us that this is a valid and due debt and they are sending Mr. [redacted] a copy of his final bill. This is a Uverse account #[redacted] it was installed 3-20-2013 and disconnected 9-24-2013 with a remaining balance of $514.35....

We have noted his account as disputed to the credit reporting agencies. We do not buy nor sell debt and only collect debts we are given as valid and past due from our clients and in this case AT&T. Thank you.

These are the worst people that I have ever had to deal with. Very rude and unprofessional. I had a bill and instead of trying to work with me they put a judgement against me. Completely embarrassed me. I ended having to pay them all the money I had in my checking and savings or they were going to take me to court. Didn't care that it was my gas and grocery money and I have an 8 year old son. On top of that, after I paid them off, they still left a balance on my credit report. And I had received a letter of paid in full! These people are committing fraud. When I called back to have the balance removed they said the only way to remove it is by paying them off again!! On top of everything else they said I had another balance for something else. I paid them off again but am very unhappy with the way I have been treated.

When we reviewed the account, we did report it to our clients as paid in full and the credit reporting agencies were notified as well. We have again after receipt of this concern sent another notice to the CRA's to have it removed. We have no control over the CRA's doing their job in removing,...
