Freedom was recommended by my close friend, I decided to call them when my furnace died on meThey squeezed me into their schedule and I had a tech at my house in about hourHe was very informative during his search for the problemHe found a bad part within minutes and told me my optionsI decided to switch the part because the price was fair and it was a quick fixI recommend Freedom very much, you can count on quality service

With two young kids, we were terrified to have our A/C go out in the heat of the summerFreedom was sent to us by our Home Warranty CompanyOur phone number was apparently incorrect on paperwork and a tech dropped in to talk with us within a very short period of time to check out our issueHe made a minor repair and, when it helped but did not resolve the issue entirely, he returned quickly the next day and fixed the problem to 100% satisfactionWe were amazed by the quick turnaround time during A/C's busy seasonWe had an awesome customer service experience with Freedom and recommend them

I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT FREEDOM HEATING AND COOLING I WOKE UP ONE DAY FREEZING IN MY HOUSE AND I NOTICED MY HEAT WASNT ON I CALLED MY FRIEND BECAUSE I KNOW HE JUST HAD SOME WORK DONE ON HIS FURNACE HE RECOMMENDED FREEDOM I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE THERE WITHIN THE HOUR THE TECHNICIAN LOOKED AT THE FURNACE TO FIND OUT IT WAS A MOTOR ISSUE HE TOLD ME HE COULD TRY TO REPAIR THIS ONE OR GET A NEW ONE I TOLD HIM MONEY WAS TIGHT HE FIXED THE OLD MOTOR AND MY FURNACE WORKS THANK YOU FREEDOM SO FAR IT HAS BEEN WORKING NOW FOR MONTHS

I had John out for a furnace cleaningHe was very nice and very knowledgeableThe prices were great and things went really well! I will be using them again and would definately recommend them to friends of mine!

I had an issue with my furnaceI called Freedom Heating and AirI was more than pleased with their prices, their customer services, and response time

My AC had a crack in the coil First company diagnosed problem incorrectly Tried Pete and correctly diagnosed and gave me a fair price Service was expedient and clean, courteous staffI have faith when I am in need of any service they offer, I will return to Freedom I have since recommended two friends to Freedom and they too were very happy with the service they received

REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! A++ A friend of mine told me about this company since I needed a new heating systemThe service was perfect: First of all the owner and I worked out a great price that met my budget; Customer service was fast and efficient; Installation was quick and the workers Rick and Jenti were highly respectful and friendly; The heating system is now working incredibly well and I will recommend this company to all my friends and coworkersI couldn't be more happy with the service!!

When I got home from work I noticed my heat wasn't working I called Freedom which is in the same town that I live and surprisingly they were there with in an hour I was sure that I was going to have to wait longer but they started up my furnace and they were on there way Very pleased with the service and timely response

I told her she has to call the home warranty company when she contacted meI told her I have to get it documented from the warranty company for me to be able to come outThere are plenty of companies who charge more for prices of products or service, I am not cheating them The home warranty company will not allow us to check for a leak if it’s less than a certain amount of pounds I tried contacting the consumer about this and she didn’t answerI will be willing to come out and address the issue

She has all of her paperwork, she received it at the end of the job. She had to submit her paperwork because she had a loan and to pay me, so I know for a fact she received it. I have spoken to her about 50 times. As far as the rebate, it has to come from [redacted] . [redacted] had a problem with our... paperwork so we had to update our account and submit them new paperwork, so now all is done on our end.

I usually don't write reviews but I felt that Freedom deserved some feedback on their admirable serviceNot to long ago I had to get a new AC and furnace unitI called around to numerous companies getting quotesI finally heard about Freedom through a friend and I spoke to Pete the owner, and he was so helpful, kind and was very willing to answer any questions that I hadThey exceeded my expectations! Just like my friend, I to will be spreading the word about Freedom to all my friends and family from now on

The initial call was sent to us and the entire unit was replaced, minus the wiring we did not install which wouldn't be under warrentyAfter several months (more then 9) the customer called with the complaint of her ac not working and if a tech could look at itIt was scheduled and tech went, it
was found that the homeowner changed their own thermostat and was wired incorrectlyThe technician, told the customer to return their incorrect wired thermostat back and it was replaced by the technician with what was previously on the wall working correctly, wired correctlyThe customer spent $on her own which she did not have to because the thermostat was never badThe technician replaced a fuse on the circuit board in the furnace due to the improper wiring from the homeownerThe customer was not charged for any work completed that day, and no service call was chargedThen the homeowner called approximately 1-weeks later said it was doing the same things againThe technician advised homeowner that because the wiring problem is what is causing the fuse to keep blowing she'd have to change out the fuse which she was taught how, and when a service technician could be scheduled and come out to rewire her original mistake not under warranty for a charged amount of time and materialThe owner of freedom discussed this with customer and explained to her, he would be the one to complete this but it would be when the excessive heat wave was over because our guys were extremely busy with NO ac calls and this customer still had working acShe verbally agreed to thatShe then sent a text in a threatening manner of when the technician would be there and proceeded to use writing Revdex.com complaints, *** and *** complaintsThe customer was never told that it wouldn't be fixed, it just had to be scheduled for when there was enough time and no heat advisory causing a spike in no ac calls to schedule itA technician can and will fix this and can schedule this either Wednesday August 9th from 2pm-6pm or Friday August 11th from 9am-1pmThe customer will need to call the office to complete the scheduling for what option works the best for herCustomer is reminded the repair can be made lengthy as we are not sure where the break/short in the wiring isOffice ***

A check was sent twice to this homeowner like statedI have received the first 9ne back via mail return as undeliverable due the envelope and check being damagedToday at 11am a check was rewrote and sent via certified mail to the address we
have listedAlso to clear up any misunderstanding the customer may have as far as coverage with her home warranty, they do not cover maintenance on hvac systems unless you have a specific policy stating so which in this case it does not appear to be the caseWe do not bill them for anything in regards to your homes maintenence nor will they pay us for any nonrelated items as wellWe did try to correct the overlooked mistake and schedule the service, however the customer was unwilling to at that timeAlso we feel that since maintenance check out if the included with the service plan was completed as well as giving you the promised 10% off parts and labor with the purchase and not prorating those % you've saved that 1/of the purchase price is fair to all parties

Fantastic customer service, had my heating and air conditioning unit replacedVery professional and very fast! Will recommend to all my friends and family, thank you!

offered to provide a partial refund over two weeks ago, and later a full refund at the time of this response one week ago, I have not received a check for eitherI would like to know what address they mailed the check to, as Chicago mail reliably takes only one business day to process and deliver

I totally understand that buying a new house should be exciting, it should be Its a dream come true to join the ranks of home owners , congratulations Now with owning a home come a few problems with having old mechanical equipment, when it does break down its harder to obtain parts as
we have already found out with your air conditioner That part was not around I had to order it and wait for it to come inNow I could have just put a universal part on and said heck with it, but I didn't I fixed it right WhIle I was there late on the first appointment I didn't hear a complaint then because I was there to fix it, I could have just said see ya tomorrow our hours are - ,but I don't do that I have been working until -every night to try to get to as many people as I can I understand you are frustrated and I do appoligize it took to long in your eyes to get the part I'm just glad it is fixed now, I'm glad that when I went into your house the temp was 73, heck those window units were working as the outdoor temp was So as I do understand you are aggravated I hope you are cool now as it has been fixed for almost a week I didn't charge you anything, I waived my fees because of the mishap Don't know if any other shop would have did that Thanks and hope everything works out for you please let me know if you need anything else

They installed a new sump pump and fixed the pvc line from pump 12/28/The repair that they did broke 7/I made, at minimum, tophone calls to them and never received any responseI am terribly disappointed in them as they seemed so nice and easy to work with originallyLast message I left was to inform them that I was going to report them to home warranty company as non responsive to problemStill no word or explanation from themDisgusted

I have received no documentation from this business. All I would like is proof of the sale so that I may submit documentation for my rebateIf he has resubmitted documentation to *** then he should be able to provide the proof of purchase to meI would like this documentation mailed to me immediately
