I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I do not find their response to be acceptable, but I was glad that they contacted me *** *** proceeded to blame everything on *** - claiming that *** and the Bank were the ones that permitted the transaction to occur without the correct billing address being used and failed to explain why the website does not require the use of the CV code for verification purposes My thoughts: 1) ***/*** Bank will not permit me to purchase items without having the proper billing address, so it is not the Bank or *** that allowed the wrong address to be used 2) If it was all ***/*** Bank's fault then why was did the person only make purchases on the website of *** *** 3) It is obvious that the person who stole the number, used only *** *** to exploit the credit card because there is obviously because of a known vulnerability on this website 4) When the same credit card is used to send several purchases to different mailing addresses and it is used in some state other than the home state, why isn't there a red flag raised for the company?I have received a response from *** *** that is lacking Their response does not accept blame for their part in this fiasco They should be held accountable for their FAILURES to implement basic cyber security and they should not be permitted to blame everyone else.I recognize that *** *** will get away with their basic cyber security failures while I have to deal with all of the headaches/stress*** *** can point to the fact that I was refunded and call it a day and then make a phone call and blame everyone else? I, on the other hand, will have spent and will spend time and energy that they will not compensate me for in this matter I am going to cancel my *** credit card now because it is obvious that there are company's that fail to implement basic cyber security measures out there still At least if my major credit card is used in an unusual way, they will call me and verify it.Thank you.***

price and divide it by 3. Each time the consumer has contacted us, this was explained and a refund was offered as a sign of good faith. The consumer has been removed from this automatic delivery program. I hope this resolves this matter. It is Puritans Pride's mission to provide quality products and service. As previously stated I have yet to get a response of the identity of the (foreign) pills that I sent back with the original bottle and other pillsNB stated that they made "several attempts" to provide the details of the investigationNOT TRUE!!!! I have one voicemail on my phone that I saved from the very beginning of this situationThey received an email from me that I had to send to Canada's plant because the website provided for this company would not allow me to send oneThe only other call that I received was from Natalie on May **,telling me that the investigation was not complete and she would personally let me know the results when she couldTHE END No other calls, letters, or emails from this company until I contacted the Revdex.comI did some investigating of my own and have determined that NB quality checks and product packaging inspectors made an error that they are not willing to admitOne because "they say" I have been the only complaint regarding this issue, and two, heads would roll if I was right and they did miss something in there plantIt's a good thing that this isn't a pharmaceutical productAfter going to other *** to see what the tablets are supposed to look like I discovered that all but the "quick release" Biotin was off the shelves(?) Made me a little concernedBut then at my local grocery store I could figure out what each tablet was from the different products sold from NB. Your company will never admit it and I know that and it's a shame. I hope you all sleep well at nightMy husband works for Capsugel and they also produce and package dietary supplements so he explained the grief you would all be faced with if you were to tell the truth and just come clean and tell me what was in the bottleIt has caused me a lot a distress and anger and I won't allow myself to waist my blood pressure pills on youI will however tell everyone that comes within feet of me of my experienceThe statement that NB made in their response to me regarding that once the product leaved the facility and their custody they are off the hook so to speakWell that's poor businessYou could have told me what the pills were but denied putting them in the bottleFine I would have been good with that answerAt least I would have know what I ingestedThis matter will never be resolved and No I will boycott your product 100%Not because of finding four different pills but because of the way you treated me in this situationI am just another consumer to you but admitting the error would have put Quality control, Pakaging records, Line clearance and all the other people who signed off in this product in a heap of troubleYou cant' have that can you !!!!

Dear *** *** Thank you for allowing Puritan's Pride, Incthe opportunity to respond to this consumer's complaint. Along with quality products, Puritan's Pride, Incalso strives to provide good quality consumer service. A review of the records revealed that two orders placed on
April **, were declined for safety reasons since the information entered did not match bank billing information. The third ordered placed on April **, (Saturday) was approved on May *, (Monday) and shipped on May *, 2016. The shipping confirmation and tracking data were provided by e-mail on May *, 2016.I have followed through on the consumer's request for cancellation of the order and the Consumer Affairs Department has contacted *** for return of the package and has issued a refund back to the consumer's credit card for $99.47, the amount of the full order. Attempts were made to reach the consumer by phone but were unsuccessful so an e-mail has been sent. NO! I am insulated that Puritan would even consider this resolved! I had a Puritan representative call me on Sunday to simply "check up with me to see if I got my order." She made this seem like a courteous call that they do for everyoneWhen I told her I hadn't received me package she feigned disbelief! She actually was surprised when I told her I reached out to the Revdex.comMoreover, when she told me she would ship me out ANOTHER package, they still had my address wrong in the system! Get it together Puritan! I have been a loyal customer for at least the last seven yearsI place several big orders with you a yearYou are about to lose an extremely loyal customer because of your repeated incompetenceHow will you rectify this situation?!

Department agreed to refund the consumer upon return of the package, which weeks later was determine to be abandoned and never returned to the company. The consumer has been refunded in full and this matter is now resolved. Good Morning, I just read the e-mail of 5/15/stating Freddy's Auto responded to my complaintThe reason I did not respond back is that I received one e-mail saying they never responded and thought the matter was closed with the Revdex.comI just saw another e-mail as I was cleaning out my unread e-mails, that they did respondI reject ***'s response to my complaint for the following reasons. His first statement "There was no damage to the car", the car was fixed immediately by my mechanic, ** *** in Braintree because the car was damaged so severely, that it could not be driven safelyHis statement " "I asked for proof" He was given pictures and a video of the damage the tow caused, he did say he wanted to see the damaged tie rods, however, when I contacted my mechanic the tie rods were already scrappedThe night my car was towed and picked up from the shop, it was immediately evident that there was something wrong with the carIt was almost impossible to steer the carWe drove right back to Freddy's Auto, but the tow operator was goneI even called from the business property and no one answered or returned my e-mailWhen I finally spoke to ***, after I had the car repaired by my mechanic and explained what my mechanic said, he said I would be reimbursedThat was the last I heard from him. I have sent e-mails and letters to this establishment, no one responded back to meAt this point, the issue is the tow operator did the damage to my car and Freddy's continues to ignoreI have informed the *** Police Department about what happenedI have informed the apartment complex where my car was towed from what happenedI filed a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General who directed me to file a complaint with the regulator who oversees a company such as Freddy's AutoI finally sent a demand letter to the owner, *** ***, in July 2017. All I want is to be reimbursed for the damage, my car was fine before it was towed and then it was not fineMy mechanic said the damage was consistent with the tow hook being improperly attached to my carAs a side note, my mechanic said "we were lucky we were not seriously hurt when we drove the car back from the shop to my homeI just want this resolved.
