I am responding to this complaint that was made to my attention on 3-2-The customers had sent down to my shop a representative on her behalfAt the time of this meeting, there was no damage to the carHer rep told me she had already fixed the carI asked for further proof that the damage had
really happened, old parts or some tangible proofAlso I had told the owner of the vehicle over the phone that if we did the damage, we would defiantly reimburse her for the damagesI have not herd from them since besides letters explaining the same complaint hereI am sorry that I can not just go on word of mouth that we damaged something! I really wish she had contacted me immediately after the pick up of the vehicle about the damage but I had never seen any damage to the vehicle
